Reasoning

Very few times have I seen anyone reason with a hate account. But when it happened, it was because people reached out to them and talked to them like they were human. When we attack them, it only fuels their anger and emotions. Which means they continue with what they've been doing. When met with someone who is level-headed, who continues to talk to them calmly even when the hate account attacks them, they realize what their problem is.

You can do this, but be wary that there is no 100% chance of it happening. Reasoning with them while others are volatile only makes them wary and their emotions continue to be ramped up.
