There isn't really a wrong way to write a confession (unless it endorses something like abuse, assault, so on) because every character and every write likes to do things different. In this chapter, I'll list three different ideas and how you could go about writing them.

The "We Might Die"

This is one of my favorites because it can be both heartwarming, and really funny. You'd use this in a life-or-death situation for the characters. If they were fighting the final boss, or even if their friend was pranking them and they thought they'd die. Character A would be so caught up in the moment and so scared that they'd admit their feelings for Character B so they wouldn't die with that on their minds.

The "Classic"

Pretty simple. Character A might tell Character B in person, or ask them on a date and tell them, or give them flowers, chocolate, a love letter. One of the classic confessions that you've probably seen before in your life.

The "Modern"

Can you guess what this one is? It's a confession over text! Wow, surprise surprise. I know authors don't like to do these because they're unromantic, but let's be real here, it's the most realistic one. Whenever someone has told me they've liked me, it hasn't been in person. It's been over text message. It's just the way this day and age works, and it'll add some realism to your story.

In the end, confessions are often the pinnacle of your love story, but remember that there's no wrong way to write one. Because every character is different, so every character will react differently in different situations.

Requests are open, so is question asking!
