A WINTER NIGHT'S DREAM

Snowflakes fluttered down serenely outside the glass walls of the cosy cabin, blanketing the world in a fluffy white silence. Inside, the crackling fire created a warm, flickering ambiance that illuminated a bed draped in plush furs.

"You look so beautiful tonight," Wooshik whispered into her Sehun's ear, his breath hot and arousing, "So beautiful in my arms."

Sehun felt his heart begin to race as he breathed him in, taking in the scent of his Captain's cologne and the way his skin warmed in the firelight.

"I can't believe this is real," Sehun said softly, his eyes misting over. "It feels like a dream."

"I never thought I could be this happy," Wooshik murmured against his lips, his eyes lingering in bliss. "Sehun. . .you are only mine, right?"

Sehun pulled back, nodding wordlessly…

The firelight flickered over them as they kissed once again, Wooshik's hands exploring every inch of Sehun's body as he moaned softly beneath him— snow outside grew ever heavier, they lost themselves in each other, creating a moment…

It wasn't until the second snowfall of the winter that they finally saw each other…in a new light.

The world was blanketed in a fresh layer of snowflakes that danced around them like the scent of a fairytale. The air was crisp and cold, but there was a warmth deep inside them that kept them going. It was as if the snow was calling to them, beckoning them to come and dance in its serene beauty.

With no words spoken, Wooshik took Sehun's hand and pulled him gently into a sweet embrace. Their bodies moulded to each other as they swayed gently, moving to the rhythm of their beating hearts. Each step sent soft crunches through the snow beneath their feet, making their dance feel like a symphony of a thousand instruments.

"We are perfect tonight,"

They twirled and spun, their eyes never strayed from each other, their gazes locked in a shared understanding of the unspoken feelings that had always existed between them. The snow only enhanced their beauty, its white cloak draping over their shoulders like a veil of love.

Wooshik's lips were close to Sehun's ear, and he whispered, "Dancing in the dark, you between my arms, barefoot on the grass, listening to our favourite song." Sehun felt his knees buckle, and he knew at that moment that he had fallen in love. . .

They moved together with incredible grace, each step complementing the other, they became one entity moving in perfect harmony. They were lost in the moment, in the beauty of the snow, and in the love that had finally come to the surface— "I love you, Sehun."

A soft flurry of flakes landing on their faces, Sehun leaned into his Captain's chest, feeling completely safe. "I love you too, Captain…"

-

Tears welled up in Kiara's eyes— just because she had found the courage to say the words, did not imply it wasn't weighing anymore.

Chris's eyes widened, but he didn't recoil or pull away. Instead, he took her other hand in his and gave it a gentle squeeze.

"I don't want to ruin your life, Chris," she whispered, eyes casted down. "You deserve someone who can give you everything you want."

But Chris did not say a word. He got up from his chair, walked around to her side of the table, knelt down in front of her, "Kiara…" taking her face in his hands, he looked into her eyes with a fervent intensity.

His voice is low and steady. "You have already given me everything I want. You've given me your heart, Kiara."

Chris leaned forward and pressed his zealous lips against hers, kissing her with a slow, tender passion—  the rest of the world melted away, leaving only the two of them locked in a timeless, melodramatic embrace.

-

It crisped winter evening.

"Come here," Wooshik said softly, and before Sehun knew what was happening, Wooshik had scooped him up in his arms.

Sehun gasped at the unexpectedness of the gesture, and his arms impulsively wrapped around the elder's neck. The snowflakes fell around them, and the world around them obscured away. All that remained was the two of them, locked in an eternal embrace.

Wooshik held Sehun close, letting his fingers run over the fabric of Sehun's flannel, feeling its texture. "I will not let you go again. I have waited too long…" He could feel the subtle shift in Sehun's body, the tension building between them.

They were lost in their own world, a world of unspoken feelings and deep desires.

"Captain…" Sehun felt too small, "You are not my first."

"But you can be mine, if you want it," their thoughts echoed in the dark, quiet night, reverberating through the snowflakes that fell around them.

The elder could feel Sehun shiver in his arms. Without a word, he pulled him closer, wrapping his warm coat around him like a cocoon. Sehun snuggled into him, taking a solace in his body heat. "My first was–"

"Minnie. I know. And I don't care, if you love only me," The snow-covered house stood before them, looking warm and inviting. Wooshik kicked the snow from his boots and opened the door, carrying Sehun over the threshold.

The warmth of the house enveloped them, Wooshik paused, looking into Sehun's eyes— their connection deepening with every breath they took.

Sehun reached up, running his hands through Wooshik's hair with a weak smile. Their lips met, soft at first, then becoming more and more passionate.

The door to Wooshik's bedroom stood open, inviting them further in.

The door clicked shut behind them, shutting out the cold world outside behind them, and enclosing the two lovers in their own private world, one of passion and and one of love.
