1:33 PM  MONDAY.    4 DAYS TILL THE WORLD ENDS

There were screams and hysterics all around me. I couldn't believe it. I was running. Running from all the pain i just caused. All those people and it was my fault. And now i was dead meat. I breathed hard, raged breaths, my shoes slapped the sidewalk. Jazzy was lost somewhere in the swarm of people toppling our each other to get after me.

Tears streamed down my face, blurring my vision. Was i still on fire? Is that why they were right behind me?

Someone yelled my name. "Chloe! Chloe!" I could barely hear over my own hysterical sobs. I couldn't breathe. I think I was lost. Every corner looked the same when your just trying to get away. If i could just find a place... it was Monday. I could survive the week.

I ducked quickly down another alley way. This was a dead end. I was toast. I threw up.

"Chloe?" I whipped around my brown hair slapping me in the face. the back door to a restaurant or Inn or something was open. There was a girl there who I swear I've never seen before and she motioned for me to come in. "Please I can help." She said.

No matter how unlikely that was, the yelling from the street over made up my mind. I threw myself in only seconds before the first of the mob round the corner. The girl, she was my age with flashy brown eyes and chocolate skin. Her black hair was pulled back in a flawless fishtail braid.

She might have said something to me or not but i don't know because at that moment the past two days weight finally go to me and I fainted.

It was Monday. Four days till the world offically ends and I was shooting fire from my hands.
