The Whomping Willow stood its ground, thrashing around as Hermione dissappeared into the trunk  after Harry, ready to save Ron. Robyn followed after.

The future Harry, Hermione and Robyn stood in a near gathering of trees, watching as Lupin came rushing into the scene.

"Look. It's Lupin."

As the Willow began thrashing around again, the violent crashes sounded oddly mute from the distance Hermione, Harry and Robyn had placed in order to not get caught.

Curiously, Robyn watched as her favourite Professor grabbed a stick and jabbed a knot on the trunk of the agitated tree. Instantly, the Willow stopped, falling calm and allowing Lupin to enter the Shrieking Shack without a problem.

"Wait until Fred and George hear about that one." Harry said with a slight grin.

Robyn resisted the urge to roll her eyes. She would not be surprised if the twins already knew the secret. She had always admired the twins crazy ambitions and loud personalities. They were not scared to speak their mind and be who they wanted and Robyn had always liked that about them. Maybe, one day she would pluck up the courage to help them with a prank.

"Here comes Snape." Hermione said, just as Snape's billowing black cloak came into veiw. Lupin had long gone, helping Sirius.

Snape too dissappeared.

"And now we wait." Harry sighed.

"Now we wait." The two girls beside him confirmed.

As the sky grew darker, the colder it got. But none of the three friends complained. They simply wrapped their arms around themselves and inched closer to eachother. A cloud of bats flew overhead and Buckbeak wasted no time in jumping up and clamping one with his sharp beak. It was gone in seconds.

"'Least someone's enjoying himself." Hermione said, smiling fondly at the beast.

"Eh, it's not so bad. It could be worse." Robyn replied with a shrug as she tried to cuddle more into her clothes, her breaths puffing out in white clouds.

Suddenly, Harry snapped off two pieces of chocolate from the stick Dumbledore had given them earlier and handed one each to Hermione and Robyn. They both smiled appreciably at Harry. Warmth enveloped Robyn as the chocolate melted in her mouth.

"Hermione..." Harry trailed. "Robyn..."

"Yes?" Hermione asked but Robyn didn't feel the need to reply to Harry as she met his eye so he knew she was listening. She always would be.

"Before. Down by the lake. When I was with Sirius... I did see someone... that someone made the Dementors go away..." Uncertainty laced Harry's words but they were also determined.

"With a Patronus. I heard Snape telling Dumbledore when we were taken to the hospital. According to him, only a really powerful wizard could have conjured it." Robyn said with a light frown, not liking where the conversation was going.

"It was my Dad."

Robyn sighed and shook her head lightly. Hermione turned to him.

"It was my Dad who conjured the Patronus." Harry insisted and Robyn didn't know what to say. It was impossible.

"But, Harry, your Dad's..." Hermione said, her voice trailing away.

"Dead. I know. I'm just telling you what I saw." Harry huffed, anger clear on his face.

Hermione and Robyn nodded, not wanting to press Harry any further.

"Here we come." Robyn muttered, her eye's glued to the Whomping Willow.

The three watched as Pettigrew exited the tree first with Lupin close behind, wand pointed at Pettigrew's back.

An injured Ron came following after, using Robyn and Hermione for support. Snape trailed after, his head lolling from side to side, unconscious.

Finally, Sirius and Harry emerged last.

"You see Sirius talking to me? He's asking me to come live with him." Harry narrated as he pointed to himself and Sirius talking while looking up at the starlit castle.

"Really?"

Harry nodded at Hermione and Robyn as he continued to speak, his voice wistful. "When we free him, I'll never have to go back to the Dursley's. I'm going to tell him I'd like to live someplace in the country. I think he'd like that, after all those years in Azkaban. We don't need a big place and I can help him... " Harry stopped as a loud howl pierced through the heartfelt moment. They all glanced back at the Whomping Willow.

"It's happened. Lupin's transformed."

"Which means Pettigrew is slipping safely into the night. While we just stand here..." Harry said bitterly.

Growling and moans of pain were heard as the Werewolf and the scruffy black dog fought. Lupin and Sirius.

The future trio and past quartet could only watch in horror as Sirius was thrown into the tall grass, the Werewolf bounding after him.

Harry watched himself hurl a stick at the Werewolf. The Werewolf turned and began to creep towards Harry. Robyn watched the scene, wanting nothing but to help.

Suddenly, Hermione let out an ear piercing howl and the Werewolf froze, looking towards the gathering of trees the trio were stood in.

Harry covered Hermione's mouth, his face full of alarm. "What are you doing?" He hissed.

"Saving your life." Hermione answered back simply.

Harry looked back at the tall grass and saw Lupin's Werewolf form frozen. It all clicked in Harry's head. Lupin turned back to the past Harry and growled, baring its teeth. Just like Hermione, Robyn now cupped her hands over her mouth and let out a long howl, the sound echoing through the night. Harry didn't stop it this time.

"Thanks. But we have to move." Harry nodded thankfully at his two best friend's, though his eyes kept flickering to the tall grass.

"Why?" Hermione asked.

"Because that werewolf you two just called is running right this way." Harry rushed as they all took off running.

Robyn looked over her shoulder and she felt her heart stop.

"Oh my God, we're going to die." Robyn screamed as she saw the murky grey Werewolf bound after them with hunger.

Harry let out a laugh. An amused yet shaky laugh.

"How many times have I nearly died, Robyn? Too many. And I don't plan on dying tonight. So just shut up and run!" Harry clutched Robyn's hand and pulled her along.

Robyn, although absolutely terrified, grinned at Harry as did he to her and she then realised something. Something she was dreading and looking forward to at the same time. Something that filled her with joy and glee.

She was going to do a whole lot more running over the years and it was all down to one raven haired boy with a lightning bolt scar...

(Near the end, it oddly reminded me of Doctor Who. No. Just me? Okay. Anyway, this is short and probably really crap. I find it really hard to write these chapters because they have two versions of the characters. So yeah, I hope it's not confusing. Bye.)
