Leaves in the trees blew lightly in the wind, making a calming wave sound as well as knocking a few leaves to the ground. Fall was approaching, a chill in the air causing the small Eri to sneeze and curl up closer to her guardian, Aizawa.
"Bless you." He spoke softly as a few people walked by. They had just gone to the convenience store for some food and other things before heading home through the park, and it seemed to be a particularly busy day.
Luckily their house wasn't too far away from there, a couple blocks from store at most.
Struggling to peek her head over Aizawa's hand, Eri was able to see the park around the,. The beautiful colored trees swayed slightly in the breeze and people bustled around with coffees and warm drinks in their hands.
Unfortunately, her ability to look around was limited since she was being held against Aizawa's coat, but she truly didn't mind. It was much warmer there. Though, not warm enough to sleep. She was incredibly tired, but the chilly wind that made it to her didn't let her rest much at all.
Pretty soon, Aizawa walked into the house through the front door of their house, locking it behind him. He glanced down at Eri to see her sleepiness and gently nudged her with his finger so she'd stay awake. Once he was in the living room, he switched the TV on, and gently slid Eri on to the small table, rubbing her head before going towards the kitchen.
"Are you hungry?" Aizawa asked. Eri looked in his direction and nodded at first before realizing that he couldn't see her.
"Yes.. I am." She said, a yawn partially cutting off her sentence.
Eri tried to stay awake as she watched the TV, but pretty soon she drifted off, laying on the wooden surface as though it were a bed.
The tree branches were gently beating against the windows of the living room, barely making a sound over the quiet television. Aizawa was making ramen behind the kitchen island, keeping a watchful eye on the now sleeping borrower Eri.
Soon, he finished up with the ramen, filling up two bowls with the soup, then headed back to the living room. One was a normal bowl for him and the other was a much smaller one for Eri. Once at the table, he took a seat on the floor and Eri's bowl beside her. He sat on the ground, setting the bowls a bit beside her.
Gently, Aizawa nudged her with his finger until she began to wake up. She awoke with a small stretch and a yawn, still groggy from sleep yet taking the ramen in hand.
After a moment, she began to eat the ramen, slowly at first but then pretty soon it was gone, leaving the young girl more awake.
Briskly, she set her bowl down on the hardwood of the table before turning to see what was on the television then to Aizawa. At first he didn't take notice and kept eating his ramen while watching the TV, but occasionally checked on Eri without turning his head.
With a silent giggle, Eri ran to the side of the table to be greeted by Aizawa's open hand. There, she clambered on it and a hold of his thumb
The wind blew through her white hair as her guardian lifted her up in front of him.
"Did you sleep well?" Aizawa asked, brushing the few stray hair strands from Eri's face. She simply nodded back.
"Do you think we'll be going to the academy again soon?" Eri asked, fiddling with her fingers as she spoke. Aizawa's expression softened a tad as he began to gently rub Eri's back.
"Yea, maybe in a day or so. I'm sure they'll be more than excited to see you again." Aizawa explained with a slight smile.
"Really? You think so?" She asked, setting her hands against Aizawa's palm. He nodded less than a moment later, filling the girl with inner excitement.
  "I can't wait!"

I haven't actually gotten this far in the series, so if the character's aren't properly fitting in the situations, my apologies!
I hope it was still good regardless of that and I hope you enjoyed it :3
