I'm sorry the beginning of this chapter is kinda boring, and the ending is super un original. Im sorry.. Get ready for a major cringe.

Annabeth's POV

After we arrived in Dingion Ally, we met up with Nico and Will, then Mrs. Weasly began leading us to our first destination. I looked around taking in the scenery. The architect was amazing. I thought about how studying in New Rome would be. Percy had told me about how beautiful it was there. Percy threw an arm around my shoulder. I looked up at him, and smiled. 

"Hey Seaweed Brain." I said teasingly. 

"Hey Wise Girl. Thinking about the architect?" He asked me. 

"how did you know?" I said in amazement. 

He winked at me, " You just had that look into it eye." he said. 

" Don't listen Annie. You muttered, ' beautiful buildings." Piper said rolling her eyes. 

I smacked Percy's arm. 

"Lair." I said. 

"Here we are!" Mrs. Weasley announced. 

 We had stopped in front of what appeared to be a pet shop. 

"Uhh, Mrs. Weasly, why are we here?" Leo asked. 

"To get your pets. Each wizard must have one." Mrs. Weasly explained. (someone pointed out they don't have to get one. Honestly? I don't give a fuck)

We entered the shop, and began to look around. Piper got a brown owl, Percy got a toad for some reason, Leo chose an orange cat, Hazel complained about not being able to just have Arion as her pet, but after awhile she chose a white owl with brown specks. Frank got a rat, Will got a tabby, and Nico chose a black cat. I took the liking of a gray owl. 

"Okay! Know that everyone has an animal, let us go get your robes and wands." Mrs. Weasly said. 

We gathered the rest of our supplies, and used the floo powder stuff to get back to the Weasleys (except Nico and Will, who shadow traveled there.) Mrs. Weasly went off to the kitchen to make dinner. 

"It feels like she just made dinner. Your mom is awesome." Nico said to Ginny. 

Ginny blushed and grinned at him. 

"Ya, she's really cool... what's your mom like?" Ginny asked.

 I glanced over at Nico, and to my surprise, he had a smile on his face. 

"She was wonderful. She would always sing to Bianca and I, and she had the most beautiful voice. My father tells me that I look like her. Thank the gods for that, I would hate to look like him." Nico said grinning at her. 

"What song did she sing?" Hazel asked Nico softly.

 "It was called Soldantino." (A/N: *insert cringe here*) he replied. 

"Sing it." Will said. 

"Wha-what?? Noo!" Nico said blushing. 

"Please? You have a beautiful voice, and I'm sure everyone wants to hear it." Will said. 

Nico sighed. "Well, okay..." he thought for a moment before beginning.

Nico sang the song beautifully, and when he was done, I felt tears in my eyes. 

"Wow Nico, that was gorgeus!" I said to him. 

He blushed. Wow, for such a deep, depressing guy, he sure blushes a lot, I thought. 

"What was her name?" Fred asked. 

"Maria. Maria di Angelo." Nico said.
