Jhanvi has come to visit  charu with her gift ,as it was her sangeeth the following day . Shivaay had also accompanied her .

C- thank you so much aunty, it's so pretty!

She exclaimed revealing the beautifully embroidered pink lehanga from the box .

J- save this thanks for your sasu maa , she selected  this for you.

Charu smiled listening to this and shifted her gaze on shivaay , wriggling her eyebrows once she asked him whether he liked that dress to which he smiled before nodding .

Only if his badi maa hadn't requested him ,he wouldn't have come . These kind of situations were definitely not his cup of tea ,formalities and stuffs...no.

Through time,the ladies were engrossed in their conversation regarding some designer and boutique while charu had already disappeared inside her room. She would never want to stay there wearing that tank top and shorts.

Shivaay rolled his eyes watching Meena and Jhanvi to have already left to kitchen ,still keenly emerged into some other random topic. Gossips and ladies move in perfect sync, he sighed .

Why were his eyes traversing through every inch of the house ? Expecting someone  ?

Someone without whom his orbs won't settle back down with peace ? Yes ,maybe !

That's when he received a call ,and he moved to the balcony ,attending it .

Finishing her double duty for today, annika returned back home . She had to take up double duty so that she could be free for tomorrow's function. Indeed , it remained a  hectic day throughout making her hell tired that she just threw her bag away which landed near the corner of the room and sat on the couch with a thud .

Stretching her entire self from head to legs ,she leaned back on the cushion to comfort herself in the semi sleeping position .

She hardly knew that she was certainly changing the numbers continuously with the remote's button getting pressed played on bad, as she merely kept her eyes open ,being drowsy. But she was changing channels continuously,

S- yes , send me those files as soon as possible.  I'll check it for once and then you can proceed...ok ,right .

He completed the call and sat on the other corner of the couch and failed to notice the sleeping beauty by the other side as he was still thumbing on his phone going through his mail .

Our own queen who had slept long back, started slipping down with the couch's material being right so slidy now ,making her head easily land down on his lap gradually.

His eyes widened at once watching her like this all of a sudden . He scanned her entirely ,from noticing her slightly smudged liner to her half removed  ankle sock as one still layered her toes while the other was on the floor . Did he even know that he was certainly smiling like never ever ? This girl ! Yeah, he rarely smiles.

She shifted her position and comforted herself  ,and he just didn't want to disturb  her now . He stayed still,

Does  The Great Shivaay Singh Oberoi care to support such silly behaviours anytime ? He questioned himself, never  ! But why does she remain an exception every other time ?  He rubbed his fingers on his forehead with getting no answer .

How on earth this woman here gets to sleep so deep with the not so silent music from the television,he wondered . Little did he know the real face of this kumbakarnan who would find all ways to sleep in every extremities even.

Charu was shocked to witness the sight infront and her voice burtsed at once,

C- annika ,

Annika just moved a bit and resumed with clutching to his lap more firmly . He reacted nil, when charu shouted her name again . True that he wanted to stop charu ,

A- tum charuka nahi ,kingkongka! Why are you shouting like this. Bandar !

She woke up with a frown and squeezed her eyes, to capture someone within her pupils soon .

  Surreal is what it was like for her now . His blue orbs were looking at her with so much of awkwardness, while her eyes glittered in amusement .

" Wasn't this exactly  the dream which I got this morning ? haaye! ...let all my dreams come only at 5am now onwards"

She thought ,and giggled before getting up .

C- what were you doing annika? Why did you trouble him ?

She questioned gritting her teeth  ,while annika shook and immediately something caught her attention .

A- ek minute, isn't this my kurti which you're wearing ? If I take yours, you become kingkongka... par ab kya huwa?

She asked with a smirk ,and charu looked away. Her sister had no idea that she was actually embarrassing her infront of shivaay who just played idle as though he noticed nothing which was going on . True that with his gaze fixed on his mobile, he did hear everything. 

C- pagal ,go and sleep .

She ordered in a serious tone ,and annika rolled her eyes before sighing . She passed an angry glare on her which soon turned to a wide smile when her sight fell on him .

A- good night shivaay !

She wished cheerfully, while he looked at his watch being baffled ,6.30 pm it stricked , sleepyhead !

A- wish me with sweet dreams  na ?

She asked with a pout and he looked clueless.

C- annika ?

Charu was definitely getting angry on her sister for playing like this,

A- arey , it's just a wish . Mein konsa Taj Mahal maang rahi hoon ? Bolo na shivaay ...

She stated and looked at him ,insisting .

S- sweet... dreams ,

He didn't know the reason for the 440 volts smile which blossomed on her face the very second he uttered those two words . She left to her room happily  ,

C- uhh, I'm sorry shivaay.  Did she trouble you  ?

S- It's ok , I'm fine . I didn't get angry too, isn't this surprising  ? Your sister is too innocent that I couldn't get angry on her . Even now I can't believe that she fought with your parents for the properties. I don't know why ,but she doesn't seem like one who could do such things,

He spoke with some uncertainty in his face and charu remained silent .

But on the other side there was a person who was dancing around listening to his words . He really knows her good . Annika celebrated! She definitely knew that he was the only one who could play her better half . What was she even going to do with her love for him multiplexing huge through every second ? It wasn't any infatuation. Nope ,her feelings developed serene to bind up to love . He had become her necessity and she could very well feel it.

It was like beyond painful watching him dancing with charu . The more she tried not to look at him ,the very more she was just staring him . She could certainly feel things within her breaking terribly capturing the sight infront.

Her ever so stable mind was all messed up now .

Through time ,the partners changed and she gradually reached to melt in his arms which were now snaked around her waist . She felt complete , to remain in his arms . A kind of peace engulfed her ,right at this moment. She smiled faintly ,

He wasn't a good expert in reading people, but indeed he knew that she was actually bothered with something.

Her eyes carried some deep and intense passion ,that he was actually drowning into them .

Swaying along ,she traced her palm from his shoulder to his chest bringing a current down his spine.

A- vice - versa.

She whispered while moving gentle with the steps,

S- matlab?

A- sukoon bhi ...dard bhi ,

She said with a smile ,

Maintaining the eyelock he swiftly lifted her up above and gradually brought her down , her intoxicating fragrance roled as weapon to  disturb him so much .

A- you really want this to happen shivaay?

She moved twirling around and landed back to him such that her back hit his hard chest at once making her heart thump out fast .

S- want what ?

He questioned ,and all she could feel was his breath with touched her skin contagiously . She crushed closing her eyes and turned a bit to feel his hot breath reaching her neck region ,she exhaled before dewounding herself from his hold and played back to their normal position again and waved smooth matching the melody .

Her eyes travelled throughout his face noticing his each and every feature keenly before mounting up to cling back together  with his eyes. 

The spotlight which kept on falling alternatively on each couple hit them now ,revealing her face which was sparkling with passion which he clearly noticed. 

For some reason he definitely knew that this night wasn't going to end with this, but little did he know that it was yet to happen the very next moment

A- I love you

Came her voice which sounded slow yet quick like the  sea waves which rush to hit the shore and return back immediately. 

He had halted dancing long back as all he could do now was  to ponder into her eyes which screamed a feel with no boundary for intensity . He was indeed shocked,

Clapping sound surrounded the hall when the music ended ,and the place went dark . He knew that she was'nt anywhere near as her palm which rested above his chest  all this time was nowhere to be felt now.

It has been  past 10 minutes since she had stood ,staring the reflection of the moon which fell on the pool. Nothing ,literally no other thing was running in her mind but just those few moments with him and her  sudden confession continued flashing in her mind. To be honest ,this wasn't planned ,no. She always wanted to make it a special proposal for him but she herself didn't realize how it happened.

It's fine, planning doesn't help always . Go with the play only !

But wait , what's going within him ? She just hurried up and what about him ?What if he misunderstands her ? Will he ever realize her true love for him ?

Proposal from the sister of his would be ,is something which is not right actually.

" everything is fair in love and war" she heard her inner voice. 

S- annika ?

She heard his voice ,and turned back to face him with utmost difficulty.  She didn't like this tension between them nor she wanted to keep her feelings hid . She gulped deep before speaking,

A- dekho shivaay, from the very first moment since I knew you ever existed...it was only love for you  which grew in me . Plss don't mistake me , I really really love you so much . I wish ,I studied in the same college as yours like charu. If that so happened, I'm sure it would have been our sangeeth here today . It's ok , I believe in destiny . Everything which happens will definitely have a reason behind it ,we both were meant to stand in this situation ,so let us face it. I'm damn sure , there's going to be none like you for whom my heart could be ready to explode with love and passion . Mein aise hi hoon , frank and outspoken hoon ,kya karoon?  I know tumhara engagement ho chukki hai, par mein kya karoon shivaay ? The man I love is the blue eyed guy who was more irritated with me ordering him to move his legs from hiding  my oreo behind, the other day , not the one whom they said was my sister's fiance . I had never seen you as my jiju anytime .

She didn't realize but she had her tears dropping down gradually ,and she instantly used her finger tip to wipe the tear drops  which stayed near her eyes which could serve source for the next drop . 

He was bewildered on hearing her words ,

A- see ,you make me do things which I ever knew I'm capable of .  I never cry ,but now ? This salty liquid isn't just halting back ,urghh mummy! ( she wiped her tears and fisted her hands tightly) Finally ,you have proven me wrong . I had always  thought that I was never a sensitive type ...like  not very emotional you know, par ab . I feel defeated ,like see here man ...I'm crying already.  ( she exclaimed between her tears ) it's ok ...fine, if not for you then kiske liye haan ?

She sighed and tried smiling to hide her crying face which she didn't want him to witness . A happy cheerful her is what he must remember when it's annika , because  that's what she is certainly .

The day I met you was the day my destiny was accomplished 💘
