"We gotta do something" Zayn said as we walked to the school to pick Sophie up, Zayn was really excited for his date with her "They can't ignore eachother forever, they are in love"

"What can we do, they haven't talked in four months" I said seeing Luke, "Wait, does Ashton like singing?"

"He loves it, why? Do you have a plan?" He asked smiling at Sophie, who was a few feet away "Hey babe" he said kissing her cheek

"I do, wait here, I'll be back in a second" I said before walking to Luke, he didn't look happy, he'd been looking worse since he broke up with Ashton "Hi Luke!" I said when I got there

"Hey Michael, haven't seen you in a while, what are you doing here?" Luke asked, there it goes, I had to ask him

"Um, I- do you like singing? I mean, in front of people?" I asked, please say yes

"Of course, I just get pretty nervous, why do you ask?"

YES! "Because I saw that there's still an open-mic thing in a month, am I right?" he nodded "and I was wondering if you wanted to perform this song that I wrote a while ago, it's called If You Don't Know" I said smiling

"Yeah, sure, but we have to get in the competition before this afternoon" he said worried

"Don't worry, I'm signing us in now, go home and come to my place at 7?" he nodded and left, I took my phone and texted Ashton

To Ash: Open mic thingy in a month, wanna sign in?

From Ash: I don't really feel like it...

To Ash: Too late, I just sign myself in :P

From Ash: Which song are we performing?

To Ash: Come to my place in 10 and I'll show you

From Ash: Okay, see ya x

To Ash: Bye ;) x

It worked, wow, it wasn't that hard, I signed Luke, Ashton and myself to the coompetition and walked to Zayn and Sophie "Did it work?" I nodded "What did you do, Clifford?"

"I signed me, Luke and Ash to the open mic, but I'm not performing" Sophie and Zayn looked at me confused and I explained the whole plan to them "Ash and Luke are both supposed to perform with me, not knowing about eachother's position, but I will make something up so they perform together" I said grinning

"Nice plan" Zayn said, I checked the hour, 5:05pm. Ashton would be at my place in 5 minutes, so I said goodbye and left
