Morning Stress And Bad Decisions

The day started quietly. Everyone slowly started to wake up with a painful headache hurting their poor heads, probably thanks to the alcohol from last night.

Unintentionally, they gathered inside the living room, some of them eating pizza from last night. Others eating a normal breakfast like healthy people and another one eating nothing at all. Quickly they noticed the absence of one particular member.

It was pretty common for Yoongi to sleep as much as he possibly could when he had free time. So it was rare to see him in the morning.

Choosing to use this opportunity of Yoongi still sleeping they decided to talk about what happened last night.

"We are today here reunited for an important reason. Last night I drunkenly suggested that we should make a bet. But then we decided that it would be better to discuss it the next day, which means today, which means now," Hoseok, the creator of said bet explained in a serious yet silly manner.

"And of course, the reason for this reunion is to decide who wants to participate and who wants to back out." Hoseok finalized, crossing his arms and eyeing the nervous members, who were thinking through this thoroughly.

They knew the bet was a bad idea, but without a clear motive. No one would even try to make a move to win Yoongi over. The bet worked like a type of motivation.

"Before I agree to anything. Can I ask you something?" Taehyung said, voice filled with concern. Hoseok told him to proceed.
"Why? Why did you suggest this bet?" He questioned, the others glanced at Hobi too, wondering the same thing. A part of them kind of knew why he did it, but they still wanted confirmation.

Hoseok just chuckled. And seemed unable to look at them in the eyes. "I think it's obvious why I suggested it. One part it's because Namjoon's relatable confession kind of shocked me and gave me the idea."
Namjoon hid his face behind his large hands and internally screamed, when he drinks he tends to talk a bit too much.

"And other part was that I hoped a bet would give me the courage to finally confess to Yoongi. By making it more challenging and fun..?" He confessed, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. The others tensed at the revelation, not expecting such an open answer.

"Well then, guess I'll join the bet." Jimin smiled, half worried half excited." I don't want to risk losing Yoongi Hyung."

"I'll participate too!" Taehyung grinned, finally finding the courage to at least try to win his hyung's heart.

Jungkook didn't say it out loud, just raised his hand and gave them a confident smile. Showing the others that he wouldn't back out

There were only two left undecided, they looked at each other in a worried manner, not sure what to do.

"I'll say it once. This bet is going to make us compete with each other and our relationship with Yoongi will change drastically throughout this two weeks. So I'll participate to make sure nothing bad happens." He said seriously. The worse thing that could happen is that their friendship could crumble and he didn't want to lose that.

The others could understand his worries. But the maknaes specifically couldn't help but think that a challenge with such a high risk and such a good price was fun and exciting.

"Um, before I accept I have a final question." Jin said, looking up at Hoseok.
"Yes?" Said rapper asked.
"When the bet it's over, no matter if someone wins or loses... Are we going to tell Yoongi?"

"Tell me what?

The member immediately tensed as the tired hyung entered the room. Yoongi looked at them with a questioning gaze, but he was still too exhausted to really care. He yawned for one final time and sat down on the couch, next to Namjoon.

"Morning hyung! How do you feel after sleeping for ten hours straight?" Jungkook said teasingly. Acting as nothing happened just some seconds ago.

"Tired. Anyway, Hyung? Can you cook me breakfast please? I'm hungry" Yoongi pleaded, acting cute to gain his hyung's attention.

Jin smiled lovingly, even if he didn't have the time he had before he still loved to cook for himself and for others.
"Of course! But I'll do it only if you help me." The oldest winked. Yoongi rolled his eyes, but followed him to the kitchen anyway.

This one was easier to rewrite ✌️✌️✌️

So to the old viewers who are returning, do you still like the old version better or this new one? I think this past months my writing as improved a lot.
