My silky black hair is draped onto my shoulders.

Everything is silent. Everything seems to slow down in my last final seconds.

           The tip of Zane's blade digs into the skin of my chest. It stings, it burns, heck, it's the most painful feeling I've ever experienced. Zane keeps pressing the sword deeper. It impales my heart. The excruciating pain is unbearable. Blood begins to ooze from my new deadly wound. It pours out into a puddle below me. Zane continues to twist and turn the sword in my body, but I was already practically lifeless.
Photographs, they flash and flicker through my mind.
Memories play on like movies.
My whole life flashes before me...
The melody of my thoughts dies down, and becomes lost in the wind.
These are my last thoughts...
