Hiccup had been watching the group from afar the whole week to see how they had been getting on, and they had satisfied his expectations rather wonderfully. Now he felt it was time to give them a place of their own to base the operation.

He had called them again to the training arena, and it wasn't long before they all arrived. Three of the riders had been gone for the first week of settling in, so he decided to wait for two days before taking them to the place where they would be staying. He hoped that Rasmus, Asher, and Markus would be able to pick up everything in those two days, but he couldn't afford to wait any longer.

"Thank you for gathering here," Hiccup smiled. "I'm two days we will be going to Dragon's Edge, a place where the gang and I had many adventures. It is still a good base, but a bit run down. You will have to fix it up and make it your own, but I'm sure that you can handle it. The Edge will be your base of operations; from there you will scout and handle the investigation I have charged you with. Is that clear?"

They all nodded enthusiastically, even some with excitement. Hiccup knew that they had probably heard of the more or less legendary place, but he knew they might be a bit disappointed when they arrived. However, he wanted to test them and see how they handled things, so he was going to send Gobber along to keep an eye on them.

"Gobber will come with you, you all know him. But the first thing you all need to do is get fitted for some special armor we've been working on that we thing will suit you well. Please do that in the next two days."

Hiccup handed Thalia a map and mounted Toothless. "I'll expect a report from you in a week."

Then he was gone, shooting up into the clouds where he wouldn't have to worry about things for at least a little bit. The seven riders gazed up at the sky where he had disappeared, in a slight awe before looking at each gleefully.

They were going to the Edge!

Chapter Instructions
Hello there fellow dragon riders! Welcome to chapter two of flight! Be sure that it is the correct starting day, and you've read the above storyline and the information below before commenting.
I thought everyone would be able to be active each day for the last chapter, but it proved to be too much, especially with the different time zones and everyone finishing up school. Three people missed a lot, and I believe I have found a better way to handle this. There are only three tasks to complete for this whole week, and each task gets at least two days to complete for those who have different time zones. I hope this way will be a lot better than before, and please try your best to be active!
Instead of having a task each say, like clean out a hut, settle into your hut, I'll leave that stuff up to you in the three days you have. Is that clear? Please let me know if you don't understand.
For those who have missed, today and tomorrow will be makeup days. You will roleplay the first three days with each other and me, while roleplaying in chapter two as well. So in effect you will be roleplaying in two places at once. It may sound confusing, but it is necessary.
