".......So you two actually talked to a Forerunner??" Zeb asked in disbelief. "Yeah. I know it sounds crazy but we actually met one." Sabine said. Everyone was in the common room of the Ghost. Ezra and Sabine was explaining what happened when they found the tomb.

"And he said we have to find this 'Index'?" Kanan asked earning two nods. "And we have to blow up this ring before Maul is ready to leave?" Hera asked also earning two nods. "In five days." Ezra added. The crew fell silent at the news still trying to process what they heard. "Well this is a shit show." Chopper bursts out and everyone looked at him.

"What? We came here because of a lost crew of a dead station and we found a returning Flood and a physio elite ready to completely and utterly fuck our shit up." Chopper said. "Can't believe I'm saying this but Chops right. We're neck deep in shit right now." Zeb said.

"How do we even find this Index?" Kanan asked. "Delta can lead us." Ezra said. "It is true. I can lead you to the Index. I know where everything is on the ring." Delta said. "No way I'm letting that thing on my ship." Hera said. "Do not worry. I don't need to be on your ship. You can follow me while I lead you to where you need to go." Delta told her.

"This can be our only chance to defeat Maul here and now. It's your call what we do, Kanan. What do you say?" Ezra asked. Kanan crossed his arms and stroked his goatee. After a few moments of silence he said "If you trust that this is the only way then I guess we don't have a choice. Lets get going." And every got to the cockpit and Hera took off following Delta.

During their travel they tried to contact the fleet but sadly no luck and eventually just hoped that they would come. They followed Delta all over the plains of the ring turning each and every way. "Ugh, how many turns is he gonna take its giving me a headache." Zeb said. "Don't worry I have a feeling that we're getting close." Ezra said.

Suddenly the ship started to shake. "What the hell was that??" Mira asked. Hera checked the radar "incoming ships on our six!" She said. Four Night Brother ships was chasing them. Shooting them each and every turn they took. Kanan took control of the turret on top of the ship and started shooting back. Hera started twisting and spinning to shake any missiles they shot. "We do not have time for this. We need to get to the Index." Delta said. "Tell that to them!" Hera shouted still flying threw trees. "I can not because they might shoot me." Delta stated. "No shit!" Chopper said.

"What if we split up? You guys take care of these guys and me and Ezra can get the Index?" Mira suggested. "She right. We need to split." Kanan agreed. "Alright take the Phantom." Hera said. Ezra nodded and ran in the back of the ship. When he got to the Phantom he got in the pilot seat ready to take off. Then Sabine ran in with Zeb. "You two didn't think about doing this by yourselves did you?" Sabine said. "Alright then. Strap in." Ezra said.

The Phantom took off and flew fight passed the enemy fighters but one followed them. "We got a tail." Mira said. "Hang on!" Ezra said and started to spin. Ezra flew the Phantom threw trees and canyons trying to loose the one fighter. Then the fired a missile and it hit. "So that's how you wanna play it. Fine by me." Ezra said and raise the nose of the small ship. The Phantom flew up and over the fighter and then behind it. "Alright lets see you handle this!" Ezra said and started firing the main guns of the ship and the enemy fighter blew up.

"Wow. That was some impressive flying kid." Zeb said. "I had alot of training in fighter SIMS and I was good at it." Ezra told him. "Yeah but I don't think spinning is flying." Sabine said. "But it's a good trick." Ezra said. Then Delta showed up. "Now that we are safe let us keep moving." He said and they followed Delta.

They followed Delta for some time and thought maybe he was just leading him in circles, until, they came up on a large metal door. "This is the place." Delta said. Ezra landed the Phantom and made the ship cloak. They walked towards the door. "So this is it huh. Well they sure did know how to keep people out." Mira said. Delta then activated a console and the metal door opened. "Let us keep moving." He said and went inside.

Ezra looked back at Sabine and Zeb. "You guys don't have to come in if you don't want to." He said. "We don't but there's no way that you're going inside alone." Sabine told him. "Besides it's safer in there than out here in the open." Zeb added. Ezra nodded and they walked inside.

Elsewhere

Maul was over looking his base and his soldiers walking back and forward. Then a elite came to him and kneeled. "Rise. What is it?" Maul asked. The elite got up and told him "the humans have split up again. Our fighters are pressuring their ship but our spies tall us that the others are heading for the Index." Maul nodded and gestured the elite to leave. Once he was alone he closed his eyes. "Rise my army from underneath! Find any humans in the tunnel and kill!" He said in a deep dark voice. In his mind he can here Flood screaming and he gave a evil laugh.
