Story pauses for a moment

3rd Person's POV:

After Shadow finished telling everyone about Day 4 and Night 4, everyone noticed Shadow looking down, saddened.

Blake: What's with the sad look?

Ruby: Yeah, Shadow?

Ruby and Blake ask.

Shadow: The letter I mentioned at the end.... that letter was.... from Fritzy.

Shadow answered.

Rachel: What did it say?

His teammate ask.

Shadow got off the bed as he searched for the paper in his bag. After a minute, he fished out the paper as he went back on bed, to read it out.

Shadow: It says here; Dear Shades (Shadow), my good friend, but due to circumstances I had to hide this from you as if William finds out that I wrote this letter to you, we'd be dead... for you, you'll be dead, whereas for me, I'll be "double-dead". Anyway to cut to the chase,... I'm, fired. It was just my first time on the job but,... yeah.... why? It was because I was tampering with the animatronics, apparently... I know I wasn't the one tampering the animatronics as I was just in my office doing usual things like what you were doing and also, they emit out a bad odor. Ridiculous, right? Anyway, I'm sorry I didn't tell you that I'm fired before as I didn't want to hurt your feelings. But I hope you can forgive me. I know I won't be the one tampering the animatronics as I'm not good at that. But I know as hell someone did it while I was in that shift, that day. Not sure who but... I hope there is a better explanation, but unfortunately the one who gave me this pink slip said otherwise. So, if you're fired due to any cirumstances, just know from me, Mikey and Jerry, we know you are not behind this. Someone is behind all this, and we need to know why. I may be fired, but that doesn't mean I won't come around to pay you guys a visit. So, I wish you good luck in the rest of the remaining nights, and hopefully you'll last longer, haha!  Well, take care, Shades. Will see you when the Geeks and I see you. From your best friend,.... He said, finishing reading the letter.

Weiss: Despite it beating around the bush.... I do hear some hints on what's going on.

Blake: I know what you mean, Weiss. Someone's out there framing him, eventually that someone did the deed.

Shadow: Yes.... that's why I said back in the story, William is getting desperate, either killing us off or firing us so we don't find out what he's up to.

Tenka: Then allow me to giv ehim the peace of my mind.... when we meet....

Tenka said.

Shadow raised his hand to cease Tenka's aggression.

Shadow: No need for aggression, Tenka. It's all been settled. I'll explain further as there is more to it than this Pizzeria establishment.

Yang: There's more than one establishment?

Shadow: Yes. That I'll tell you after I'm done telling you about this one, and how I got this.

He said showing the scar.

So, everyone listened attentively as he began to begin talking about his 5th Day and Night.

Shadow: Now, the Fifth Day and Night, is when Poppy decided to tag along to come see where i'm working at (Day), and when I began to divide and conquer this shift (Night).

Shadow said.

Story resumes

DAY 5

Time - 12:30pm (1230hrs)

My POV:

It was Day 5 and I was in Seito University Hopsital with the C.R. Team doing our usual rounds and bugster hunting. So, we were done with our rounds and we cured several patients who were infected by the Bugster Virus in a split. Our first half of the day went well, as a matter of fact.

After tending to patients and bugster-infected patients, I decided to knock off early to have a heavy lunch so that I can pull through the second half of the day and the night shift.

Just as I was about to leave for the Pizzeria for lunch, Poppy stood in my way as she had an odd request.

(A/N: Poppy Pipopapo. (A/N: In case anyone ask who she is. This is her.))

Me: Poppy? Is... there something wrong?

Poppy: no...

She said.

I was confused why she got in my way, but I still unstand why after what I explained and informed her before.

Me: So,.... if there's nothing wrong then-

Poppy: Can you take me there?

Me: tilts my head W-Where?

Poppy: Your temp. job.

Upon hearing this, sweat began to trickle down my head as I went up to her with worry.

Me: whispering W-Why? Poppy, don't you realize if you find out about this, you'll be killed!

Poppy: whispering I know.... That's why I want to go there with you to see what you were and are up against. And I also want to see where Shionnae Madoka is. I still won't tell anyone, but least we could do now is find out what happened to her, and figure the course of action sooner or later.

Poppy said.

I look away while having my hands on my hips for a moment, pondering on what to do.

Poppy: whispering Shadow, please. You know I can help you. So, tell me on the developments. What have you found out?

Poppy said and ask.

After a while of pondering, I nod at what she said, knowing that she's got a point, the C.R. Team including myself wouldn't be around without Asuna aka, Poppy's help. So, I turned around and whispered to her what I found out.

Me: whispering Okay.... sighs Okay... what I'm about to tell you, it's a same application to what I just told you. WHen I tell you to tell them, you tell them what I said. Okay?

Poppy: O-Okay?

Me: whispering Alright, good. Now,... the recent developments was that, Shionnae is in the establsihment. She possesses a Prototype Animatronic that I just repaired. However, her corpse is missing.

Poppy: whispering Missing?

Me: whispering Yes. I'm currently working on finding her corpse where ever that might be. It'll be a problem, but I think I know who has her.

Poppy: whispering William?

Me: whispering Yes. I know he has her corpse.... and he's going to tell "us" where.

I said.

After informing Poppy about what I found out, she nods in understanding on what's going on. A few minutes flew by due to me explaining to Poppy on the developments as I began to leave with her to the Pizzeria, not before giving her a word of caution.

Me: Now, i'm going to tell you something extremely important. If you feel like you're being watched, don't mind them. The animatronics are in some kind of alt. security mode of some kind. So, if you feel like they are threatening, we're leaving, okay?

Poppy: Then what about Shionnae?

Me: We'll still see her, but we just need to be careful. Anymore questions, you can ask me along the way. Okay?

Poppy: Okay.

Me: Oright. Let's go.

I said as we began to make our way to the Pizzeria.

At the Pizzeria,

Time - 12:57pm (1257hrs)

We arrived at the Pizzeria as we entered inside. Upon entering, Poppy looked in awe to see that the environment inside the establishment is lively with kids and adults.

Poppy: Wow....

I look at her smiling as she looks in awe at the place.

Me: Come on, I'll show you around.

Poppy: Okay.

Poppy said, eager to look around at the place with me.

So, like what Fritzy did on my first day here, I showed Poppy the Prize Corner, the Kid's Cove, Game Area, Show Stage, the Main Hall, the Party Rooms and last but not least, the office. I even introduced Poppy to the Toy animatronics, Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Mangle, Balloon Boy and the Marionette aka, the Puppet.

After showing her around while making our way towards the office, Poppy looks at me as she was thrilled to see that this is a fun place to work in.

Poppy: This place is fun! I don't see why you say this place is dangerous.

Me: OH HO HO HO HO HOOOOOOO~! You say it now because you only see them in the day. But at night however, that's a different story.

Poppy: Oh? tilts her head How different?

Me: Very different. Which is why I left that room that we passed for last that says; Parts & Service Room. "They", will explain everything to you,... the same explanation they said to me.

I said.

Poppy: I see. So, in a way, it's all fun and games in the day, and all dangerous in the night?

Poppy ask. 

Me: A way to sum it up so, yes.

I said.

Then, I point at the people who are in the office.

Me: Oh! Come now, Poppy. I'll introduce to you my colleagues who are also my friends, as well.

I said while ushering Poppy to the office.

Meanwhile at the office, Fritz Smith, Mike Schmidt and Jeremy Fitzgerald were seen discussing about their work shift while looking at the cameras. While discussing, they hear a familiar voice heading towards the office by via the corridor in front of them.

Me: Hey, guys. Had your lunch already?

I ask.

The three look up to see me and Poppy arriving as they greeted me first.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Hey, Shades!

Mike Schmidt: Good afternoon, man.

Fritz Smith: Hey there, Shades.

They all greeted.

Me: Hey guys. So, you three finished with lunch as we are just here to grab a bite while I show her around.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Yeah. We're just done. We're just monitoring the cameras and all.

Me: I see.

I said.

Mike Schmidt was happy to see me, until he saw Poppy, for him to ask me.

Mike Schmidt: So, Shades...... who's the girlfriend?

He ask.

Both me and Poppy blushed as we slowly look at each other and back at them. I immediately went up to Mikey as I gently knock his head hard, for him to feel it a bit.

Mike Schmidt: OW!!!

Me: points at Poppy She, is my colleague from Hospital.

I said.

Mike Schmidt: O-Oh....

Me: Anyway, also introduce to you, as well. Again, this is my colleague from Hospital, Asuna. She nicknames herself Poppy.

Poppy: Hi.

Me: And Poppy, these are my Colleagues from my temp. job aka, here. Fritz Smith aka, Fritzy, Mike Schmidt aka, Mikey, and Jeremy Fitzgerald aka, Jerry.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: But not Jerry the Mouse.

Me: Exactly like he said. Well,... we're a group of friends you see, and we called ourselves; The Four Fazbear Geeks considering we loved this place a lot back then in the 1980s.

I said.

Fritz Smith: Hi there. I'm Fritz Smith.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Jeremy Fitzgerald's my name.

Mike Schmidt: Mike Schmidt, or Mikey for short. No hard feelings just now. I thought it was something else.

They greeted and Mike Schmidt assured.

Poppy: Oh, it's fine. Humans do get to make a lot of assumptions these days so, it's alright.

Fritz Smith: Humans do...-

Me: it's a long story, Fritzy.... Anyway, we are here for lunch so-

Just before I could finish, Jeremy Fitzgerald stood up and immediately offered a box.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: We were saving this for you, fresh from the oven. But seeing you with Poppy, it just got better as you two can share it now.

Mike Schmidt: It's in the house!

Fritz Smith: Yep. For yesterday's.

They said.

I sighed at this and giggled soon  after.

Me: Come on, guys. I don't deserve this kind of treatment. It's just my job that's all. But still, I'll accept the Pizza.

I said accepting the Pizza.

Me: Again, thanks guys.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: No problem. Anything for our friend, our friendship, and our Geek.

Jeremy Fitzgerald said.

Upon hearing this from Jerry, the four of us began to burst out laughing, for Poppy to watch how happy Shadow is with his friends. After having this moment, I stopped laughing as Poppy and I are here for a reason.

Me: Any-anyway, you three carry on with your work. Poppy and I are going into the Parts and Service Room to have a look at Vixie and the old models.

I said.

Fritz Smith: Okay, Shades. Just caution your colleague about the bad smell in there.

Mike Schmidt: Yeah, man.... it's worse than before...

Me: I'll keep that in mind while telling her that. looks at Poppy Come on, Poppy. Let's go to the last room that I've yet to show you.

I said. 

Poppy nods at what I said. The both of us turned around to take our leave, not before us to turn around to wave at my three friends and colleagues farewell for now as we made our way towards the Parts & Service Room.

The three guards watched as they saw me and Poppy off, making our way towards the Parts & Service Room after waving at us. As we went back to work after seeing them enter inside, Fritz Smith began to speak.

Fritz Smith: The letter is with him...

Jeremy Fitzgerald: I know. We saw that it's gone. So, we can all say that he's read it, already, Fritzy.

Fritz Smith: Mhm...

Mike Schmidt: Now the next question is,... when are we going to tell Shades our huge secret, hmm Jerry, Fritzy?

Mike Schmidt ask.

Upon hearing what Mike Schmidt said, Jeremy and Fritz had looks of concern on their faces, knowing that they too are hiding another secret from me.

Fritz Smith: Eventually.... but what if he doesn't take it okay?

Jeremy Fitzgerald: As a matter of fact, look at how happy he is, seeing us after so long?!

Mike Schmidt: I know but, I feel a sense of guilt of not telling him.

Fritz Smith: Then what do you expect us to do?! Announce it to the entire establishment?!

Mike Schmidt: I'm not saying that! All I'm saying is that he needs to know the truth, and we need to know it, NOW.

Mike Schmidt said.

Jeremy Fitzgerald and Fritz Smith looked down after what Mike Schmidt said as they know what will happen when Shades find out about this, for Mike Schmidt to feel for their concerns

Mike Schmidt: Look.... I'm- I'm sorry... it's just.... we've been living in this world while using our semblances for a long long, long time.... we didn't even contact Shades, we didn't even tell him what happened to us.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: I... understand.... Actually, that's what I was going to talk about as.... I was thinking maybe we should tell Shades about this... when he's done giving Poppy that tour around....

Fritz Smith: Hmmm.... yeah. I was about to think that out but thanks, Jerry. We should really consider this otherwise, it'll be too late to tell him already.

Mike Schmidt: Huh... wow... n-never actually.... Ahem! Ahem! R-Right! So, when are we going to tell him?

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Right after he's done showing her the animatronics inside the Parts & Service.

Mike Schmidt: O-Okay.

Fritz Smith: I'm just worried on what he's going to say.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Don't worry.... we'll get through this with him.

Mike Schmidt: Yup.

After settling on telling their secret to me, they nod at each other and waiting for me to exit the Room with Poppy.

----MEANWHILE----

Inside the Parts & Service Room,

After forgetting that Poppy is a Bugster so, natural odor doesn't kinda make her gag or anything and showing her around the room while introducing her to the old animatronics, Poppy began to look at me with concern, trying to find out which one is Shionnae.

Poppy: Wow... so, all these robots are now left here for spare parts?

Me: Yes. Animatronics, actually. Not just robots.

Poppy: Hmph! If it were up to me, I would have saved them in case anything goes wrong and start a small band with them....

Poppy puffed her cheeks.

Me: We'll see next time...

I said.

Poppy: Anyway, where is Shionnae, since you said you found her? Is she in one of the robo- I mean, Animatronics?

She ask.

Me: N-No. Neither of them, but this one.

I said, pointing at Vixie.

Poppy looked at where I am pointing to see the animatronic bull.

Poppy: That's where Shionnae is?

Me: Yes. I recently repaired her so she doesn't have to shut off during conversations. Got some help from a friend, you see. So far, she's now getting use to her repaired and restored body.

Poppy: I see.... looks at Shadow Can we speak to her now?

Me: I'll try to wake them up. 

Poppy: Them?

Poppy ask.

I took a step forwards as I began to introduce Poppy to the souls.

Me: My soul-friends. I can still feel your presence in this room. There's someone I would like you guys to meet. And Shion, I've brought someone that you knew before. A familiar face, if you will.

I said.

Then, five souls began to appear around us as they left the animatronic models to meet us.

Gabriel: Shadow.... 

Susie: You.... have a friend...?

Me: Yes. I would like you to meet, Poppy, also known as Asuna.

Shionnae: Ms. Asuna? Is that you...?

Shionnae's soul flew in front of Poppy.

Poppy nods.

Poppy: Y-Yes. 

Shionnae: Ms. Asuna. It's been a while.... I'm happy to see that you are alright, too.... like Doctor Shadow....

Poppy: It's been a while, too.

Me: So, Poppy... these are, Shion's friends from inside this room, Gabriel.

Gabriel: Hi...

Me: Jeremy.

Jeremy: Hello...

Me: Susie.

Susie: Hi hi~...

Me: And Fritz.

Fritz: Hello.

Me: There's another two but, they can only be visible at night. They're Cassidy and Charolette Emily, short term name; Charlie. I'll give them your regards.

Poppy: I see. Then,...  tell them I said hi.

Me: I will. And guys, this is Poppy. Shion's nurse.

Gabriel, Jeremy, Susie & Fritz: Nice to meet you.

They greeted.

Poppy: They're... They're nice.

Me: Yes. And no need to be alarm. You saw several ghosts in action before, remember? So go with this one, too.

Poppy: Oh. Okay.

Me: Anyway, guys. She's here for a reason. I told her about what has been happening since Shionnae in this, too. Since this is a delicate situation, I need your help to explain to her the exact same thing you explained to me.

I said.

The spirits gathered to discuss for a moment as we hear whispers all over the room. After a few minutes, they gather back to us.

Gabriel: Alright. We'll help her see the light. We knew someone else would come to know of us so... we'll explain....

Gabriel said.

As they began, the spirits began telling Poppy what happened to them and why they are in the Parts & Service Room as they explained the same story to her that I was told back in Day 2. After explaining to her, I noticed Poppy had a look of shock and horror as they were killed in a gruesome way, looking at the suits.

Poppy: That's.... horrible.... 

Gabriel: I.... I know....

Jeremy: We.... never asked for this....

Shionnae: Neither did I....

Susie: Me neither....

Fritz: Me too... 

Gabriel: We all never asked for this....

Me: They're right... they're innocent. It was a work of a mad man... who's still out there.

Poppy: I see....

Poppy said, understanding what is going on.

Then, she went up to Shionnae's soul.

Poppy: So,... what happened to you?

Poppy ask.

Me: In case you ask, Shion. She asks, whether you experienced the same thing and what happened after that. I think it slipped my mind forgetting to ask that. But now we're here, I think  it's best we know what happened after.

I said.

Shionnae nods as she knows.

Shionnae: Well..... I died the same death as them.... murdered... stuffed.... However.... I was unstuffed and put inside a box for some reason....

Poppy: Why?

Shionnae: I... I don't know.... But maybe it is because of the Police sirens I've heard before I was locked away somewhere in the Pizzeria and Police Officers were questioning some people about me.... but then.... it went.... silent...

Me: Something tells me that the reason why she was taken out of the Vixie suit and hidden is maybe because William was probably about to be found out by the police when they mentioned her name.

Poppy: I see....

Me: Do you have any idea where that box is now?

Shionnae: No..... it's dark in the box.... and I have no idea where here is somewhere....

Shionnae said.

Poppy: Don't worry. We'll figure something out.

Me: And we'll find your corpse.... and bring it back to your parents.

Poppy: turns to look at Shadow S-Shadow?! Bringing a corpse back to he-

Me: I made an oath, remember, Poppy? Dead or Alive when found, I promised I'd return her to them.

Poppy: And they accepted that?

Me: Yes.

I said.

Poppy looks at Shionnae's soul as she nodded at what I said while looking at her.

Poppy: So, what happens now?

Me: Now, I'm just doing my temp. job while searching for her corpse in a box. I have a feeling there is more to it than this. Which is why after tonight, tomorrow night and the day after tomorrow night, We'll be coming back.

When everyone heard this, they began to grow worried.

Gabriel: Coming back after the Eighth Night?!

Susie: But you can't.... the place will be closed down and we'll be mostly active by then, even at night....

Fritz: Yeah....

Me: Don't worry. I won't be alone. looks at Poppy Poppy, remember I said there will be a time you will have to tell the team about everything?

Poppy: Yeah?

Me: On the Eighth Night itself,.... after I leave with my Game-Driver and Gashat,... you're to tell the team everything I shared. Tell them to MEET me at the Office I showed you. And we'll begin to raid the place.

Jeremy: Wait, more of you know about this???

Me: looks at Jeremy Not yet. looks back at Poppy Inform the police that Seito University Hospital has got this cover for tonight and tell them the report will be given to them once the raid is done, understand? The sooner we get out of here with the box with Shion's corpse inside and go to her family, the better.

Poppy: Then what about this place?

Shionnae: And me....? I want to see mommy and daddy....

When I heard this, an idea sparked as I told them this;

Me: I have a "Plan". That's why I'm coming back at Night 8, just for Shion, first. The others will be taken care of later.... with me....

A few minutes later,

After telling everyone about the plan, Poppy and I were seen leaving the Parts & Service Room with serious looks on our faces as we begin the plan directly at the Seventh Day itself. As we were about to leave, Fritzy, Mikey and Jerry rushed towards me in a hurry.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Shades! Wait!!

Jeremy Fitzgerald yelled for me.

Poppy and I stopped as we turned to see my Geeks rushing at us. They stopped in front of us as they began to speak.

Mike Schmidt: The three of us wanted to tell you something Shades.

Fritz Smith: With.... out her around....

They said.

I turn to Poppy as I nod at her.

Poppy: Okay, then I'll see you back. I'll leave a slice or two for you.

Me: Thanks.

Poppy waved at us as she left with the Pizza the Geeks gave me.

After waving goodbye to Poppy, I turn to Fritzy, Mikey and Jerry as I ask what was up.

Me: So,... guys. What's up.

Fritz Smith: The three of us.... want to tell you something.... extremely important and discreetly....

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Mhm.... c-can we take this in the office?

Jeremy Fitzgerald ask.

Me: Sure. Let's head there.

I said as we made our way to the office.

As we made our way and reach the office, I notice them having concerned and saddened looks on their faces, for me to know what's going on as I fish out the letter that Fritzy left for me. 

Once we reached the Office, I turn around to face the three as we began.

Me: okay... let's hear it. What's going on, my Geeks.

I said.

Fritzy, Jerry and Mikey looked at each other as they nod, before proceeding. They soon look back at me as they began.

Fritz Smith: Shades... we- didn't want to tell you this as we didn't know how this will make you feel....

Mike Schmidt: And.... this matter.... is extremely delicate.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: That, I have to agree with them on that....

They said.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Shades..... w-we'r-... we're-

Me: You're dead, aren't you?

I said.

Upon hearing me say that, their eyes widened when they heard me say what they want to say, knowing their secret.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: H-How did y- looks at Mike Schmidt

Mike Schmidt: Don't look at me, Jerry. i didn't say anything. looks at Fritz Smith

Fritz Smith: Me neither.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: neither did I, I-

Me: None of you told me.... I know you're dead.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: But... how did you know?

Me: Your shadows. They're not showing.

When I said that, the three looked down to see that he's right. Their shadows aren't on the ground.

Mike Schmidt: Okay! We didn't know that was obivous...

Me: So,... what happened to you three back then... before you met me?

I ask.

The three look at each other then look back at me.

Mike Schmidt: We were.... scooped... then used as a suit like them to escape....

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Then, we got killed... Fritzy and I when we were found out....  

Fritz Smith: We wanted to put an end of William's madness but... failed... so, we used our semblances... well, similar semblances to disguise our souls as real life beings of Mikey, Jeremy and myself that you knew years back....

Me: Even when we were kids.... you were dead, too....

Mike Schmidt, Jeremy Fitzgerald & Fritz Smith: .... yes... 

Me: Heh, knew there was something off when I couldn't find your moms and dads.... But that aside... you three seem to know each other's deaths pretty clearly.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Yes.... we do...

Me: W-Why?

Mike Schmidt: Because... we're the same person.

When I heard this, I was shocked to hear this as my eyes widened.

Me: So,... Fritzy, Mikey and Jerry,.... are all the same and one-person entity?

All: Yes....

Me: I see...

I said, for the three to look in confusion.

Fritz Smith: You don't look...

Me: Upset? N-No. I'm not.

Mike Schmidt: Why? We kept this away from you.

Me: I know you kept it for a reason. It's for the four of us, i know.... The reason why I took it okay, is because,... I'm a Doctor, well a Doctor-in-Training. When patients survive, I feel happy for them. But when they die in my arms.... I not only move on,.... I will also not forget them. And I'll not forget you three either.

I said.

Upon hearing this, Mikey, Fritzy and Jerry began to tear just from hearing me say this. Seeing them crying, I rushed in to hug them, to their shock while they were tearing as they never expected me to hug them.

Me: I know you three didn't want to hurt my feelings when you kept that secret... as after all... we're the Four Fazbear Geeks.... dead, or alive... right....???

I said.

The three nod in my arms as they hug back, too.

Mike Schmidt: Yeah....

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Mhm...

Fritz Smith: .... absolutely....

Me: Then don't cry those ghost tears and pucker up! Fazbear Geeks don't cry.... we look forward to the future.

I implied while braking the hug.

The three let go while wiping their tears away.

Me: Dead or Alive, you three somehow managed to last extremely long by using your similar and identical semblances. So, keep living while using your semblance and move on to the future with me. 

Jeremy Fitzgerald: sniff ... yeah!

Mike Schmidt: That's- sniff something you would say.

Fritz Smith: Then, let's end William's reign, once and for all.

Me: Exactly. Today, we sought the truth. Heartbreaking that maybe, we must still stand proud on what we have and never forget them. Today, we accept what we have after secrets are revealed... the following day including tonight, we shall survive the nights and cancel this establishment's apocalypse!

I yelled.

The three cheered for me like we used to do back when we were kids. After cheering over what I said, Fritz Smith began to speak.

Fritz Smith: So, Shades. Now that our secret has been revealed that the three of us are all of the same person, and other stuff.... what's our first move?

Fritz Smith ask.

Me: I'll send you a debrief. The operation begins in three days after my seventh night here.
