As Kong charged at me, I spun around, swinging my tail through the air to deliver my patented tail slam.

Surprisingly, Kong ducked down and slid across the ground, completely dodging my attack. I stood there, dumbfounded, as that move always seemed to work, but Kong was faster than me.

He slid to a stop on the ground in front of me and slammed his curled fist onto my knee.

He must have known there was some sort of special pressure point there that even I didn't know about, because abnormal amounts of pain filled my entire leg that I had never experienced before from being hit on the knee. I collapsed to the ground, and Kong grabbed a boulder off the ground, and proceeded to beat me over the head with it.

I surged up, breaking the boulder, and trying to attack Kong. He used his foot to push my head back down on the ground, and proceeded to pick up Mothra's egg to hit me with it.

NOO! NO, YOU DON'T!!! I thought.

I let out a SKREEEEONGK!!!! and bitch slapped the dumb ape across the face, sending him falling to the ground, and Mothra's egg flying through the air. "Ack!" I managed, lunging through the air towards the egg, and caught it in my hands, holding it carefully, and landed on the ground.

I put my ear to the egg, and heard her little heartbeat. "Don't worry, I got you..."

Suddenly, the egg slipped out of my hands as I was pulled backwards by Kong, who had grabbed my tail.

"HEY! DON'T TOUCH THE TAIL!" I yelled, but Kong, to my surprise, had the strength to swing me through the air and then throw me, sending me hurling into a cliff face.

As I struggled to get up, Kong was suddenly on top of me, holding a tree in his hands, which he proceeded to try and shove down my throat.

Seriously? I thought. He's trying to choke me with a tree? Fat chance.

Since I was lying on my back, Kong didn't see my dorsal plates lighting up until a stream of blue fire burst from my mouth, incinerating the tree and causing Kong's fist to burst into flames.

He roared in pain, and began vigorously patting his hand, trying to put the flames out. I took advantage of it and preformed my tail slam once more, and this time, Kong was unable to dodge it.

My tail hit him full force, pushing him violently into another rock face, which crumbled on top of him.

Suddenly, the sound of the human's flying machines and their larger floaty things drew my attention, and I saw their fleet arrive on the shore. Kong emerged from the rubble, and the both of us looked at the humans for a while.

C'mon guys... I thought to myself. Shoot him! Do it already!

But the human's wouldn't fire. Their guns just shifted from me, to Kong, and back again.

Then, Kong tried to speak to them.

"What are you waiting for? Shoot him already!" He yelled at them.

I turned to him, confused.

"You think they're on your side? They're on mine, dumbass!"

"What are you talking about, scale-face? They're on my side!"

Then I realized.

Both Kong and I are allies with the humans.
