It was a few days after they had scouted the island, and Thalia was spinning one of her sodegaramis idly as she sat looking at the sunset. The past few days had been filled with work, but it had been good and much of the Edge's former glory had been restored due to their efforts.

Thalia was staying in Hiccup's old quarters, and Kiba with Rasmus in Astrid's. Nova was in Heather's dwelling, Simeag in Snotlout's, Asher in Ruffnut and Tuffnut's, and Annika in Fishlegs'.

The stables and clubhouse had also been fixed and updated with some upgrades and fresh coats of paint. All in all it was looking very well, and Thalia was pleased.

She was turning all this over in her mind when the terrible terror arrived. It looked exhausted, so that must have meant that it had traveled far. She took the message from it's leg and furrowed her brow as she opened it. The address had said it was from Berk, and she was eager to see what Hiccup might have to say.

Thalia poured over the letter carefully, then fed the little terror and found it a place to roost for the night. She had to go and talk to her team. They assembled (AVENGERS ASSEMBLE) quickly when she called then to the clubhouse, since the work was mainly over for the day and they had merely been relaxing for awhile.

"I have just received a message from Hiccup," she began gravely. "As you may know, Markus never showed up. I was angry at him, and perhaps some of you were as well. Well, Hiccup told me the first week we were at Berk he had been injured by a heavy beam falling on him while he was working. He was recovered enough to ride with us here, but he left a bit after we did and was shot with an arrow as soon as he took off.

"Hiccup has investigated and found that both were no accidents. Someone was trying to warn him off. We have no suspects yet, but is it our duty to remain alert. The culprits may have heard where we are and so we must be on our guard," Thalia finished and looked at them all grimly. "We will begin searching for clues tomorrow morning."

She stared at her team's faces in the flickering firelight. They all seemed determined, something she was very glad about.

It was time to act.

Hello there fellow dragon riders! Welcome to chapter three of flight! Be sure that it is the correct starting day, and you've read the above storyline and the information below before commenting.
This is a very important week so make sure you're active! I know many of us are finishing up school so I apologize for that. I have actually decided that this will tie partly into my Fanfiction, Heart of a Chief, Soul of a Dragon. You might want to read that to be more informed, but I'll explain it so that even if you don't you won't be totally lost.
Also I guess I forgot to mention before that this is a five week roleplay. So there will be two more weeks after this. Since it is plot driven that will work very well and then it won't drag on forever and die out.
