Aayan's POV...

Seeing her standing in front of me, in her eternally beautiful self was like a dream to me, I still couldn't believe that this was actually happening, Ananya is right in front of me...! 

From last month, all I could see her was either in my dreams or hallucinate about her.... But today, she is here, in a simple red kurti and white pajamas, her long wavy hair open and her eyes and nose red with all that crying, yet she looked so beautiful !! 

This period of separation did no good for both of us, except with one thing, I finally realised that, I cannot live without Ananya and I have irrevocably and insanely fallen in love with her... 

Yes, I was stupid to dislike her, and in this time period of isolation, I realised that she was right, I was living in my painful past and used her as a scapegoat to blame for all my miseries, and then hurt her to satisfy my false and sadistic pride....

Had she not married me to teach me the lesson, and gracefully countered all my hurtful moves against her, I wouldn't have realised that I am doing everything wrong in my life ! Hating papa, staying aloof of everyone, misunderstanding Sameer, entertaining that good for nothing half brother of mine and most importantly hating her...

My Gorgeous Wife, who was standing just few feet away from me, was yet very far ! I wanted to pull her towards me and kiss her senselessly... But Alas I cannot do it, because of course, I don't want to get killed, before seeing my baby...! 

Baby !! who would've thought that, the innocent and pure soul inside my wife, who we created accidently, would do the noble deed of uniting her parents, she actually saved our sinking relationship...! And I will love her more than anyone else in this world, she gifted me her mother back... 

How I know it's a girl ? I just know...! 

Honestly Two months ago, the way Big dad took her away from me, I never thought that I will be able to see her !

But now as I have got another chance, I will do everything in my capacity to convince Big dad that I am really sorry for my deed and genuinely love Ananya and will do anything to keep that beautiful smile on her face...

After Big Dad declared that he will test me for my worthiness, and then decide whether I deserve Ananya or not, I was elated, and could see Ananya being happy too...

This means she believes me ! I couldn't be more happier god ! Thank you ! Thank you for giving me another chance, I would prove myself to be a best Husband, Father, Son and Son in law... and Brother in law too..

I look at Ananya who was already looking at me, and the moment I looked into her dark brown orbs, I was lost again...

'Aayan...?' I hear Ved calling, but I don't want to let go of her gaze, I am scared that once I look away, she will disappear...

'Bro, everyone is looking at you, stop gawking her, it's creepy...' Ved whispers but I still don't care...

Can't a man look at his wife...

He then hits my stomach, breaking my trance, damn it hurts ! I look away from her and glare at him, but then I see Naina mom's amused expression, Vansh staring at me, raising his eyebrows, Big Dad with a blank face, while Sameer giving me a goofy grin..

Sameer ! When did he come...?

I could feel myself getting red with embarrassment, and look at Ananya, who was as red as me, she looks down blushing...

'So I was saying...' Big dad clears his throat and looks at me, and now I have my full attention towards him and Vansh smirks

Why do I feel there's a trouble on my way...?

'Now that you are going through scrutiny of the Thapars, you cannot be with Ananya unless you pass that...' Big Dad declares calmly

'What !' I blurt out, not believing my ears...

'Now that's the fun I was talking about...' Vansh said with an amused smile

'Arjun...' Mom scolds Big dad

'What...! He wanted a chance right, so I am giving him...what's wrong in that...!' Dad shrugged his shoulders

'Yeah, but atleast let them celebrate the fact that they are going to be parents...' Naina mom argued

'They can do that later too...' Vansh intervened

Okay now he is behaving exactly like, his relation to me ! Saala... :/

'Stop it Vansh, don't make things more hard for him...' Ved frowns and Vansh gives him an uninterested look

'Sir, that's unfair... Please give them some time together...' Sameer spoke on my behalf

'Arjun, you said that you will test him from tomorrow, give him some time to spend with Ananya atleast now...' Mom says

'Naina....' Dad began, but by seeing her stern look he backs off...

'Fine...!' He gives up

I so wanted to jump on Ananya and hug her tightly, but with all of them here, I couldn't do it...

'There are some rules...' Big Dad said and everyone's attention was on him

Rules for romancing my own wife...! Damn ! Fuck my life...!

'The tasks given to Aayan, will be done my him and only him, no one will help him... Especially you two...' he points at Mom and Ved

Sameer winks at me and I smile, atleast he will help me...

'You too Sameer...' Vansh says and I sigh, while he frowned

'He won't sleep in Ananya's room...' Dad says

Wow...

'Arjun...!' Mom exclaims

'Don't interfere... It's between me and my son in law...' Dad says and I gesture her that I am alright..

'Where will he sleep then...?' Ved asks

'Guest room maybe...' Ananya suggests

'I am staying there...' Dad says

There is no way I am sharing room with my Father in law, who hates me...

'And I have kicking habit, so I can't share room with you either...' Vansh shrugged his shoulder and Ved glares at him

'Mom will stay with Annie then, to take care of her...' Ved says and Mom nods

'It's okay, I'll sleep on the sofa...' I say

Yeah it doesn't matter, as long as I am near Ananya...

'Okay, I'll sleep here too...' Ved says

'You will share a room with me...' Dad declares

'But Papa...' Ved argues

'It's okay Ved, I'll be fine here....' I smile and he sighs

There was this awkward silence again, with me and Ananya glancing at each other occasionally...

'Let's hangout at your studio Vansh, I don't think, you ever showed Maa and Paa how things work there....' Ved said and Vansh looks at him bewildered

Sameer understood what he was upto, he joined too...
'Yeah... I wanna see that too... Can I come...?' He asks excitedly

'Yeah, That will be fun beta....' Mom smiles at Sameer and Vansh - Dad look at them suspiciously and then at me

'Show us your studio na beta...' Mom says to Vansh and he couldn't deny

'Yeah, I'll go get changed...' he whines and then walks inside his room

'Yeah me too...' Dad gives me a threatening look and goes to his room

Wow he really is a possessive father...

'Do you have any idea what kind of test Uncle would take...?' Sameer asks Ved

'I don't know, it already doesn't look good to me... Hopefully it's not as absurd as I am thinking it will be...' Ved comments

'Don't worry, whatever task Arjun gives, Aayan will do it successfully...' Mom says patting my shoulder..

I glance at Ananya who looked uncomfortable right now, she put her one hand on her stomach and was standing with the support of the sofa, and her face had a pained expression

What the hell...!

'Are you okay Ananya...?' I ask walking towards her

Mom too looks at her and panics..

'Beta what happened...? Are you in pain...? How long have you been standing...?' She asks, whereas I make her sit on the sofa and she sighs not leaving my hand...

'It hurts Maa...' she says, her voice a mere whisper..

Oh my god... This doesn't look good...

Mom looks scared too..
'Does it hurt a lot baby...?' Mom asks and I caress her hands, and she doesn't let go of my hand...

'No it's bearable....' she replies and takes a deep breath and leans towards me...

I immediately sit on the sofa, to let her rest her head on my shoulders, and as she does that, I clasp her hand tightly, and she reciprocates...

'But, there shouldn't be any pain ! Right Maa...?' Ved said and I look at mom

'Yeah, there shouldn't be, especially during the first trimester... Let's take her to the hospital beta... I assume you didn't see a OBGYN by now, right ?' Mom asks Ananya...

She nods in a no and then winces audibly, keeping one hand on her flat belly and I panicked like hell...

'Aunty, I'll take an appointment right now, Let's go...' Sameer says taking out his phone and Ved knocks Vansh's door

'What happened Princess...?' Big dad comes towards us, and holds Ananya's other hand

'She is in pain Arjun, we are taking her to hospital...' Mom tries to calm him down

'Why didn't you tell me that you are in pain...! Is it because you and Vansh fell today...? Why were you standing for so long...!' Big dad exclaims

He is father goals really...

'Paa I m fine, it's just some discomfort, Anyway we had to see a gynecologist, so consider this as a routine checkup...' Ananya says with a smile on her face, and then snuggles into my shoulder more and I hold her protectively

Big dad looks at us briefly and then leaves Ananya's hand and gets up from his seat...

'Does it hurt a lot...?' I ask in a low voice

'No... And now that you are here, it won't...' She smiles and I kiss her forehead, making sure no one was looking at us

'I missed you...' I whisper in her ears

'We missed you more...' She says and takes our clasped hands near her belly and makes me touch it

It was the best feeling ever..
Damn, I have goosebumps all over...

I look into her eyes and she smiles and looks into mine, and tears blur our visions...

'I so want to hug you right now...' She says, as I wipe her tears and embrace her

'Me too...' I say

Just then I get a smack on the arm that is wrapped around Ananya's shoulder and I wince and look at the intruder of our moment, to find Vansh glaring at me

'Keep your hands to yourself... Let's go Annie...' Vansh said and pulls Ananya away from me

'Dude, he is her husband...' Ved rolls his eyes

'Yeah, I can see the result...' he eyes both of us and pulls Ananya out of my hold

Ananya sighs and then follows him outside the house, while I look at Ved who looked pissed off...

'Sometimes he really goes overboard...' Ved mutters

'He loves his sister too much... That's it...' I say patting his shoulders

'I love Annie too, and it's not that I wasn't pissed at you when I heard all that Ritika Drama... What was the need of that man...! Just to hurt my sister...! I know you go crazy when angry, but this was another level...' Ved says and I can see disappointment in his expressions

Damn I hurt my best friend too...

'Bro...I... I know that I shouldn't have done that, it's just, I... I can't even justify why I did that, it's such a blunder... I m so sorry... If you want you can punish me too...' 

'Aayan... I would've abandoned you, for hurting Annie, but then what's the difference between others and me, I have seen what others haven't... If I leave my best friend, even though I know that he is not evil by heart... What kind of best friend am I...?' he says and my eyes fill with tears..

When did J get this lucky to have him in my life...

'Now don't cry, it doesn't suit you...' he hugs me tightly and tears roll down my eyes...

'Everything will be okay right...?' I ask him sobbing...

'What else can happen after this now Aayan...! Relax...! And if anything happens, I will be there for you....' He says wiping my tears and I sniff

'Come.. Let's meet your baby....' he smiles

'Yeah...' I say and we go out of the house..

In the hospital...

Ananya was lying on the bedrest, I was standing near her, holding her hand, while mom was seated on the stool beside her...

Thank god, they only allowed the father and on our request, mom with us, or else those angry birds outside, wouldn't have let me stand near her...

Doctor was preparing for the ultra sound, while we were nervous as hell..

Damn, I'll see my princess...

'So your physician says you are 10 weeks pregnant...' The doctor says scanning the file

'Yes...' Ananya replies

'Did she recommend any medications...?' The elderly doctor wearing half moon specs says, turning the page, he looks professional, hopefully he'll take care of Ananya

'Just some iron supplements, and some antiemetics...' Ananya says

'Hmm... Are you taking them on time...?' he raises his brows at Ananya

She looks nervously at mom, me and then at him, and nods in negative, we glare at her...

'I came to know about this yesterday... I couldn't...' She reasoned

Doctor lifts her kurti and applies the gel on her abdomen

'Your seem to have a injury here...' he points at her lower abdomen

The nurse pulls down the pajama a bit and we can see the area injured, just above her pelvis...

'Your hand and head too have stitch marks, did you recently met with an accident...?' He asks Ananya, moving the thing over her stomach and looking at the screen

'Yes, I met with a car accident few week ago...' she replied slowly and I fist my hands

'And I am assuming that you already had conceived by then...' Doctor says looking at the screen

'Yes...' Both of us reply at the same time 

'Thought so... See here... The baby is not implanted strongly to the uterus, the connection between the uterine wall and the child is very weak... It may break anytime... I m surprised that the kid has survived by now...' He says and I cannot see anything except a blob like thing on the screen

'What does that mean ?' I ask and Mom and Ananya had already gone pale...

What's the matter...

'Mrs. Varma, inorder to avoid miscarriage anytime, you have to be very cautious... This trimester will be hard for you... I guess when you met with an accident, the impact was very bad, you would've lost a lot of blood... That's the reason that you and the baby are very weak... I would suggest you to terminate this pregnancy...' he said looking at Ananya and me

What ! No way...

'That's not happening sir... If you can't help us, I'll consult some another doctor...! But I am not aborting my child...' Ananya says angrily, trying to get up from her lying position, but mom makes her lie down

I don't know what to say.... I mean, the baby and Ananya both are important to me, this is so...

'Is there something that can be done except the termination sir ?' Mom asks him and I look at him too, clasping Ananya's hand tightly

'There is a way, she has to take complete bed rest, no physical stress or exercise or anything, just proper food and medications on time, with lots of rest...' he said looking at Ananya who looks at mom

'I know that, girls these days don't want to compromise with their physique and want to look fit and attractive all the time, but let me tell you young lady, if you want to give birth to this baby, forget your body for sometimes, because you are not doing any sort of exercise...' he says sternly looking at Ananya and she was about open her mouth but I stopped her

'I'll take care of that doctor... Don't worry about it... Just make sure that she and our baby is fine....' I say and mom smiled at this

After this he showed us the screen and pointed where the baby was, and me and Ananya clasp our hands, looking at the little baby, which will soon become our life...

'The heart rate is a bit low, but once Mrs. Varma follows the instructions, the foetus will grow strong...' The doctor informed and we nod

Later he informed us about the other precautions we were supposed to take, and all the changes and symptoms Ananya will face in the coming months and other important instructions, one of them in particular we both didn't like was no sex...

He specifically looked at me and told that any physical intercourse is not good for the baby, and I was okay with it, afterall health of both my princesses was important, but my wife didn't looked pleased with it...

Alright, maybe because it's her pregnancy hormones...

We walk out of the cabin, and the everyone huddled near us, shooting questions

'Calm down all of you, Ananya is fine, she is just asked for a complete bed rest because the baby is weak...' Mom says to them and Big Dad goes pale

'They'll be fine right...?' he asks

'Yes Arjun, they will be, we all have to take care of our princess and she will be fine and so will her baby...' Mom assured him and he sighed

'Let's go home then, Annie would need rest...' Vansh suggests

Ved and Sameer give each other a look and then wink at me, whereas I am confused now

What are these monkeys upto...

'You were supposed to show us your studio...' Ved whines

'Yeah, I was pretty excited about that...' Sameer joins him

Big dad stares at them suspiciously and at me and Ananya, who understood what they were upto, but kept a poker face

Mom too understood what was going on, and she joined them as well...

'Yeah, I wanted to meet Khushi as well...' Mom says

'Khushi can visit us at our house as well...' Vansh muttered

'Come on Vansh, I am sure Arjun wants to see Sid...' Mom says looking at big dad, who narrowed her eyes at her, but didn't dare to mess and with her, so he gave up...

'Let's go son, let Aayan have some time alone with Ananya, because from tomorrow onwards he has to stay away from her anyway...' Big dad sighed and Vansh looked pissed by this, but didn't have any choice

He tossed his car keys at me, which I hapazardly caught, as I wasn't prepared for that...

'Drive safe... And don't touch her...' he warned

'Vansh !' Ved and Mom said together, and he rolled his eyes

'Like they are going to listen to me...' He said, and me and Ananya looked down in embarrassment

'See you guys...' Ved and Sameer grinned at us, as they got into another car

'Take care beta, and message me what you want to eat tonight, I'll get it's ingredients...' Mom says and we nod

She kisses Ananya's forehead and then follows the others towards the car...

We wave at them driving away and as their car leaves the sight, we hug each other very tightly, careful enough not to hurt the baby...

I didn't care that people are watching us, I just wanted to embrace her, and never ever leave her, finally after 2 months, my arms didn't feel empty...

It was such a blissful feeling to have her back, and feel her scent which was driving me crazy right now...

'I missed you...' she says her voice cracking, and break the hug, cupping her face in my hands

'I missed you more...' I say, wiping her tears and she sniffs

'I thought that it was our end...' She said crying

'Our end, ends with us sweetheart, I won't go anywhere and won't let you go too...' I say determined and she smiles

The beautiful smile, I have been dying to see...

'We need you, don't go anywhere...' She sniffs keeping my hand over her belly, and my heart started beating rapidly

'I am not going anywhere....' I kiss her forehead..

This was bliss... This was the warmth I was missing my whole life... And I can't thank god enough for bringing Ananya into my life...!

I grab her hands and we walked towards Vansh's car and open the passenger seat, she sits comfortably and then I climb the driver's seat...

And we started driving towards Vansh's house..

'Do you want to eat something...?' I ask, not leaving my eyes from the road

'No not really, I feel full...' She replies caressing her tummy

'But you didn't eat anything...' I say

'I am not hungry really, besides Mary has made my favourite pasta for the breakfast, I'll have that...' she says excitedly clapping her hands and I chuckle

'You look weak from the last time I saw you, did you lose weight or something...' She says touching my arms and I swear I felt the electric pulse, when she did that...

What's wrong with me...

'Yeah, I stopped working out since you left so...' I said, but then stopped, she doesn't need to hear my sad story...

She looks at me sadly and then hugs me, wrapping her arms around my torso, I place my one arm around her, keeping the other one on the steering wheel...

'I love you...' She says

'I love you more...' I kiss her head..

This feels so good...

'Why did you not let me talk to the doctor regarding that fitness thing...?' she asks after sometimes not leaving me..

'What was there to talk... You are not running anymore and that's final...' I say sternly and she huffs

'That's not fair...! You are allowed to stay this hot, while I turn into a whale...' she whined

Aww she is so cute...

'You will be hot in any shape baby, trust me...' I try to cheer her up

'Become fat with me then...' she says

'No way...! And you are overthinking about this....' I say kissing her head

'But you will lose interest in me once I get big...' she whines again and takes a deep breath

'No Ananya, I won't, I will love you more once you grow big, I promise...' I say making her look at me

'You double promise...?' she asks getting closer, which is not good right now, as I am driving

'Ananya, what are you...' I say, but she made me lose my words by kissing me on the neck, and I swear, I was about to lose the control on the steering...

Damn ! She is horny right now...

'You are so hot...' she says seductively, I did not dare to look at her, because If I do, we both will be in trouble..

It's really hard for me to manage her with these mood swings right now, not that I don't like her being this demanding, but damn it I am driving right now...

'Let me drive Ananya...' I manage to say, and she slides her hands inside my shirt, kissing my jawline, and my grip on her shoulder tightens

She chuckles and then gets back to her seat and I sigh in relief, keeping both of my hands on the steering

The rest of the drive was silent, with this thick sexual tension between us, both of us were controlling the urge to touch each other...

I tried to initiate small talks, but her flirty replies were not helping me to control my desires, and she seemed to enjoy my misery...

I have to control myself for the baby...

Once we get into the house, she throws away the bag and literally jumps on me, and starts kissing my jaw, neck and shoulders....

Butterflies were literally trying to escape my stomach, instead of flying... I was getting hard by this..

I look around as Mary could see us, but Ananya didn't seem to care about that I think, and thankfully Mary wasn't there, because we unlocked with the keys...

Now it's really hard for me to control...

I catch her by the waist and pull her closer, crashing my lips on hers and she responded with equal fervour, kissing me passionately...

We missed each other like anything, and this could be felt right now, with the intensity of this kiss...

I picked her up, not breaking the kiss and we landed on the sofa, without disturbing the makeout session...

She sat on my lap, and continued kissing, our hands explored each others bodies and the next few minutes, all we heard were our moans and ragged breaths...

We broke the kiss and looked at each other, breathing heavily, my shirt was fully unbuttoned, and her kurti was dropping down her shoulder from one side, and her pink bra strap was visible, she blushed at this...

She looks beautiful right now...

'Looks like someone will be this horny for months, wow I hit a jackpot...!' I tease her and she blushed, hiding her face on my chest..

She zips up her Kurti from behind with my help, while sitting on my lap, and I admire her beautiful face, which was glowing...

'Stop it...' She hits me, blushing

'What...?' I ask

'Looking at me like that...' she says

'The beautiful thing I am looking at is all mine, I have the right...' I say kissing her nose and she blushed

She is blushing a lot today...

'You think, you'll be able to pass Paa's exams...?' she asks, hugging me

'With flying colors... And will take you and my little princess with me, soon...' I say and she smiles

'What about my other princess...? Where is my Amayraa...? Why didn't you bring her to me...? You know I miss her everyday...' she glares at me

'She was to come with us, and Dad too... But then she caught cold, and flight journey could be exhausting for her, so Dad stayed with her and pappy is taking care of her...' I inform her

'My poor baby, Ask Dad to bring her here soon, I can't wait to see her...' She whines

'Yes I will...' I peck her on the lips and she gets up from my lap..

'Where are you going...?' I ask catching her hand

'I am hungry...' she pouts

I get up from the sofa and make her sit..

'Allow me my highness...' I bend dramatically and she laughs

Everything will be alright...

Bangalore...

Ritika gets up from the bed and starts adjusting her clothes, while Yash just lays back, and lights a cigarette

'You are fucking amazing in bed, I wonder why Aayan bhai was never interested in you...?' Yash says puffing out the smoke

'He was enchanted by that Ananya...' Ritika spat, zipping up her dress

'Don't worry baby, we will separate that ugly couple... Then you can get Aayan Bhai, and I will get Singhal advertising...' Yash smirked

Ritika smiles at this and goes back to the bed, and Yash wraps his arms around her waist, and pecks her lips

'So you'll be the heir of your Dad's business...' she smirks, running her finger over his face

'Yes, as soon as I destroy that Ananya, the company is mine, and you can be my queen if you want...' Yash whispers in her ears and she giggles

'You know what you have to do, right baby...?' Yash smirked

'Yes...' she says winking at him

He smirks and rolls on top of her, turning off the lights...

Let's hope our love birds overcome the evil plans and stay together forever...
