Ashton's POV

I walked to school with Michael, I was really nervous, I couldn't believe that he had lost his voice, I didn't know the entire song, I just knew my parts

"Don't worry" he whispered

"But I can't perform without, I just know my parts" I said, it wasn't his fault, he lost his voice and he felt bad for it

We sat in the front row, I saw Luke on the seat next to Michael, he told me that Luke wouldn't be here

"And now we have Ashton Irwin and-"

Luke's POV

I was sitting in the front row when Michael sat next to me, I saw a light brown, curly-haired boy next to him, it couldn't be him, what would he be doing here?

"And now we have Ashton Irwin and-" what? Ashton was performing? Who would be performing with him? Michael was with me even though he had lost his voice practicing last night "Luke Hemmings-" WHAT? Ashton and I looked at each other, both confused "preforming a song written by Michael Clifford" everyone started clapping and cheering

I stood up and Ashton did the same, walking on stage and taking my guitar and a mic, I glared at Michael and he just said "sing your lines and everything will be okay"
