Kinako POV

"Hey Aichi" I said to the bluenette

"Morning Kinako" Aichi replied

After we entered Card Capital yesterday Aichi talk to friends of his from Singapore and had a cardfight with the boy with red hair from our class his name being Naoki Ishida, too bad for him since he didn't even know the rules of the game with Aichi as his opponent it didn't go well for him.

"So are you gonna talk to Naoki today" I asked Aichi

"Yeah Kai said he will want to play more so I'll see if he wants to play again" Aichi replied

"I'm sure he will" I stated

~In class~

We entered the classroom but Naoki still wasn't there.

"Why isn't he at school" Aichi asked himself

"I'm sure he's just late" I answered

~Short time skip~

Aichi POV

The bell had rang but Naoki still wasn't in class

"Weird" I murmured

Just then I heard the door open and saw it was Naoki I felt relieved to see him at school.

"Told ya" Kinako stated smiling facing me

"Rise, bow, be seated" A classmate stated

"Morning, I'm happy to announce we have a new student joining our class as of today, you can come in" the teacher announced

Kinako POV

After the teacher's announcement the student walked in, it was a girl with long blond hair tied with a black ribbon and had green eyes and I knew who she was as soon as I saw her.

'Wow it's Kourin from Ultra Rare' I thought

All the others knew this too considering the fact that they were whispering amongst each other.

"No way" I heard Aichi say behind me

"Kourin Tatsunagi, I was transferred to this school and I'm happy to be here" Kourin said introducing herself to everyone

"It's a pleasure to meet all of you" Kourin continued

"Wow didn't expect this huh Aichi" I said facing Aichi

As I saw his face I saw he was shocked to see her

'Does he know her?'

Kourin POV

"Quiet down everyone, you can take the desk by the window" the teacher stated

"Great" I replied

I walk over to my desk and see it's behind Aichi

"Hey, so how's it going" Aichi asked

"It's better now that we're in the same class Aichi" I answered

"Yeah, I wasn't expecting to see you at my school, crazy huh" Aichi stated

While we were talking the others in class were staring at Aichi wondering how I knew him most likely.

~After School~

Kinako POV

"Kinako want to go to Card Capital" Aichi asked

"Sorry Aichi, I gotta stay back and work on a few things" I replied

"Ok, see you tomorrow" Aichi stated as he left the classroom

"Hey" said a girl behind me

She looked about 16 years old with emerald green eyes and twin pig tailed, golden brown hair, wearing red frame glasses, and a pink beret.

"Hi, what's your name" I asked the girl

"My names Kelly Leigh Matsida" the girl replied

"Hello Kelly my names Kinako Kinsu" I stated

"Nice to meet you Kinako, who was that you were talking to, I've never noticed him in class before" Kelly asked

"Didn't you see him during that class on Globalization" I asked her

"Nope, I was thinking about something at that time so I didn't really pay much attention during that class" Kelly answered

'Must have been important' I thought

"Well his names Aichi Sendou he's a good friend of mine" I answered

"That's cool, to have a friend like him he seems like a good person" Kelly stated

"I hope we could be friends too" Kelly asked

"Sure lets be good friends Kelly" I replied

~Later~

"Thanks for the help Kelly" I stated

"It wasn't a problem, I'm glad I could help" Kelly stated

"Hey Kinako, if you don't mind me asking do you like Aichi" Kelly asked

"Ehhh" I yelled blushing

"It's not like that we're just friends" I answered still blushing

"Sorry it just seemed like you two were really close, anyway see you tomorrow" Kelly said

After that conversation with Kelly I returned home thinking about what she said

~At home~

"I'm home" I announced

"Welcome home Kinako anything interesting happen at school" Misao asked

As soon as she asked the first thing that came to mind was my conversation with Kelly.

"N-nothing really, call me when dinners ready" I answered while running upstairs whilst blushing

After dinner I went back upstairs and went to sleep.
