『hoseok was laying in bed;

quiet, overflowing with energy and passion.
the window was wide open, letting in fresh air and refreshing sunlight in which he was bathing on his bed.

he liked to think that it charged him up; as if he was a machine of some sorts.

he raised his head a little to bid his little friend jimin farewell, smiling one last time as he headed out the door.  yet as jimin left, his smile faded and he slopped down onto his bed; drained.

it wasn't as easy as you'd think it'd be; being the sun.

charging yourself up to the brim only to give the energy and positivity to everyone else but yourself.

it drained him.

the only reason he managed to smile was because of the people around him, because no matter

how fake the energy which radiated off him was, for the others energy was energy.; they needed it.

whilst he lay still on his bed, one single thought stood out the most, the thought which answers the question; "why?"

"i would go down a thousand times to see the stars shine around me, to see people happy, alive and well."

it made him feel worth something, knowing that he took part in creating such a beautiful but actually very plain sight. happy people are something normal, right?

it was weird.
weird how hoseok fed himself with fake energy, promises and love.  but when he shared this kind of energy with others it was like it transformed into some kind of super positive energy.
as if he was an endless source of energy.

it was as if hoseok became a warm yellow light which pours over everyone he loves and supports.

but it's no use if he uses it all for other people.

you see, hoseok was a sun without a real reason to shine.
a clueless sun, searching for someone to mend his inner pain, to take the energy off him and soothe him.

he needed the calm night, the cool breeze on his face, whispering sweet nothings in his ear.
