Author Notes: This is a sequel to the first Yugioh/Danny Phantom crossover story I did called "Ghostly Secrets." I claim no rights or anything associated with these two series but the idea for the story is completely my own. If you haven't read the first story I suggest that you do so as this picks up right after the first one ended. Twelve- years later

It has been several years since Atemu has returned back to a normal human life or even a half human life.  Atemu adjusted well to being a half ghost and using his newfound powers.  Danny and Sam married and are expecting their first child.  Yugi and Atemu are living together since the death of Yugi’s grandfather Solomon Moto.  Seto Kaiba had arranged getting Atemu legal documentation giving him a normal life.  According to the documentation, Atemu’s name or at least his last name was Yami.  He was Yugi’s older twin brother who was given up for adoption and raised in Egypt.  No one knew how much Yugi’s and Atemu’s relationship would change since Atemu became human.  They were far closer than ever and much more than brothers.  Ever since Atemu returned to a human life, he admitted to his once human host that he had very strong emotional feelings for the boy.  Yugi also admitted that he felt the same way for Atemu.

 Both Yugi and Atemu stayed in America as Atemu helped Danny with his ghost fighting.  His ghost name was Pharaoh as only his closest friends knew the truth.  The whole group both in Japan and America knew the truth about Atemu and Danny.  About their ghostly powers and such.  Seto even gave the Fenton family legal documentation for Danni this way she could live a close enough human life as possible.  Danni also at times helped Danny and Atemu out with the ghost hunting this way she had a better understanding and concept of what she was capable of because of her powers.  Tucker built and helped maintain a secret lab with help from Seto and the Fenton parents that served as Danny’s, Danni’s, and Atemu’s secret base of operations.  It would keep all of the troublesome ghosts and evil spirits locked up as both Danny and Atemu patrolled not only the ghost zone but also the shadow realm.  Danni couldn’t travel to the shadow realm as easily as Danny could as he managed to keep some of his powers and abilities he had gained since meeting Atemu.

Atemu and Danny felt relieved that they didn’t have to so much deal with mad and crazy spirits from not only the shadow realm but also from the past.  Danny and Sam knew that their child could have some of Danny’s ghost-like powers.  It didn’t bother the two as they knew it would only be natural considering Danny’s nature.  The whole group not only in Japan but also in America agreed to keep both Danny’s and Atemu’s powers and true nature a secret.  Tea was a bit disappointed to learn that Atemu didn’t care or love her in the same way that she did for him.  But she still remained a very close and loyal friend.  Serenity, Joey’s sister married Seto Kaiba much to Joey’s displeasure but Seto cared deeply for the girl as she made him happy.  Joey knew in some ways that Seto would never harm his sister in any way shape or form.  Tristian and Tea had hooked up as Joey and Mai were going to get married soon.  Over all life moved on for everyone as Atemu couldn’t be happier living with his friends and partner as he was enjoying every second of his human life while he could.
