Whoops, it's been a bit...
Facing a tiring weekend, but at least I'll be able to see my grandparents (please pray for my pap, he's not doing good...)!
In the meanwhile, I found a great journal for hypochondriacs/OCD health worries/both of those.
Voila (please pardon the crappy pics)

The cover reads--
"I'm going to die, a journal for documenting and dissecting the aches, pains, sores, twitches, itches, and otherwise physiologically irregular events that indicate in no uncertain terms that further tests need to be done, even if no smug doctor, new age acupuncturist, dismissive loved one, or unwillingly captive stranger will acknowledge it, because if I've got a headache, it would be hypochondriacally foolhardy to assume anything other than a brain tumor."

It's going to be my health worry CBT thingy.
Here's the inside!

The left inside pages are colored and have witty, funky quotes like that one there.
The right side has a box for the date, 'What's probably killing me today:' header, a bunch of lines, and a little checklist for what hurts today (options include brain, lungs, heart, and bones/body).

This is going to be pretty useful for me, so maybe it'll help one of you?
I found mine on Amazon for ~$5 USD, and it's in great condition.

Almost forgot, there's a forward that helps inspire you and make you feel just a smidge better (it's dry sarcasm, too). It also goes over what hypochondria ACTUALLY is, which is a nice bonus.
