Lucas and Riley make some more decisions regarding their wedding.

The weekend arrives and the whole wedding party has gone their separate ways for the dress shopping.

None of the boys were allowed to go with the girls, so Zay asked Topanga to record the moments for him, which she happily agreed to.

The girls arrive at the dress store to buy their dresses.

Topanga starts recording and asks, "So what are we going to look at first?"

Riley replies, "Well, I think that we should look at the bridesmaids' dresses first. Let's decide on a colour now."

Smackle says, "In accordance with the decoration, I think that we should probably wear light yellow colour dresses."

Maya retorts, "Why can't we wear light blue instead?"

Topanga asks, "Well since Riley is the bride, why don't we ask her?"

Riley replies, "Well, I was thinking purple-"

Maya cuts her off and says, "Riles, Honey, I love you, but I really do not want to wear your favourite colour"

Smackle replies, "But Maya it's supposed to be Riley's day so I think she should have a say in this decision. Since I feel that purple might be a bit dark, why don't we go with a lighter shade of it like lilac or lavender?"

Riley says, "Smackle that's perfect. Now let's look for the dresses."

Maya frowns to herself on hearing this but goes along with the other girls to look for the dress. She finds a beautiful knee length dress and pulls it out.

Suddenly, she hears Riley say, "Girls, I think I found the perfect dresses for you two."

Maya and Smackle turn around to find Riley holding a poofy looking ball gown type dress in her hand and looking at them expectantly with a happy expression.

Smackle nervously asks, "Don't you think it's a bit much?"

Riley replies, "But it will go so well with our 'Happily Ever After' theme"

Maya says, "Sorry Honey, but it's a bit too poofy so I am most definitely not wearing it"

Riley pouts and gets teary eyed so Topanga immediately calls up Lucas knowing that in such a situation, the groom was the only person who could calm the bride down.

Once the call gets connected Topanga explains the situation to Lucas before passing the phone to Riley.

Maya looks at her with a confused expression, so Topanga explains, "I called Lucas to help us handle the situation."

Maya says, "But we could have handled it ourselves"

Topanga replies, "Maya, I know from experience that nobody can handle this situation better than Lucas. Even I had such breakdowns and only Cory could help me then."

Meanwhile, Riley sadly says, "Hey Lucas"

Lucas replies, "Hey Princess. Why are you sounding so down, huh?"

Riley says, "I found the perfect dress for the girls which even matches our theme, but Maya is saying that it's too poofy and that she's definitely not going to wear it."

Lucas replies, "Riley, I understand your point of view, but you need to take their opinion into account as well right. It's Maya and Smackle who will have to wear the dress so they should be comfortable, right?"

Riley says, "Alright I understand. I'll let them decide on the dress because they already agreed on my choice of colour which by the way is light purple."

Lucas replies, "That's like a good girl. Now I'll let you get back to your shopping, okay? Love you"

Riley says, "Love you too"

With that Riley disconnects the call and turns to the girls and says, "It's okay if you don't want to wear a poofy dress. Now show me what you both have selected."

Maya feels slightly bad that Riley didn't listen to her but immediately agreed with Lucas even though both of them had said the exact same thing, it's just that their choice of words was different.

Smackle shows her choice first before Maya brings our hers.

Topanga looks at all of them and says, "I think that the dress that Maya has chosen looks very classy and elegant. What do you girls think?"

Riley and Smackle nod in agreement and decide to buy that dress for the bridesmaids.

After getting the saleswoman to finalise the bridesmaid dresses the girls decide to start looking at some dresses for Riley to choose from.

The saleswoman asks, "What kind of a dress are you looking for?"

Riley replies, "I want a princess type gown"

The saleswoman nods and goes to bring out a few options.

Topanga asks, "So sweetie, how are you going to get the decorations done in Texas?"

Riley replies, "Pappy Joe said that he'll look after it with Zay's family and some of their friends. Lucas and I tried to tell him that we'll come there early to look after everything, but that old man is way too stubborn."

Smackle asks, "More stubborn than Lucas?"

Riley nods and replies, "I can actually see where Lucas got his stubbornness from. Pappy Joe's argument is that this is his favourite grandson's wedding, so he wants to do these things for us. Lucas feels that Pappy Joe wants to be so involved because he sees himself and Meemaw in us. That's kind of the reason why he gave Lucas his Meemaw's engagement ring to propose."

Maya says, "You're telling me that the ring Huckleberry got you belongs to his late grandmother. It looks quite modern for an old ring."

Riley smiles and replies, "Well apparently Pappy Joe was way ahead of his time. He wanted his woman to have a very unique ring, so he designed it himself. Lucas just had to get it polished because the design was already perfect."

Smackle says, "I wonder how the boys are doing with their shopping"

Riley giggles and replies, "Well certainly better than us because I couldn't hear any arguing from the background when I was talking to Lucas."

Just then the saleswoman comes back with a few dress options and Riley starts trying them on.

After trying on a few dresses, Riley suddenly gasps and says, "I think I found the one"

Topanga asks, "Why don't you come out and show us the dress sweetie?"

Riley steps out of the changing room and all the women gasp on seeing her.

(Imagine it to be Riley who is wearing this dress)

Smackle says, "I agree with you Riley because this dress is perfect"

Maya adds, "You look beautiful, Riles"

Topanga wipes a tear from her eye and says, "You look like a princess, baby girl"

Riley replies, "I'm so glad you all like it. I'll just take it off and we'll send all our dresses for alteration so that we can get them on time."

With that Riley goes back into the changing room to change back into her clothes.

The girls all give their measurements for their dresses to be altered and go to buy some shoes and accessories for themselves.

Soon the girls all make their way back home to find Farkle, Cory, Zay and Josh sitting on the couch watching something on the television.

Auggie and Lucas were working together in the kitchen when they heard the door open and they looked to find the girls entering the apartment.

Lucas greets them by a nod before getting back to work with Auggie.

Riley walks towards her fiancé and little brother in the kitchen while the rest of the ladies decide to get the rest of the lazy boys to do some work.

Riley says, "Hey Bubba"

Auggie replies, "Hi Riley"

Lucas says, "Close your eyes for a moment buddy"

Auggie understands and immediately covers his eyes while Lucas gives Riley a nice smooch on her lips.

Riley giggles while Lucas says, "Ok buddy, it's safe now"

Auggie removes his hand and replies, "Thanks for the warning Luke"

Riley asks, "What are you two up to?"

Auggie replies, "We are spending some quality brother time while the other males are behaving like couch potatoes. Lucas suggested that we should make something for you ladies because you all would be tired after your shopping trip."

Lucas adds, "As you know that I can only make some decent lasagne, I decided to make that with my buddy here who volunteered to help."

Riley says, "Well I'm glad to see you two getting along so well."

Lucas replies, "Well I'm pleased to tell you that we got the suits for everyone today. They're light grey in colour and since you told me the shade of dresses, I even got them to buy the ties today."

Riley says, "That's great. Even we got the shoes and accessories for our outfits so now no more shopping trips. I only need a hair accessory which you said that you want to buy for me, so my shopping is also done. We even gave the dresses for alteration."

Auggie asks, "Can the three of us spend some time together tomorrow?"

Lucas looks at Riley who replies, "Well we don't have any wedding related activity planned for tomorrow so why now. We can go to the park and maybe have a picnic."

Finally, the girls manage to get all the lazy men off the couch to have dinner.

After dinner, the gang goes to their own home except for Lucas and Maya.
