As the two rode on the saabas, Timaeus started to have memories of Egypt the way the captain of the guard ended up being poisoned and taken back to the capitol for medical help. "You alright?" Asked espart "yes... I'm remembering things from Egypt on how I saved it from a rogue soldier using the fire taphus, then I had to leave Egypt in pursuit of general agon" he replied. Suddenly, clouds started to cover the blue sky "huh? Is it going to rain in the desert?" Asked timaeus "it's very rare for rainfall to occur in deserts, but the clouds themselves feel... off" explained espart as he shuddered because he felt something off.

The duo finally made it to the air taphus, but much to their surprise: it has been activated while air ether spew out of the smoke stack "we need to hurry!" Said Timaeus in a panicked tone. The duo got off the saabas and rushed to the entrance, only for it to be sealed "I can't believe general agon beat us to the taphus! What are we going to do!?" Yelled espart, but Timaeus smacked him and said "get a hold of it espart! I'm sure heracles and the others will arrive here and figure it out, so I'm not sure if we're too late or just in time". After he said his piece, Timaeus felt raindrops and looked up at the sky.

Meanwhile at the coast of byblos

Poseidon and phorcys are still fighting until they saw air ether coming out of the horizon "you see this? Agon activated the air taphus, that means that either my brother Zeus or grandfather Uranus shall destroy it" said Poseidon. "Shouldn't we just seal it away? So no one can use it to revive typhon" said phorcys, Poseidon thought of it before he hears the voice of his brother Zeus:

"Brother, you must flood the world... it is a lost cause to prevent the taphoi from being activated" said Zeus but in his tone, he sounded regretfully.

"I will, brother. To make sure that agon will be sealed within the air taphoi, I must flood the world and thus start over" replied Poseidon, much to the surprise of phorcys. "Please don't, I beg of you! There has to be a way to deal with the air taphus!" Begged the ancient sea god, but Poseidon ignored his pleas and thus, he commands the sea and rain to slowly rise up to engulf the land.

Back at the air taphus

"It's really pouring!" Said espart as the cloud covered sky rained harder, what went from small puddles to ponds. Timaeus was shocked as he watched the water going up to his knees, and up to his torso "it's the end of the world!!" He cried out "isn't it obvious!?" Replied espart.  Once the water come up to their heads, a large wave crashed into the smoke stack of the air taphus thus pushing both Timaeus and espart away from it. It was a matter of time of phorcys to rescue both of them "phorcys?? What are you doing here? What's happening!?" Questioned Timaeus "it seems that Poseidon has already flooded the world, due to the fact that Zeus believes it is a lost cause to stop agon from reviving typhon. I am sorry I couldn't get them to change both of their minds, and this is the age of where humans have gone extinct. I am to blame for my inability to save all humans" replied phorcys as he showed a sad expression. "You are not to blame! There are things that I have regretted but I wouldn't care if I lost my home, as long as I have my crew is all that matters!" Said espart, Timaeus heard a familiar female voice out in the distance calling out his name "queen patra?" He said.

Phorcys swim towards the direction of where the voice is until he sees an Egyptian boat with a woman standing on the deck in the rain, she is wearing exquisite gold jewelry and dress. "Queen patra!" Timaeus called as the ancient sea god lowered his hand (where he is holding timaeus) and Timaeus stepped onto the boat in front of patra. "Timaeus! You... You're alive!" Said patra as she smiled with relief "I'm glad to see you" said Timaeus said as he hugged her. The clouds started to part thus revealing the evening sky, both the boat and phorcys are in the middle of a vast ocean of where the desert used to be. Yet espart and phorcys felt saddened to see how the world has ended, while Timaeus and patra were relieved to see each other again after parting.
