Shivaay pulled Anika close and asked her to sleep.
Anika- Mujhe neend nhi aa rhi ,ap so jaiye.
Shivaay-So jao Anika ,warna
Anika- Warna?*raise her eyebrows *
Shivaay- Warna mei tumhe kal yhi chaudh jauga 😂.
Anika- Hawww , ap aese nhi kar sakte huh!
And she come out of his hold , looks other side in anger and fold her arms .

Shivaay laughs at her cuteness.

Shivaay holds her from back and whispered in her ears
- Agar tum nhi soye nhi toh I will do the same what you did with me yesterday and smirks. ( remember the peck anika gave on Shivaay lips😍)

Anika turns her head and look at him in shock.
Woh Shivaay ! Ahg you don't play fair.

Shivaay- Baby you don't know me ! Talking about playing fair well you know what , I asked you kiss me on my cheek , you gave me a peck on my lips and now i will give you a kiss and you know where ! So are you sleeping or..... * moving close towards her face*

Anika quickly lays down ,pull her blanket , tightly closes her eyes and - So gyee , han bas so gyee meii !

Shivaay laughs again seeing her antics and sleeps beside her .

Next morning

Shivaay and Anika were standing in the lobby with their luggage, all ready to go .
Everyone was happy seeing Anikas excitement and Shivaay couldn't stop himself from staring in her twinkling eyes. Her eyes was a window to her soul. The excitement,the thrill, the wanderlust ,the love could be clearly seen in his,Anikas eyes .

Everyone was throwing instructions at them.
Rudy- Omkara kahan hai?
Anika- Arey woh hum tickets room mei bhul aye , woh lene gya h bas.
Om yells from the above , yeh rhi tickets.

As he was coming down from stairs, he lost his balance and slipped. His head hits the railing and he came down rolling from the stairs.

Everyone-Ommmmmmmmmmm!!!

Shivaay and Anika quickly ran towards Om followed by Rudy and then by Jhanvi  .

Shivaay- Someone call the Doctor.

Anika- Ommiiiii , ankhein kholo . Keep your eyes openn. Ommmi.

Rudy - Bhaiyaa uthooo.

Jhanvi - Ommm ,betaaa ! Ommm uthooo

Dadi - Yeh kya ho gyaa mere Om ko?

Tej- Hello Doctor! Ambulance right now. Yes! Emergency.

Pinky and shakti consoling everyone.

Hospital ( guys i love hospital scenes for some reason even idk why, show mei toh milte nhi , yahan pr I won't convert OM into Oberoi Hospital 😂)

Om is taken into Operation theatre. Red bulbs on.

Shivika,rudy ,jhanvi is there .

Shivika be consoling Rudy and jhanvi.

Suddenly Ishana came running.

Ishu- Di diiiii , kya hua h Om ko !

Anika- Kuch nhi hua , he is going be alright .

Ishu hugs her di and cries.

Anika and Shivaay look into each other eyes.

They had this uncanny ability to talk with their eyes , to let all their emotions out.
And right now their eyes were filled with pain for their beloved brother and bestie but still their eyes screamed to each other , don't break, don't loose hope, don't break.
They eyes said what they wanted to say to each other.

Shivika nodded and then looked away to handle current situation with new found strength , the strength which they just gave to each other.

Anika hugged Ishu tightly and consoled her while Shivaay hugged rudy and consoled and wiped away tears of Jhanvi.

Doctor came out of the Operation Theatre.

Everyone- Is he alright?

Doctor- I am sorry , we did our best but he has slipped into coma.

Shivaay- Whattttt , I will sue you! This can't happen. I will arrange the best team of doctor.

Anika hold him and hugged him . She calmed him down .

Doctor- The only good news is his injuries are not as deep as we though .The chances are he will come out of coma within a week or within a month . He is lucky. Otherwise people who slips in coma takes years and years to come out .
(sorry guys , i have no idea . Deal with it)

Everyone was in shock a bit relaxed but still worried. It was just a ocean of emotions all messed up togeda.

Shivaay asked everyone to go home and rest as he will stay with Om here.

Anika said she too will stay .

Jhanvi also said she is not leaving her son here and she too will stay up here.

Ishu was too numb to say anything.

Shivika said badi mumy you need to take rest . Go home , you can come tomorrow morning. You really need to rest .
Shivaay asked rudy to take ishu & badi mummy home , to take care of her and to inform the family .

After they left Shivika looked into each other eyes and here comes out all the emotions they were trying to suppress,they were trying to hide in front of their family .

Shivaay- I can't see my family like this .
Anika- Neither Can I . I want my Omiiii back .
Shivaay- He will be alright .
Anika- I can't see our family sad faces, I want their smile back . I want our Omii back.
Shivaay gave her a weak smile - All is gonna be right .

Shivika break into tears and held each other and sat like that on floor outside Om room ,in comfortable silence for god knows how much time.

Suddenly Shivaay say......!
