"Yes Nova, you'll be keeping your office but your session with Xavier will have to be in his room" Dr. Williams explained to me once again

"We are doing this for mostly security reason. We'll have guards at his door 247. They only time he'll be leaving his room will only be during food periods." He added

"And I'm in charge of him?" I asked

"Yes, you'll see to him having him food, session and drugs on time and every other things in between."

"I know it's a lot of work but the guards will always be there if he proves difficult." He said

"Yes Sir"

"OK then, you first session is in four minutes and not to worry I'll be going with you" he said
"Just for this first session, that is" he added

Well at least I won't be facing him alone for the first time

Time flew by so fast and before I knew it we were already in front of Xavier's room door, room 639.

Two guards stood beside the door, guarding each side of the door, for obvious reasons.

Without knocking Mr. Williams pushed the door open, revealing a well spacious room.

Walking into the room, I realized I haven't been to this side of hospital.

The wing kept for patients like Xavier.
People possessed with so many demons, technically legions.

About now, he's the only one with those characteristics, so he's the only one in this wing.

My eyes still trying to get as much view I can of the room I'll be spending most of my day in but they stopped when they met the still piercing blue eyes.

Xavier who now has a vest on was chained to a chair, restricting every possible movement.

"Mr. Gonzalez" Mr. Williams greeted taking Xavier's attention of me.

"I'm Mr. Dave Williams and this is Miss. Nova Barrett, you're psychiatrist."

Xavier's eyes came back to me but this time his eyes slowly moved down my body, to my shoe and back up again to my eye.

He didn't say a word.

Mr. Williams turned to me

"Nova, I'll be leaving now" he said

"Be safe" he placed a hand on my shoulder and whispered to me.

Really???

Taking a deep breath in and out I made my way to the leather chair in the room that was opposite Xavier and took a seat with him watching my every move.

Now it just me and a psychopath in the same room.

During lunch break Zoey and I sat in the cafeteria meant for staffs.

I silently munched on my sandwich as I mentally reviewed my session with Xavier.

Since Mr. Williams left us together he didn't say a word. He just kept staring.

His eyes scruntizing my every move, looking as if he's waiting for the very moment to jump on me and suck me dry.

"So how was your first session with—you know who" Zoey asked breaking the silence.

"Why didn't you say his name?" I was curious

"Cause he could hear us" she said looking around

I just stared at her

"Yunno, sometimes I wonder why you aren't locked up in one of this rooms"

I told her cause sincerely I'm scared if she has lost her sanity

She laughed.

"So how was it?"

"He hasn't said anything to me yet. My first session with him was just a conversation between me and myself"

"Oh dear" she mumbled

"But I'll be meeting with him later in the evening again, hopefully I'll get somewhere"

Just then we heard noises from the opposite room, the room where the patients have their food.

Zoey and I looked at each other and we hurriedly made our way to the patients lunch room to see what the commotion was about.

We usually get fights like this so this was nothing new but I stood corrected when I saw the scene in front of me.

This was definitely something new

A man was dangling from the ground, fingers that weren't his were wrapped around his neck in a tight grip, the man's two hands were trying to release the fingers from his neck and it was a vain attempt.

He was struggling to breath and his arms began to fall limp at his side.

It was until the hospital guards rushed into the room and freed the man from the tight grip did I look at the culprit–

–but his eyes, Xavier's eyes were already set on me.
