Shivaay Singh Oberoi wasn't looking for anyone when he stumbled upon Annika Malhotra; the new rising actress in Bollywood. 

Sparks fly between the two when Shivaay helps Annika to escape the paparazzi only to get himself stuck with her even more. While being the CEO of Oberoi company, had its perks, involved in scandals and when tabloids keep appearing with him on the front page, he has no escape. But with Annika, it was rather like he unknowingly always appeared at the top of tabloids and it did not bother him.
