Alice is one of the most annoying monsters ever. But if she is in her "Pixie State" she will not kill you. Her "Pixie State" is simply a floating yellow dot, which most would think is a Firefly. If she is in her "Pixie State" I suggest, you stay still and don't look at her.

Or just run, but don't look at her. She will quickly materialize into a zombie like monster, and she will choke you to death if you don't escape her. She is faster then you, and hardly anyone can outrun her when she is in her "Zombie State". 

She can only be found in The Grass/Green/Second Maze. And rarely glitched outside the entrance to the Second Maze.
