As Oliver meets Marcus inside of an abandoned classroom, he can't help but feel uneasy as he recalled how Marcus gave him the silent treatment the whole day and his method of communication was only by sending a letter through one of his Slytherin mates. He had a feeling this meeting isn't going to mean good.

"Marcus," Oliver called, but Marcus still refused to say anything. Marcus' hand on the table, fingers tapping on it. "Why are you giving me the silent treatment?" Oliver walked closer, touching his fingers on the table. "Whatever it is, I'm sorry."

"The Weasel-nerd," Marcus glanced at Oliver, silent rage in his heart. Oliver acted dumb, but internally, he wished the Earth would swallow him whole as he felt his heart stopping. "Get rid of the Weasel-nerd, or should I call him Weasel-slut?"

"Marcus-"

"I don't want him to meddle in our relationship!" Marcus screamed, banging the table nearest to him. Oliver pulled his hand as fear arose in his heart. "Why is there someone else in our relationship? You should have told him to stay away from us!"

"What are you talking about?"

"Lucian saw you and the Weasel-slut leaving the Astronomy tower together last night," Marcus continued glaring daggers at his boyfriend. "Just a week ago, Penelope Clearwater told me you've been taking him to 'Quidditch lessons' and afterwards you've been 'having a snack' in the kitchens with him! Don't you dare deny it, I caught you redhanded, remember? How long has this been going on? To what extent have you been cheating on me with him?"

"You're being overdramatic, Marcus! He's not my boyfriend!" Oliver clarified. "He's just my dorm mate who wants some Quidditch lessons from me, that's it!"

"You like him- I'm not a fool," Marcus retorted. "Even with all the evidence you still deny it, like you always deny everything that's your fault!"

"I'm denying the fact because they are false!" Oliver fought. "I've been giving Percy Quidditch lessons, true, and we've been sneaking to the kitchens right after, that is also true, but that's it! He's just a guy who wants to have fun in his last year of Hogwarts, he just got dumped by his girlfriend!"

"If he wants Quidditch lessons so bad, why can't his brothers give them?" Marcus asked. "Why must he ask from you?"

"Oh I don't know, the fact that I'm his roommate and I'm also the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain comes to mind-" Oliver pinched the bridge of his nose, sighing at the sight of his infuriated boyfriend. "I'm sorry, ok? I didn't realise it would hurt you this much."

"I just want this relationship to work," Marcus looked at Oliver's teak brown eyes. "It's already hard enough, with the Gryffindor - Slytherin rivalry and the fact that we're Quidditch Captains for each house. We can't have anyone to get in the way."

"And we won't," Oliver promised as he kissed Marcus' cheeks, hugging him. "I love you and I'm sorry." Hearing how defeated his boyfriend sounds, Marcus sighed and hugged him back.

"I'll forgive you- on one condition." Oliver pulled away, furrowing his brows. "You are not to be in contact with Weasel-nerd again."

"I can't do that," Oliver fought. "Percy and I- you know we share a dorm. It's impossible not to at least see him."

"I'm watching you, Oliver. I will find out the truth behind this story, " Marcus threatened. "If I ever find out that you're lying and that you're actually cheating on me with Weasel-nerd, I won't be as lenient."

"Alright." Marcus lets go of his outer robes as well as Oliver before he connected his lips with Oliver's, hands on his shoulders as Marcus lets Oliver push him to the nearest wall. As Oliver pulled away a bit just for a breath, he saw Marcus giving him a teasing smirk before pulling him for another kiss, his hands travelling across his back. Sounds of men gasping for air and pounding on the wall filled the room as Oliver left a trail of hickeys on Marcus, down from Marcus' neck to his chest, causing the latter to moan in pleasure.

"Switch!" Marcus commanded, a command Oliver properly fulfilled as Oliver pulled Marcus, letting himself hit the wall instead. As Marcus smirked between breaths, a hand holding Oliver's shoulders against the wall, Oliver can't help but wonder if it had been Percy's thin freckled ones instead. Those thoughts or thoughts alike vanished, though, as Marcus planted his lips on the burly brunet's in a fashion so familiar to him. How it would start slow and sweet before it grows stronger and faster in beat.

"We should get back, it's Transfiguration quiz tomorrow," Oliver said once they pulled apart for breath. Marcus pouted but nodded, pulling away from him. Marcus gave Oliver a soft hug, one he reciprocated. Giving his Slytherin Prince one last kiss, Oliver wore his outer robe before he started to leave the abandoned classroom, aiming for the Gryffindor Common Room.

Guilt rises in his innards as he realises he can break up with Marcus right then and there peacefully, but why didn't he do so? He wanted to break it off with Marcus, but why did he extend it instead? Didn't he wish to freely kiss Percy's thin lips and hold Percy's lanky fingers? Why didn't he outright say it? Now he must wait for another fight to break through between them, maybe Oliver can put the blame on the next fight.

The whole school has been acting as if Marcus Flint and Oliver Wood is the school's Romeo and Juliet- Oliver had to laugh. Marcus isn't a terrible lover, but he can be demanding when he wants something and very stubborn. He supposed it's good that he's stubborn in making this relationship work and wouldn't let Oliver go, he felt a huge lump of grief on his chest as he entered his dorm, sitting on his bed.

"How's your talk?"
