At mount Olympus

Zeus was staring at the pool forlornly as all he can see is an endless blue void of ocean and some islands (from which are the tops of mountains that are submerged along with mount Olympus and mount Caucasus), he noticed that Atlantis is the only continent not get swallowed by the sea due to being the walled continent. Even the other gods and goddesses felt sad the fact that everything they worked hard on is all for naught, especially losing most (but not all) mortals that worshipped them. "What should we do now that the world is wiped clean from mortals?" Asked Hermes "perhaps... we should free prometheus so that he can make more humans from clay" responded Zeus as he watched at the pool that showed heracles, Plato, remus, and the newly repaired maxion riding on Pegasus while nemesis is flying in tow. "It seems there's some hope left, and yet the people of Atlantis are safe from the flood thanks to the wall Poseidon built" said aphrodite "we all know that, but still... the water taphus is still inactive" replied Athena.

Meanwhile at the ocean covered world

"Timaeus! Timaeus! Ugh, where can he be?" Said nemesis as she was busy searching, and yet her wings are tired from flying. Remus was visibly saddened the fact the world has ended "I can't believe the world was completely flooded! How can we not see it coming?" He said "we weren't expecting it to end, I don't know what happened that got Poseidon to flood the world. I am certain that there's a chance that general agon is trapped in the air taphus" replied heracles. Pegasus landed on an island (actually a mountaintop) to rest it's wings, nemesis also landed on it "good thinking Pegasus, my wings are going to be stiff and sore" she said.

Suddenly, a familiar deep voice coming from the evening sky "heracles... heracles!" It said, heracles looked at the sky and said "father?". Zeus appeared from the sky and said "I've seen what my brother, Poseidon, has done and I have to apologise" "tell us, what has happened to cause him to flood the world?" Asked Plato. Zeus was hesitant before replying "What caused Poseidon to flood the world is because he had a fight with the ancient sea god, not only that, but agon already activated the air taphus so I told Poseidon to flood the world because I believe that permanently deactivating the taphoi is a lost cause" this actually shocked the group as they cannot believe what Zeus was saying.

"Unbelievable!" Said Plato.

"Inconceivable!" Gasped heracles.

"I can't believe that agon beat us to the punch!" Complained nemesis.

Zeus nodded in response to their outrage, but he knew of freeing prometheus to make more humans is essential to the world and the gods and goddesses. As the group continue discussing of the matter of what to do since the world has ended "everyone, please. I would want you heracles and friends to free prometheus in order to repopulate the world" said Zeus "free prometheus? Father, are you saying that to repopulate the world is to free prometheus even though the world itself is covered in water that there's no landmasses?" Questioned heracles. Zeus sighed and replied "I'm sure to tell Demeter to start growing plants when the ocean recedes" after that, he disappears back into the sky. The group has no choice but to fly to what was once mount Caucasus, but heracles is determine to restore the world when the ocean recedes back to the way it was before Poseidon used his powers.

4 hours later

They arrived at the island (actually the summit of mount Caucasus) to find that the trees are submerged along with the grass, nemesis landed on the dry area and ran up the stairs "wait up nemesis!" Yelled maxion as he and the others dismount Pegasus and went after her. As they reached the top, they see that the titan prometheus is still chained to the rock "welcome back nemesis, you also brought some friends" He said warmly "prometheus, I want you to know that Zeus wants us to free you, so you can make more humans to replace the ones that died" said nemesis. Prometheus already know what happened to the world, but he watched as maxion raised his blade and cut the chains. After that, he disappears into the night sky "alright everyone, we've freed the titan. Now we wait to see what happens next" said Heracles. Everyone started to lay on the dry ground to sleep the night, knowing the world will be restored.
