yes, I love reading books because it helps me gain new knowledge and relax

What kinds of things do you read?
We often read books such as literature, science to gain more knowledge, .. and novels to entertain me.

Tell me something about your favorite book.
I really like "A Brief History of Time" by stephen hawking it's a science book that talks about the problems of the old universe such as having a hypothesis "the earth is flat" so that science can be seen  growing more and more

I would recommend Andy eating a proper diet,

it's healthy because it's a safe weight loss method that doesn't take much effort just be patient.

Second,  create for yourself healthy eating habits because we will limit eating unhealthy food and make us healthier every day,

finally the reason I don't choose to exercise regularly is because if I don't eat healthy,  It will be difficult to lose weight, and exercise takes a lot of time (eat well and exercise will have results)

sleeping less hours will only make us more tired but will not have any weight loss effect.

some people believe that nowadays many people have unhealthy lifestyle

Frist of all,Eating an unhealthy diet, it is absolutely not healthy as eating too much sugar, fat, salty food is easy to get some diseases like strong heart and diabetes.

Second, Lack of exercise will make us more likely to have high blood pressure because exercise helps our heart pump blood more efficiently and suffers from some dreaded diseases

Thirdly, staying up at night is the worst because it is easy to lack energy which can make you tired after each wake up can cause headaches and memory loss in worst cases

Besides, in my opinion,Living too much of a self-indulgence can be seen in laziness and procrastination, it's only fun at first, making us inactive physically and mentally.

Finally, the world is developing everything has started modern so some people will have unhealthy lifestyle but that is not good need to change to have healthy life

What problems might people have if they live an unhealthy lifestyle?
There will be common problems such as not having enough energy to function a new day and being prone to many diseases

What can people do to keep fit and stay healthy?
Being able to eat a reasonable diet, exercise and sleep early are indispensable

What can schools and parents do to encourage students to do more physical activities?
Schools can create sports activities at school for students such as playing football or basketball, and parents can create opportunities for their children to have access to sports that they enjoy.
