Now the final steps!
Lesson 1.3

The Fifth step, we will add the eyebrows, ears and the neck.

EYEBROWS
▩For the eyebrows,  you can just put a single arch or draw a full width of them. There are different types of brows; thick, thin, small like a dot, etc. We know that right? For example,  Rock Lee, Tsumigi (Sorry, forgot her name; she's from K-on, the one with long, light-colored hair), etc...

EARS
▩As shown in the drawing, we can draw the ears as simple as possible by just drawing the outer lobe and the inner, what do we call it, the inner lobe?
▩Something like this →“(C” [not exactly this >.< just telling ya that there're no extra shades and lobes!]

Yep. I didn't put it in the picture...

The ones above might be a little complicated for starters coz it was for me when I was a novice too. X)
▩And also, if you don't wanna draw them, just simply cover them with the hair which fringes the cheeks. Hehehee!

NECK
▩For the neck,  draw it like a “L” which is a little smoother than normal. And the other side, an inverted “L”.

▩BUT, the “_” (base line) of the “L” should be a little slanting downwards. This means the angle of “L” mustn't be at 90°. It should be slightly greater than 90°.
If you look at the drawing above, you will see that the angle between her neck and her shoulder blades are NOT perpendicular.

▩For the collar bones, it's your choice. You may or may not add. If you wanna add, for starters,  the easiest way is to draw just the tip of the bone (the curved part facing down before meeting each other)

Don't mind the shades as yet.

Sixth, is drawing the hair!
There are many kinds of anime hairstyles that I even haven't tried out yet. (In meh drawings I mean XD)
Here I just put a short hair which is much easier.

▩In drawing the hair, the tip of the head must be about halfway above the skull/circle as shown in the picture.
▩First, sketch the fringes/ the bangs (the ones covering her forehead).
▩Then proceed to the hair on the head; ones at the back. For them, start drawing from the outer parts, then continue drawing the lower parts.

▩For starters, drawing larger strands of hair would be better, because the smaller the strands, the more complicated they become, and the harder they are to sketch. Even I seldom draw small and think strands.
Another point: the lead particles make your drawing dirty.

▩For the lower-back part of the strands, we can make the drawing easy by keeping in mind that the outer strands of hair will overlap the ones below (and at the back).
As you can see in the drawing, the strands of hair in front are slightly overlapping the ones in the back (the strands which become closer to the neck).

So~ minna-san. How was the first lesson? Were my explanations easy to understand?
