Sam woke up in the bad place alongside his brother, confused he got up and looked around for you. He couldn't see you anywhere and he started to panic, were you lost in this place alone? Were you still on the other side of the portal? Or worse were you in apocalypse world? No doubt if you were in one of those three situations, there was a chance you could die. That wasn't something he would ever let happen, he had to protect you.

"Mom who was the man that brought me here?" You asked. You had a ton of questions, most notably how did you survive? The injury on your head was strong enough to kill you, yet you were told you only had a concussion. Obviously whoever brought you here wasn't your father or uncle, because you knew they would stay with you. It couldn't have been Jack since he would have just healed you, and Kaia wasn't in any shape to take you anywhere. Sarah said that the man was an angel but she didn't know which one.

"I don't know but he found you half dead on the ground, " Sarah explained. "I was there because I wanted to try and save you," she continued. "But he got to you first and before carrying you away he healed you a bit, " hearing all this, a possible suspect came to mind. Castiel was an angel and while he wasn't present before, it was likely he found you when he was looking for Jack.
"Castiel?" You asked hopefully. Sarah shook her head, there was no way that angel was Castiel.

She had seen Castiel hanging around you when she first appeared to Sam as a spirit.
"No that isn't possible, I know what Castiel looks like and he would never whisper in your ear about death, " she answered. You suddenly became scared since you didn't know who had brought you here, obviously they were lying about your uncle. But did the heal you because they wanted you alive or did the just want to use you as leverage?
You were valuable to the angels because of your abilities, but depending on whether a fallen or loyal one saved you. Determined the reason for your rescue.

"Where is Dad I want him to be here?" You asked. At a time like this all you wanted was for Sam to be here, he would keep you safe.
"I don't know but I'm going to find him, he needs to know what happened, " Sarah responded. You didn't want her to leave but she assured you that she wouldn't be gone long.
"I understand but I want to come with you," you said.

"I know but you are in no condition to leave this room, get some sleep I'll be back by morning, " she gently kissed you on the forehead and accidentally caused the lights to flicker. "Sorry I'm still new to this, "
"Its okay, " you answered. Before she left though there was something you had to know. Your dad had said that everything Rani had told you wasn't true, but you felt that he had lied.

It hurt you deeply to know that he hadn't been honest with you, but you needed to know what he had lied about. "Mom was Dad there when you died?" You asked. Sarah wondered how you knew that and she asked who told you. "Rani told me, Dad said she was lying but I could feel that he lied, " you continued. "Please tell me that i'm wrong, " Sarah sighed heavily and you felt like crying.

"It was late at night and I was alone, you were home with your sister and Ian, " Sarah explained. You didn't remember who Ian was or having a sister but going of what you knew, you realized Ian was your step father. "He was going to leave for his job the next morning, so he wanted to spend the night with the two of you, " she continued. "It was nearly midnight when your father knocked on my hotel room, I was in shock when I saw him, " she kept going. "All I could think was that I could finally tell him about you and we could be a family, "

"You still loved him?" You asked once Sarah stopped speaking. "You thought that by marrying someone like him you would forget him, " you continued. "But that didn't happen, " you felt all the waves of love from your mother. Some were for you and for her second daughter but the rest of them were for your father.
"You always were smart like him, " Sarah commented. "Yes you're right when I found out about you all I wanted to do was tell him, " she continued. "But I didn't even know if he was even alive, so I never called him, " she kept going. "I thought it would be easier if I just found someone else, "

Sarah sighed a second time and explained how after you were born all she could see was Sam. You were so much like him that it scared her a bit, but it also made it impossible for her to forget about Sam. Even when she tried with Ian who was nice attractive guy, their marriage while happy had problems. He was hardly ever home which made it hard for her to not question his loyalty. She also knew that if things were different, and she had married Sam.
Sam would never be unfaithful to her, no matter how long he would be away.

"Sam told me that a demon named Crowley was angry with him and his brother, and that Crowley wanted me dead, " Sarah said. "He didn't look well and to this day I don't know exactly why, but we talked while Dean demon proofed the room, " she continued. "Everything seemed okay until exactly at midnight Crowley used a spell to get passed the warding, " she kept going. You could fell your chest tighten with anger as your mother said she was strangled to death. How in the world could Sam lie to you about that? Did that mean he really had been soulless and that Dean was a demon.

"I know you're upset baby but don't because I'm alright now, " Sarah didn't know that you were angry. She figured you were just upset that you couldn't remember what happened before or after that day. "I'll find a way to restore your memories and I'll find your father, " she continued. "Just rest here okay, I love you, "
"I love you too Mom, " you answered. She vanished leaving you to your thoughts, you didn't want to stay in this place anymore. In fact you never wanted to see your father again if all he was going to do was lie to you.

You got off the bed and took your iv out, but being a former medical assistant you didn't throw it out. You stuck it inside your jean pocket along with the bags connected to it. If only you could take the entire thing with you. Digging through the few things you had, you found your dagger and stuffed it back into your jacket. You left a note in your hospital room saying that you were leaving since you couldn't trust Sam and Dean if they lied. Taking off your hospital gown and changing into your normal clothes you walked through the hospital. It wasn't very busy since a lot of the doctors were on break.

You decided to take a risk and steal from things that you needed, until you found someplace to go. You found an abandoned duffel bag inside one of the rooms and found a few dollars along with snacks and water bottles. That was weird it was almost like someone had purposly left this so you could find it. A bunch of clothes were in the bag as well and seeing that there were your size. You threw the bag over your shoulder and escaped out the window, you were going to find some place where Sam and Dean would never find you.

The next morning Alex came into your room only to find it empty, knowing that you were Sam's daughter since her, Claire, Patience and Kaia had rescued them from the bad place. She called Jody and said that they had a problem.
"Alex what are you talking about?" Jody asked.
"Its easier if Sam just comes down to see it for himself, it looks like she ran away, "

Hearing this Sam took the phone away from Jody, Dean apologized for his brother's  behavior but she told him she understood.
"Its fine Dean having a kid does that to you," she said.
"What do you mean she ran away where did she go?" Sam asked.
"I don't know but there's a note here that says she ran away, I think whoever brought her put some stuff in her head, " Alex explained.
"Who was it? I need a name right now, " Sam answered.
"Adam,  " Alex responded.
