It was free break, and everyone were in the halls, considering how busy it was, Melody could sneak away. She got close to the door, to see two pokemon between her and the exit, Ace was there talking to a shiny umbreon, the shiny umbreon looked like a female and looked pretty young, Melody through a object towards them then through the corridor, the umbreon and Ace turned and followed the object confused, now was Melody's chance! She snuck out looking back at the school, and running off, she ran away from the school and stopped when she made it to a human village, there were small houses and stores, Melody looked around and hopped into the village hoping not to be noticed, but her luck ran out when little kids ran up to her and started pulling her ears and tail, Melody shrugged trying to break through, she spotted a girl in the distance with a vaporeon and a eevee next to her, the eevee looked familiar to her. Adults walked up to Melody and took the kids away, but one of the adults took Melody away, Melody struggled to get out of the arms of the human and the girl with the vaporeon and eevee spotted her, she came up to the human holding Melody "excuse me mam, but it looks like your eevee is struggling to get out of your arms" the girl said reaching for Melody, but the lady grunted and turned around, the lady holding Melody looked rich, she had brown hair about to go grey tied up in a small bun, she wore red high heels and a red dress, the lady started walking to a big house but the girl stopped her again, she grabbed Melody and placed her gently on the ground giving the lady a leash and collar, the lady nodded her head like she was saying thank you, but she still looked mad, the lady got on her knees and started to put on the collar but Melody bolted away just in time, she saw a jolteon running as well with a sylveon behind him "Holly! Leave me alone!" The jolteon shouted "Blade! Come back! Give me a kiss first!" The sylveon shouted back, chasing down the jolteon, a flareon sat down by a fountain watching it, the flareon giggled and gave the jolteon a wave, the jolteon slowed down because he was distracted and the sylveon tumbled on top of him "Phoenix! What was that for!" The jolteon asked annoyed, the sylveon still on top of him "you two make the perfect couple" The flareon giggled again "hey, where's Meteor?" The sylveon asked "I heard he got captured" The flareon replied "hey look! A eevee! Let's ask her!" The sylveon called, pointing to Melody, the sylveon came up to Melody "hey, I'm Holly! have you seen a umbreon around here? His name is Meteor and he has wings!" The sylveon said "HOLLY!" Phoenix shouted "too much?" Holly asked, Blade just shook his head "hmm, I may know a pokemon with wings, a leafeon" Melody replied "REALLY?! WHATS THEIR NAME? WE WILL FINALLY SAVE THE WORLD!" Holly shouted "her name is Spring, she is in there" Melody replied pointing to the school "have you seen a glaceon, vaporeon, espeon and eevee though?" Phoenix asked "I think I may know the eevee too" Melody replied "who?" Blade asked "her name is Melody, follow me" Melody replied walking into the forest, the three other eeveelutions were waiting for her to tell them but instead, they met the real thing "wait-wait-wait-WHAT?!" Blade was shocked "HELP US! PLEASE!" Holly shouted, Melody nodded her head "I can, but I need help to find my friend and family" Melody said "well let's go!" Holly shouted.

They walked to the lab and peeked through the window, there was nothing there except scientists and a few pokemon, Melody shook her head and they walked back to town, Melody saw the girl again and decided to follow her, "stay here" she said to the other eeveelutions, and she was off. She reached the house and peeked through it, she saw a staircase, a pink vaporeon with a flower and the girl cooking, Melody snuck into the house through the back door which was on a back porch, she snuck past the girl and ran upstairs knowing there would be nothing downstairs, she looked through all the rooms but one room was locked, she tried breaking the door down by banging on it but couldn't, she snuck downstairs to find a key, and conveniently, the key was there, next to the girl, the vaporeon was asleep so she attempted to grab the key with her mouth, but she failed. The girl stopped cooking and picked up the key and walked to her lounge room with a plate of food, she sat down and placed the key on the little coffee table she had, the vaporeon followed. Melody ran over there and hid behind the couch, she poked out her mouth and grabbed the key.

She ran upstairs, the key in her mouth, her paws making noises, she ran into the locked room, using her wings to reach the lock, she twisted the key and opened the door, there she saw Ender in a room with a bed, food and some water, Ender saw her and realised how much he hated his trainer, it turned out his trainer was hurting him for doing things he didn't even called wrong. He opened the window with his mysterious powers and hopped onto Melody's back, Melody spread her wings wide backing up, the sounds of the girl could be heard coming upstairs, and just before she got upstairs, Melody and Ender were out of the house, flying back to the village, Melody dropped Ender off with her new allies and went to pick up Spring, Burst followed, and they reached the small village, even if it meant leaving his position, Burst wanted to stay with Spring wherever he was, and there they were, off to look for  Meteor, and the rest of the winged nine.

Geez, not including this short author's note, this chapter is exactly 1024 words long! I was aiming for 700! This story only had a few chapters left before it's over, or maybe even more, thank you so much for the support, love y'all 😊
