Now with only two days left for the camp, packing has turned into a huge task with my friends ready for shopping. Don't get me wrong, I love shopping too but not too much. While Pari is a huge fan of shopping along with Tara, I and Radhika never liked it too much. We always used to get dragged to the stores by those whenever there was an occasion of shopping. Our girls time.Because even during our sleepovers, boys used to be a part of it. You can say our friendship bond was truly unbreakable at that point of time. I wish I could go back there and make the time freeze.

"Rutvika sis, are you ready?" Megan called me as she was going to come for shopping as well. We sat in dad's car while I was the driver for the day for shopping. I wanted to take my bike but after a huge lecture on how it wasn't safe to use bike with shopping bags by my mom, my protests proved to be of no avail. If you think that I'm stubborn, then my mom is really super stubborn. Well, stubbornness flows through our family. Megan sat in the seat besides me fully dressed up from head to toe while I was just in track pants and hoody. We were ready now. We picked up Pari, Radhika and Tara from their houses and were off for shopping.

My friends sincerely insisted on buying beautiful gowns for camp night where there would be dance, DJ and a night to display our talent. Even, Tara was preparing her level best to sing a song on the camp night and I was the writer of the song as always. We walked inside the shop and started searching for the gown which will suit us. For Tara, we brought a beautiful emerald green gown matching her eyes which brought out her facial features immensely. Next was the gown I found for Pari which looked perfect for her. Fitting was perfect with the rose pink coloured gown looking just like a princess. She had always been the beauty queen amongst us even though she didn't give such an impression.  Then came forward Radhika with an aqua blue tinted green gown which looked like an epitome of beauty. Megan didn't want to buy one as she had no camp or recent outing but she was searching for a gown for me. That's when she came towards me and showed me the gown and my other friends started fawning and adoring it. It was an absolutely stunning blood red gown which was not at all less than perfect. I fell in love with it on the first sight. I decided to wear it once and came out to show it to my friends. Their mouths stood agape with incredulity. Only Pari spoke shocking me and making me relive memories. " You are still wearing the yin necklace." It was more of a statement than a question.

Flashback// 

 Being best friends, I and Sargam had decided to watch movies for the day. We were sleeping comfortably stuffed on the sofa under sheets when he suddenly spoke,"I've got a gift for you." I was so happy to hear it that I suddenly hugged him and he returned the hug eagerly as well. He pulled out two necklaces from his pocket carefully. I immediately identified those two symbols forming a whole circle. Yin and yang.

He brought the yin necklace to be tied around my neck whose other half was in his neck. We both were exact opposites. While I was a pessimist at that time with a cold nature and no friends, he was an optimist always cheerful with a huge group of friends. That's what made him give me the yin necklace and he said,"Even in the time of darkness, there is light like this small white dot in black. I'll always be with you forever." We'd laid there and watched the movies that whole day. i'd never removed that necklace from my neck till date.

Today, the situation was opposite but both of us were necessary to complete the other. My attention was drawn by Tara who was shouting my name from a distance. That's when I saw Adam standing besides her. I changed my clothes to the regular ones and went towards those two with Pari, Radhika and Megan.
