[Okay, I know this is an IE X Reader book but I promise it's a one time thing! Yeah, this is a Noragami ship, for the great Rainerose14! I hope you enjoy.]

"Why did I agree to this again?" "Because we deserve it! Why else?" Hiyori groaned. She for some reason had agreed to letting Yato and Yuki have a movie night with her. Well, actually, she didn't mind about Yuki, it was Yato who she did. She usually couldn't stand him, and it was really only because of his companion that she agreed.

"Well, make yourselves comfy I guess... I'll fetch some snacks." She smiled and went to her kitchen to fetch them. Her parents were out for a few days, on some business trip, and Sasuke was away somewhere or something, so there was no issues. Although, it wouldn't make much difference if she was there, since Yato and Yuki weren't very noticeable.

"Help yourselves to whatever you like." She put the snacks down, and took her seat on the sofa next to Yato. "What should we watch first? I have [Horror movie] or [Other movie]?" Yato grinned. "[Horror movie] definitely!" "N-no! What about [Other movie]?" Of course they both wanted to watch different movies. "If you can't decide we'll watch something else!" "Alright, alright, fine, [Other movie] it is. Hmph." Yato grumbled, annoyed. Hiyori put the movie on and pressed play, and the all began watching, silently.

"Wow, boring. [Horror movie] time!" "No! I'm gonna choose, since they are my movies." She declared. "What?! Yuki chose last time, it's my turn now!" "Guys, don't argue, please!" Hiyori instantly shut up for the blonde haired boy. "Sorry Yuki, Yato's being a jerk. Let's watch [Horror movie] then, so there's no arguing."

They put the movie on, Hiyori secretly freaking out. She'd  never liked horror movies, especially not this one, so watching it wasn't going to be fun.

Y E T  A N O T H E R  T I M E S K I P

Yuki had fallen asleep by the first 20 minutes, leaving just Yato watching excitedly and Hiyori watching from behind her fingers. She screamed as a jumpscare scared her silly. She didn't even realise she was hugging Yato she was that scared. "Hey, calm down, it's just a movie!" "Turn it off, turn it off!" "Scaredy cat." He muttered, but turned it off all the same. Yuki had miraculously stayed asleep while it was all going on, so all that could be heard was very quiet sleeping.

"Ah! I'm sorry!" Hiyori quickly pulled away, her cheeks dusted a crimson red. "I-I don't know w-what came over m-me, I--" "No, it's fine." Yato cut her off, kinda confused. For some strange reason, he'd actually enjoyed  hugging her. Strange.... was he ill? No, he didn't think so.

"So, uh..." "Ahem...you c-can put the movie b-back on now..." Hiyori muttered, still blushing like crazy. Thankfully it wasn't too evident in the dark, dimly lit screen. Yato switched the movie back on, and within half an hour Hiyori too was asleep. Yato smiled down at her sleeping figure, and silently wrapped an arm around her. He continued watching the movie, a small smile on his face.

Hiyori smiled in her sleep when she felt Yato's arm around her. She felt safe with him.

They remained that way for the rest of the night, content sleeping in each others arms.
