James can only be found in The Last/ Third Maze. He sometimes is found in the Check Point, which leads to the last hurdle. He sense movement, and will chase after that movement. Which means: You. 

He is faster then you, but you can still out run him easily, but he will always be behind your back. When he is not attacking, those red dots on his head, will stay black, and when he is angry, he will chase you, and just go back and forth in hallways. He gets called "Disco Ball" sometimes.

The only way to get past him is to walk really  slowly.
