(A ninja is seen guarding the entrance of the village as two Akatsuki members approach him. As he is about to confront them, one of them puts him to sleep through eye contact, and they they walk through the village.)

(Meanwhile, Sasuke is seen gazing at a vision of his younger self frustrated due to his inability to avenge his clan.)

Kid Sasuke: Mommy and daddy shouldn't have died, this shouldn't have happened. If I had been strong enough, everyone would be alive. My clan is destroyed.

(Sasuke then throws a kunai as the vision disappears.)

Sasuke: Enough.

(Cut to a forest, Naruto is seen training with Ten Ten, Karin, Haku and Kin as the four get tired due to the intense training.)

Naruto: That's enough for now. Shadow Clone Jutsu.

(He summons some clones, and they pick the girls up as they take them to Ichiraku while the real Naruto leads them.)

Naruto: As soon as we get some snack, we'll resume our training.

(Suddenly they see Konohamaru gazing at Hiruzen's stone face.)

Konohamaru: (in mind) Old man...

Naruto: (in mind) Konohamaru...

Karin: Hey, kid. What's up.

(Naruto turns to them as he wipes his tears from his eyes.)

Konohamaru: Not very good...

Naruto: Classes started again, isn't it?

Konohamaru: No, not yet. Some of the school's buildings got severely damaged, so the students are helping in rebuilding.

Naruto: Okay, I got it.

Konohamaru: What about you, Naruto. You're still training, right?

Ten Ten: You bet he is.

(Then some scenes show the villagers rebuilding the villagers by all possible means. Naruto then gives a ticket to Konohamaru, and then Moegi and Udon come in as he joins them in rebuilding the school.)

Karin: So? Is the free food at Ichiraku still up?

Naruto: You bet it is, and then we can start another round of training.

Ten Ten: Fine by me.

(Meanwhile at the Hidden Sand Village, one of the ninjas found out something that caught his attention.)

Sand Ninja: Look at that.

(The Sand Ninjas gasp in horror as they found out the real Kazakage was murdered. Baki gets angered by that.)

Sand Ninja: Lord Kazekage... they're dead for so long. I guess... ever since before the Chunnin Exams.

Baki: I got it now. So, this was his game. (remembers Orochimaru) Curse you, Orochimaru. (to his fellows) After the Kazekage's death, either Orochimaru or maybe Kabuto assumed his identity. (sighs in anger) We were careless.

(At the Sound Village, Kabuto places the wounded Orochimaru in a chair.)

Orochimaru: Sarutobi...

Kabuto: You didn't think it would be easy, did you? Look who you messed with. One of the most famed ninja of the great shinobi nations. But you kinda went well. Two of the five are now out of the way.

Orochimaru: SHUT UP! Don't come with paternalism, you understand? (stern) Or I'll kill you.

Kabuto: Sorry, I didn't mean to... I admit we didn't get to destroy the village. (remembers Sasuke) But let's not forget about our other objective. Sasuke. You got him. He's got your leash up his neck.

Orochimaru: And all of this cost my arms, and also all of my jutsus. Had I caught Itachi Uchiha in the very beginning, we wouldn't be in this confusion. But it's too late now. That dream has died. Itachi is stronger than me. That's why I'm leaving the organization.

(Meanwhile with the two Akatsuki.)

???? 1: Do you know where he is?

???? 2: I do.

???? 1: It will be easy then.

???? 2: Let's go. 

(Meanwhile Jiraiya is seen peeking at some girls until the two Elders approached him and decided that he should be the fifth Hokage, but Jiraiya declines, claiming that he knows who can take the place, and also knows who can accompany him in his journey.)

Jiraiya: I've caught an interesting egg.

(Cut to the two Akatsuki, they see Asuma and Kurenai in front of them.)

Asuma: I can see you're not from here. What are you doing in this village?

????: It's been so long, Asuma, Kurenai.

Asuma: The fact you know our names must mean you were a shinobi in this village.

(One of the members reveals his identity as both Jonin realize it's none other than Itachi Uchiha, older stepbrother of Sasuke.)

Asuma: (smirks) Well, who knew. Itachi. Itachi Uchiha.

????: Are they your friends, Itachi? Well, I guess I should introduce myself. We'll still know each other better. My name is Kisame Hoshigaki.

Asuma: (smirks) Why wait until later, when I can wipe the floor with you two now?

Kisame: You see, Itachi? Looks like they hate you in this village as much as they hate you on mine.

Kurenai: We know who you are, Kisame. We knew everything. You've come from the Hidden Mist Village. You're suspect of espionage and the murder of a feudal lord. You're a renegade ninja from the Water Land, wanted around all nations.

Asuma: You're a Max Level Criminal, listed prominently on Bingo Book. Itachi, I must admit the fact you showed your face in this village, after you did, it requires much bravery.

Itachi: (glares) I'm warning you, not a good idea to mess with me. I wouldn't like to have to kill you.

Asuma: You know, it's hilarious coming from a man who killed his own clan. Now come on, spill it out. I know you didn't come here, dressed like this, for nothing. What do you want?

(Kisame draws his Samehaba)

Kisame: This guy is ticking me off. Can I kill him?

Itachi: I guess we won't get anywhere without a fight. Just try to not exaggerate. Your moves are out of this world.

Kisame: They're already dead.

(The four prepare to fight as the screen fades out.)
