Hyrule plaza when entering into it was filled with life and people talking, laughing, and giggling among each other. Link was calling your name as you high tailed it. You knew the boy didn't have much time and his life span you could feel was on a limit... going down each passing second.

You accidentally bumped into a castle guard. "HEY! WATCH WERE YOU'RE GOING!"

"Sorry!" You called back as a smile appeared on your face. It was good to have a human reaction and not the twilight realm were there wasn't any reaction at all.

The food markets near the bar were making your mouth water, but the
Zora prince was important right now as you jumped off the stairs as Link finally catches up to you as you entered into the bar, only to stop and almost run into a small old man.

He had huge glasses around his small eyes and a bad back by the looks of it. He simply scoffed and walked away mumbling under his breath.

You growled. "What was his problem...?"

"Wait doctor! If something isn't done this child will..." llia yelled out while running towards the door.

The sight of llia made your heart jump in happiness knowing she was safe, because you now knew the feeling of having a lost sister, the pain of being away from her. "l-llia?"

Her head turned towards you, but simply waved it off as if your voice didn't matter to her. Link broke the tension to help.

"I missed you, llia." Link rose his voice to make sure llia heard.

She simply shook her head at him and walked towards the Zora prince. This behavior confused you but you didn't say anything and let Link be confused still.

"Well, this isn't good. A human doctor won't do, huh..." The woman, Telma, mumbled while staring with a mothers care at the Zora prince.

llia didn't say anything and rested her head on the table. Her back hitched up and down, which was her way of her trying not to cry. You gave her a small smile and stroked her back. "Everything will be alright."

"That old coot reminded me of a shaman in Karkariko village. He tended to Gorons and Zoras..."

llia rose up her head and suddenly jumped towards the woman, making you jump slightly at her reaction. "Is it true? Perhaps we can take him there!"

"Inadvisable! Too dangerous!"

You turned to find five Hyrule guards standing behind you. "But we can't turn a blind eye to a pretty girl in need either! Yes! We better escort you! Right, boys?" They all broke out into cheering.

You rolled your eyes at him. Men can be so weird and funny at the same time. Telma smirked at the five guards. "Well isn't that nice? Five brave young men wanting to take you back to a village with beasts out into the fields? We'll be safe now."

The sound of clanking was heard as when you turned to look all but the small guard was there. He finally realized what had happened, picked up his lance, and made his best effort racing out of there. You broke out into a laughing fit as Telma had an ugly growl frown on her face.

"COWARDS! Don't EVER show your faces here again!"

Telma huffed off the rest of her steam before finally noticing Link. He was in a daze about something until Telma broke him out of it. "Oh my, looks like we got one more swordsman left."

Link cheeks turned into a tint of blush. "Me?"

"Yes you! Not only that, but it looks like this brave young man will escort us."

"I'll help too!"

Telma turned and faced you. "Now we have two brave young souls with us. The gods must be answering are prays."

A giggle escaped from your throat and you nodded. "Yes ma'am"

"Now this makes this even better. Let's load up and take off!"

llia nodded and ran into the backroom. Telma gave both Link and you a dreadful expression. "It's sad really... I can both tell you know her... she can't even remember her own name."

Your heart felt like it shattered into pieces. "H-Huh? N-No... please... not her..."

Link hugged you and stroked your hair. "(y/n) don't cry. Be strong for llia."

"He's right honey." Telma said, "Crying isn't going to pull you through in life if you don't learn to hold in the misery and face it like a true hero."

The thought put a smile on your face. "Thank you."

"You're welcome hon, now, off we go!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The bridge from the angle you were looking at had an ugly monster riding a boar and guarding it. It was the only bridge to get across to anything at the moment so it was the only way through. llia wanted to thank you and said your name, but she only smile and waved it off like it was nothing inside her memory to refresh it.
It burned inside you heart, but you knew you had to get them to safety and rode behind Link while he rode to the bridge. Epona stopped suddenly and kicked her hooves up. You yelped and held on. "Wo girl!"
The carriage came rolling up alongside, making it time to face off the monster. The air was getting hazy as Link charged in. The world became white for a second as then next moment later Link was smiling. "I took care of the monster!"
"Link, what are you talking about?"
He looked down at you confused. "Don't you remember? You took it down with me."
"I-I did? N-Never mind. Let's just hurry to the village."
Link nodded and had Epona take off. Your hands hurt as you looked at them and saw a faint blue fading back into them. It was weird, but you sat quiet along the whole ride...
~~~~~~~~~~~

The Zora prince was put to bed as after Link talked to everyone. You didn't see him walking towards you. "Why are you checking your hands?"

"Link... A-Are you sure I helped you with the monster back at the bridge?"

"Yeah of course. You help shot him while I managed to strike him with my sword."

"I see."

"What's wrong?"

"I-It's nothing...."

"(y/n) please don't ignore me, it must be something"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"

You pushed Link aside and looked up to find the dead queen again. Link's words drowned out as you ran towards her guiding spirit. You didn't know if Link was following you or not, but it didn't matter as only this could help.

She led you towards the graveyard and disappeared behind a rock with a hole poking through. Link's shouts came through as he shouted your name and ran towards you. The hole was whispering inside in your ear as you tucked yourself and crawled in.

For a small river cave it was beautiful. The top showed the outside night as the stars shined brightly. The shrine was simple with a tall stone gave on the other side. You dived into the water just when Link crawled through. He panicked and swam after you, but you were the faster swimmer and look up at the beautiful late Zora queen.

"I am deeply grateful to you for aiding my son in his time of need. I will give you the gift my husband had made. It was garments made for the chosen hero. It gave him the powers of a Zora would have."

The grave opened up by itself as you restrained yourself from screaming in surprise. "Thank you, late Zora Queen."

Link picked it up with a smile on his face. "This will help greatly."

"My son... knows nothing of my dead. But, please pass this message on for him. He must not grief his mother's passing. Tell him I want him to be brave and live on as the king of our people. And... Tell him his mother loves him... without end."

"We will, late Zora queen."

The Zora queen smiled before disappearing into her final slumber. Link looked at you, then back at the tunic. You were confused, but finally got the message and blushed and turned around for him to change.

"Okay you can turn around now."

He was dress in blue garments and heavy but light chain mail on the inside. It looked pretty good, but your tunic glowed and changed into the same tunic Link had on, only white with blue lines tracing around the edges.

You smiled and looked at your new outfit. "This new thing and changing is really cool."

Link nodded and looked his over. "You look cute in yours- I meant cool!"

A faint blush came onto your cheeks. "Thanks... Link."

He laughed and punched your shoulder lightly. "Let's dive under and go back into the lake."

You nodded and let the fish thing down and when underwater. It was truly was magical as swimming was like walking under the water. Link grabbed his water bombs when he bought from the bomb shop, set them off and made a explosion go off.

He grabbed your hand and made you jump, you didn't know he was leading you through the water until you saw darkness from the inside of the cave. You help Link swim as the long swim started now.
