Fraud at the very start, when he hasn't killed anyone he is a black figure. Just completely black, block figure. Once he kills you, he takes your form. He does this to trick other players. The easiest way to identify if a person is a fraud, is to check the servers player, find out which player it is, and tell them to spin around.

Fraud can only found in Maze One, but sometimes they can glitch into the other mazes. 

If they reply and said, something like they just span, and the person in front of you did not spin, it is obviously Fraud. 

You can also tell if they are a Fraud if they wave at you. Now you can't exactly say they are Fraud after that, as you can always to the /e wave command. But the Fraud will act like a player, by turning around, checking their back. Or just looking at you.

If you already know if somebody is Fraud, you simply go the other way and not look at it. If it has already waved at you, you will get a speed boost. The reason you are given this speed boost is to run for your lives!! The frauds' head will tilt to the side, and will be floating now if you have the speed boost. 

So run away from the Fraud. Once your speed is normal, just continue walking away from Fraud. A lot of people who have played a lot use the speed boost, or just find frauds to run faster, and use this as the advantage to run to The Green/Grass/Second Maze.
