Third Person POV

After the coughing smoke incident, Aki seemed to be fine. Shinji visited him everyday, each time with a letter. That letter was the one that Miki had prepared for Aki and gave to Shinji. A few weeks past before he finally woke up.

Shinjiro's POV

It's been three weeks since the fire, and Aki still hasn't woken up. The doctors keep telling me that it's normal for this to happen, but I'm still worried. I look at Aki to see that he's stirring. I go to the side of the bed and see that he's opening his eyes. "Shin...ji..." He says still looking exhausted.

" 'Bout time you woke up." I say, "You scared me."

"Where's...Mi..ki..?" Aki asks. Before I can answer though, the window breaks and two people come in.

"Who are you?" I ask preparing for a fight.

"We don't tell our names to the people we're about to kill, but you're standing in our way." The intruder with glasses replies.

"What do you want with Aki?" I say not moving out of the way.

"Shinji... what's..." Aki starts.

"Don't move." I tell him while still facing the intruders.

"We have a mission," The armed intruder said, "To destroy all of the Sanada family. Our first attempt only lead to their parents destruction. I had hoped at least one of the siblings, preferably the older one would have died in that attempt, but they both survived. We had to wait years for the next opportunity, which you witnessed. The older one died, leaving the youngest up for grabs."

"You..." Aki said trying to get up.

"No Aki!" I yell trying to cover him.

"You killed my sister!" Aki yells. Then something comes out of him, it's like some sort of weird protecting monster. Lightning hit the two intruders, and then the thing slashes through them and they dissolve into black mist. 

Aki faints again and wakes up almost immediately. "Shinji," He asks, what happened?"

"Nothing." I lie, "I'll go tell the doctor that you're awake."

"Shinji, where's Miki?" Aki asks.

"Miki protected you after you blacked out in the fire, but at the cost of her own life." I reply. I then leave the room without uttering another word.
