Just as Harry thought, when he got back up to the castle and entered the Great Hall, he was greeted by Robyn, Hermione and Ron.

"See you're awake then." Harry said to Robyn as he sat down to join them. Robyn only nodded and offered him a small smile.

The Great hall buzzed with stories about Hogsmeade and all around people were swapping sweets.

"And the post office! It's about 200 owls, all sitting on color-coded shelves, depending on how fast you want your letter to go!" Hermione said, her excitement bubbling. All Robyn and Harry could do was listen to Ron and Hermione ramble on about Hogsmeade in an excited rush. Don't get them wrong, they loved to hear about it but they had both heard enough about Hogsmeade and it's sweet to make them sick.

"And Honeyduke's is brilliant! Sugar Quills, Flaming Whizbees -- and blood-flavored lollipops for Halloween!"

Harry only nodded as he picked through the assortment of sweets, Hermione and Ron brought back for them. Robyn sat quietly as usual, so Ron and Hermione thought nothing of it, but Harry, he was being more quiet than usual. He had a fun day with Robyn, he couldn't deny that but there was still a small part of him that wanted to see Hogsmeade for himself, not just trying to picture it from the information his friends were giving him. Hermione noticed his odd behaviour.

"But, I mean, after awhile, it got a bit boring. Don't you think, Ron?" Hermione nudged Ron, who looked up in confusion, then a look of realisation crossed his face.

"Huh? Oh. Yeah. Dead depressing." Robyn couldn't help but giggle, a smile lighting up her face.

"Hang on. I almost forgot. I got you something wicked at Dervish and Banges. It's a Pocket Sneakoscope." Ron continued, digging through his pockets. Harry seemed to brighten up at the kind gesture, glad that they were still thinking about him while on the trip. Ron placed a small glass spinning top on the table. Both Harry and Robyn peered at it curiously.

"If there's someone untrustworthy around, it's meant to light up and spin. Mind you, Fred and George say it's rubbish, sold for wizard tourists, but I thought, you know, it can't hurt, given that..." Ron trailed, tripping over his words as he explained.

"Sirius Black's trying to kill me." Harry looked up and grinned at the three of his friends. Robyn's heart skipped a beat in fear of Sirius Black but did as best as she could to hide it.

"I'm glad you had a good time. Really. And thanks for this." Harry said. "Rubbish or not, you're right. It can't hurt." Harry smiled and for some strange reason, Robyn felt her heart melt.

"Don't think we forgot you, Robyn." Hermione said as she dug through her bag. Robyn felt her cheek's turn pink as she looked at the red head and know-it-all girl.

"What did I tell you before you left?" Robyn said, her voice sounding motherly. A light smile still filled her face. "But thanks anyway, I appreciate it. You really didn't have to though."

"Don't be so humble, Robyn. We weren't going to get Harry something and not you. Though I have to admit, I didn't have a chance to pick something decent out for Harry before Ron pointed out that thing and insisted we buy it." Hermione mumbled, making both Robyn and Harry grin.

Hermione pulled out a book. The cover shining in the candle light and the pages pristine white.

Hermione handed it over to Robyn and as Robyn's eye's fell over the title of the book, she gasped.

Alice in wonderland

"My favourite," Robyn mumbled under her breath as she flicked through the pages.

"How did you know?" Robyn asked, her eye's gleaming as she hugged the book close to her chest.

"Huh?" Ron said stupidity. Robyn giggled.

"It's my favourite Muggle book. My mom and dad use to read this to me every night." Robyn smiled sadly.

"Must be a coincidence." Harry said as he glanced at the book. It was popular in the Muggle world.

"Let me see then." Ron said as Robyn passed him the book. The rest of their time was spent by Ron and Robyn arguing. It was playful and not at all meant for hurting eachother. It was all about the book. How Ron thought it was childish and how Muggles came up with weird things but Robyn would argue back with several weird things wizards did. Let's just say Robyn won and Ron was left sulking.

As Harry, Ron, Robyn and Hermione climbed the stairs to their dormitory after a long day, they found a crowd gathering on the seventh floor landing.

"What's the hold-up? Only Neville ever forgets the password." Ron said, craning his neck to try and see what all the fuss was about.

"Let me through, please. Excuse me, thank you, I'm Head Boy..." Percy, Ron's older brother, pushed past every one in obnoxious pride that made Robyn want to burst out laughing.

Stopping dead, Percy stared at the portrait. "Back! All of you! No one is to enter this dormitory until it has been fully searched!"

The quartet exchanged a dark glance.

Suddenly, Ginny, Ron's younger sister, emerged from the crowd, her face ashen. Her eye's landed on the trio, her mouth open to jump into an explanation. When Ginny noticed Robyn, her eye's turned cold and Robyn could of sworn she saw a hint of jealousy. Ignoring Robyn, Ginny stared back at her two friends and brother.

"The Fat Lady... she's gone."

Robyn suddenly felt a spark of fear hit her stomach and a uneasy feeling filled her. The one thing that ran through her head was:

Sirius Black.

"Probably stuffing her face with the apples in that still life on the second floor again." Ron said.

"No. You don't understand --" Urgency was laced in Ginny's voice. All at once, Hermione gasped, pulling on Harry's arm. Harry looked in the direction of the portrait and a flash of fear crossed his face. The portrait had been slashed viciously. Three big gaping rips showed that whatever had done it showed no mercy. Robyn had to drag her eye's away from it before any haunting thoughts could enter her mind.

Just then, Dumbledore appeared. "Mr. Filch round up the ghosts. Tell them to search every painting in the castle for the Fat Lady."

A ear splitting scream filled the corridor and everyone dashed up the set of stairs, locating where the blood curdling scream had come from. Robyn shivered. The paintings all whispered fearfully.

"There'll be no need for ghosts, Professor..." Filch extended his crooked finger. High up, the Fat lady cowered in a portrait not her own, trembling. Robyn shared a scared glance with Harry, her hands shaking.

"Dear lady. Who did this to you?" Dumbledore asked in his soft voice.

"Eyes like the devil he's got. And a soul as dark as his name. It was him, Headmaster. The one they talk about. He's here. Somewhere in the castle. Sirius Black." The Fat Lady cowered, appearing to be in a sort of trance. Robyn gasped, stumbling back into some people. She couldn't take this. She couldn't stand the thought of a murderous lunatic rampaging the castle. The supposedly safest place on earth.

Robyn began to push past people, descending down the stairs, her eye's full of tears. She could hear footsteps behind her and the distant voices of three people apologising to students they hit. She knew the trio was following her but yet that didn't stop her. A hand wrapped around her wrist and forced her to stop, spinning her around to face them. She didn't dare look at the three of them, ashamed of the tears trickling down her face, her body shaking with fear. She couldn't be brave like Harry, Ron and Hermione. She was so ashamed of that.

"Robyn, it's okay. We're scared too."

Robyn looked up and at that she lost it. She flung her arms around Harry and cried into his shoulder and neck. Ron and Hermione could only soothe her with words as they followed Harry, who was directing her the the Great hall like Dumbledore instructed over the panicking crowd.
