Tech's POV
I loved my new home. Everyone treated me with respect, I got love, and that's all that made me happy. I also have made new friends, real ones too. No more of those fake friends who are bullies. The gems had me sleep in Steven's old bed. It was quite comfortable as well. The gems were actually surprised I could summon my weapon, considering I'm a year younger than Steven; I was 11. It was a double sided green blade with a gripper. It was amazing.
I hopped off the bed as I went inside the bathroom. I liked the citrus theme a lot, it bright that feeling of warmth. I found my favorite PJs. A suit made of cotton and silk that looked like a dragon. It had good sized wing attachments, which I put on tonight. It also was the type were they cover up your feet and hands. But, I took the right hand side off due to my gem. I brushed my teeth, and put my hair in a cute ponytail. I jumped into bed. "Goodnight everyone!" I shouted. Dozing off.

Steven's POV
I loved it here, but I knew the gems also missed me. My mom got an orb in that package, to let you see what was going on in the regular world. I sighed as I took a peek inside. The other half human gem my mom told me about was there, sleeping. The gems were talking about me and her. I started to cry just seeing the gems like this. I heard a knock on my door. "Steven, you OK?" My mom asked. "We need you here for a second." I sighed. "Be there in a sec!" I shouted, hopping off my bed.
I got up to the main room with my mom. "Steven." She said. "I'm going to go shopping, want to come or stay here?" She asked. I thought. "Ssstay?" I slowly replied. She nodded and chuckled. "I'll be back in an hour!" She shouted, closing the door behind her. I sighed as I sat down on the couch. "It's so lonely here." I moaned. "I just want to go back, even for just a day." I missed the gems, I missed Connie, I missed my dad. "Please, make this place better." I said, crying into the couch.
