No one is quite sure of what is happening. Messages have appeared in everyone's inventory, warning them of the issues with the logging system and the issues with the NERVE gear causing death if removed or if the player dies in game. The warning is followed by a half-hearted apology and a vague assurance that everything will be sorted out soon. No one quite believes either.

Everyone has grouped together at the Leaky Cauldron, panicked whispers spreading like wildfire between players as they check every couple minutes to see if they can log out. Each attempt is met with failure.

A few people are doing their best to organise things, explaining to 'parents' and 'guardians' why they can't return 'home' just yet and calming people down from panic attacks.

Eventually, it's decided that everyone will stay the night at the Leaky Cauldron, a lot of the Pureblood players chipping in to cover the costs. Everyone has been assigned a roommate to cut down on the number of rooms needed.

There's hope hanging in the air that everything will be sorted out before they head to Hogwarts, the train leaving the next day. Sure, it's fragile but it's still there.
