Two periods left, isn't that nice?

Circe was waiting outside with Ivy. She was making a mental catalogue of what had happened. Lunch was pretty uneventful, thankfully that fish boy hadn't bothered me.

Over jumped their teacher, swishing his tail,"Welcome to P.E."

"Hi!" Ivy waved.

"Hello there, my name is Mr Felidae." He smiled.

"Nice to meet you! I'm Ivy!"

"Well, I think I'll start of easy this period. You may run around the field, at your own pace." Mr Felidae told them.

E.P.R just stared at him as they were unable to run. Ivy set off. Circe ran after her, running was never her strong suit but she did not plan on showing that. E.P.R sighed and began to walk. Kai, who for once had just shut up, decided to dash. Ivy seemed to take this as a challenge and sped up. Playfulness sparked in Kai's eyes as he sped up again, catching up with Ivy as he matched her speed.

"Hey!" She leaped ahead, stuffing some berries in her mouth.

Kai pulled out a bottle of lava, stopped running, chugged it and began running faster.

Renée was checking her schedule as Alexa came flying over.

"I'm not looking forward to this." Fern sighed.

"Hey, at least the school day is almost over." Alexa spoke cheerily.

"That's always a good thing." Fern nodded as the door opened.

Renée put her schedule away and walked in.

"Salutations." Their teacher nodded,"My name is Mrs Midas, I am your potions professor."

Renée nodded and walked in with the others.

"Please, take a seat." She nodded.

"Wanna sit with me?" Alexa asked Fern as Renée teleported to a random seat.

"Oh, yes!" Fern smiled and sat beside her.

Alexa beamed.

"Today you will be going over potion recipes, feel free to ask any questions." Mrs Midas hummed.

Jeremiah revealed himself once more, grabbing a brewing recipe book.

Shelby was trying to wake up Charlotte from the nap she was taking.

"Charlotte! Charlotte!" She shook her.

"Go away, Jane! I want to sleep!" Charlotte mumbled.

"Charlotte, I'm not Jane. I'm Shelby! It's time for our next period! YOU NEED TO WAKE UP!"

Charlotte didn't and so Shelby sighed.

"I have these delicious, double chocolate chip cookies! Too bad I have to eat them all by myself!" She yelled.

Charlotte shot up,"Can I have one?"

Abigail walked into the classroom first.

"Welcome to power practice!" Mr Tobias popped out from behind his desk.

Abigail smiled,"I think it's funny that I don't have any powers but I'm still required to take this class."

"It is quite amusing." Mr Tobias chuckled as Calypso swam in.

"Hi Calypso!" Abigail turned to him.

"Afternoon, darling." He nodded.

Alessandra walked in, still embarrassed and wanting to repay Calypso for his help.

"So.." Abigail began, looking back at the teacher,"What am I supposed to do then?"

"For now, while I think of something, you could study defensive techniques."

"Okay!" Abigail found a book on how to use a bow and arrows and started reading

Hades kept it quiet as he entered.

"Welcome to music." The teacher smiled,"I'm Miss Morton."

"It's a pleasure." He nodded.

"Acting awfully friendly." Valkyrie thought as she walked in, glaring at Hades.

"The Principal whooped my ass in a duel at lunch. The only way I wouldn't get expelled was if I started behaving." Hades sighed,"Speaking of which, I truly do apologize for my previous actions towards you."

"Uh... Okay?" Valkyrie nodded slowly.

Hades sighed and sat down. Valkyrie sat at the back of the class, not really wanting to be around Hades. Shelby dragged Charlotte into the classroom.

"SHELBY! I WANT TO GO BACK TO SLEEP!" Whined Charlotte.

"This is one of the best classes." Shelby exclaimed.

"I would have to agree." Miss Morton nodded.

Charlotte sighed, walked over to the piano and started to play.

"Wow, Charlotte!" Shelby gasped,"You're really good!"

"Have you ever had lessons or were you self-taught?" Miss Morton asked.

"My dad taught me and then my stepmum, Jane, also taught me for a bit." Charlotte replied.

"Well, you're certainly very skilled."

Charlotte smiled,"Thank you."

Hades walked over to a guitar, the only instrument he knew how to play, and started strumming a tune. Meanwhile, Valkyrie picked up a violin and began to play that. Hades looked at her skeptically. Either she was playing his least favourite instrument to spite him, or it was a complete coincidence that she happened to like it, which was the more likely option. Valkyrie continued playing and started thinking about Hades. This change was sudden and she didn't like it. Hades closed his eyes, cleared his mind, replaced his spiteful thoughts with his usual murderous thoughts and started playing louder, to cover the violin. Valkyrie paused. He was doing this on purpose, wasn't he? Fair enough, but two can play at that game. She instead decided to play her music an octave higher.

Charlotte frowned,"Violin, piano and guitar don't usually sound good together. How about playing this one?"

She started playing 'Payphone' by Maroon 5. Hades was about to strum louder but then he remembered what the Principal told him.

"If you can't kill them yet, pretend to join them."

So despite how much he desired to prove the guitar was infinitely superior, he just changed the tune to go along with her's. Valkyrie knew the tune but not the notes so honestly, she just started making up something that sounded. Charlotte's hands flew across the keys, playing the song she knew by heart as Hades played along. Shelby began singing until the song ended.

"Well done!" Miss Morton clapped.
