First of all: WHY IS THIS STORY 1 OUT OF 2.1K?!?!?!?! THAT IS THE MOST F UCKING INSANE THING EVER!!! THANK YOU ALL SOOOOO MUCH! 

In fourth grade, most of my classes were online. When we went back, I sat alone at lunch. Until this girl, we'll call her Kate, invited me to sit with her group. There were several girls in the group. Kate, Sophie, Emma, Margaret and Abby. I became close with them. Then another girl, Lily, joined the group. There was something about her. Lily, Abby and I became very close and were best friends for years. But in 5th grade, Abby was in a different class from us. Abby grew distant and mean. Lily and I stayed best friends though. We had sleepovers every weekend, treated each other siblings like our own, and knew everything about each other. I was the first person she came out to as gay. She was the first person I came out to as bi. (But then everything changed like it always does) But then, she developed a crush on Sophie. Sophie didn't like me, and I don't know why. It was always awkward when I was with them. Sophie bullied another one of my friends, Hallie, but Lily didn't believe me. I eventually got to the breaking point and yelled at Sophie. Lily got really mad at me and we didn't talk for months. We eventually made up, but we drifted further and further apart, growing into completely different people. Lily was a talented artist, and created an entire graphic novel. I said that the piece of paper she used for ink bleed throughs looked like art. She wrote me a note telling me that she'd always love me and be special to her. She also gave me the paper, which she had outlined. It's framed in my room and one of the most special things to me. I'll always love Lily.
