-THE NEXT DAY-

The Next Day, at Mary's house, it was morning, and Debbie was waking up already, and to notice Nolan not in bed nor home yet...she was worried for him, but she needs to know that he can take care of himself, so she focuses on herself. She gets up from bed and goes downstairs to make herself breakfast, and then to take a quick shower, and to finish and change into her clothes. She was ready to leave for work, and then again, she's still worried for Nolan...Mary shows up...

Mary: Hey mom...what's wrong?

Debbie: Nothing sweetie, just missing you dad, he hasn't come home since last night.

Mary: Mom, stop worrying, he probably got buttoned in a mountain somewhere.

Debbie: Heh, well wouldn't been the first time. Anyways, I'm heading already, don't be late for school, love you.

Mary: I won't mom, love you too.

As Debbie was about to leave the house, she then notices two security's infront of her porch...and to deliver some news about Nolan...

Later, the securities took Debbie and Mary to a Global Defense Agency Headquarters, where Nolan was taken to be treated...an assistant, Donald Ferguson

leads Mary and Debbie to Nolan and walking down the hallway passing a bunch of patrols...

Donald: Nolan is receiving the absolute pinnacle of care. As for the global defense agency, we have access to medical technology far beyond any normal hospital.

Debbie: He better be okay Donald!

Donald He is Debra, like I said, he's getting the best care we can give.

Debbie was worried and wanting to see how Nolan is from the "accident" that happen back at The Hideout...

Mary: ...My dad has never mention you guys to me.

Donald: That's the idea, we work with super heroes, like your father, to keep the world safe. Who knows, maybe someday we will be working with you and some other future hero's alongside.

Donald stops by a room, opens the door with a passport and yet the room is a medical room where Nolan is in the bed, unconscious with bandages treated in his wounds...

Debbie: Nolan!

Mary: Dad!

Debbie and Mary couldn't believe that Nolan, a super hero, so stronger and powerful like him can be "taken down" that easily and "beaten" up badly...

Mary: He's gonna be okay, right??!

Donald: We hope so, our doctors are doing their best, but we don't get a lot of Viltrumites in here.

Mary: ...Who did this??!

???: We have no idea, not yet anyways.

Suddenly, a mature man with a tuxedo suit on, gray slim hair and a wounded mark on his right mouth appeared from the door behind...

???: But we will find out, and when we do, they will be looking more hell like your father right about now. Cecil Stedman, director of GDA.

Mary: ...Mary, Mary Grayson.

Cecil: Nice meeting you. Debra..I'm so sorry.

Debbie: Cecil, you got a lot of nerve for you not to-

Cecil: Someone murdered the guardians of the globe last night.

Debbie: What!!?

Mary: Oh my god! What?!

Cecil: All of them, tore from limb to limb, and we tried like hell to bring them back, but now one manage to make it.

Mary: But how's it it possible?!

Cecil: We don't know yet, we also don't know why your dad was at Guardians HQ, working theory is whoever killed the Guardians, lured them there, and tried wiping them all out at once. Hell, we don't even know any villain that want Nolan and the guardians 6 feet under. But we'll keep this hush for now, I just wanted you and your mother to know only.

Debbie: ...*sniffs* Cold towels, and ice water. And have a cot rotten for me.

Cecil: Debra-

Debra: I've patch up Nolan for 20 years Cecil! I am not leaving!

Cecil: ...*Nods At Donald*

Donald: O-Of course Debbie, I'll get them.

But before Donald's does leave, he gets a call about that is going on at the city of Chicago...

Donald: Sir, there's some kind of attack happening downtown. Numerous contacts have heavy weapons shooting casualties.

Cecil: Now?! We're a little staff on the hero department!

Cecil and Donald leaves the room as they contact some other heroes to go and stop the attack that's happening...as they do, Mary tells her mom that she'll go and do her best to stop the attack that's happening, Debbie nods as she stays and watches over Nolan.

Later, in the city, black smoke was coming out from the buildings and people screaming and panicking as Mary with her hero suit arrive in the city and yet to see the attack getting worse...

Invincible: *Sighs* Holy shit...

She started to see a bunch of aliens from another dimension which they were coming from portals, invading the city, shooting and killing lots of innocent people...

Invincible: Okay, get it together!

She goes flying towards the aliens and to stop informer of them...

Invincible: Hey! Leave them alone-AAGH!!!

One of them blasted their weapons towards the vehicles, causing it to explode and Mary getting close to it as well as she goes flying and falling to the ground...she recovers, until suddenly, she was covered in blood, she started to panic, and to see a bunch of people getting murdered and killed by the Aliens...she was breathing heavily as well...then, a alien was approaching to an old mature lady who is helpless and about to shoot her to death...

Invincible: No! Get away from her!

Invincible flies towards the alien and lands a ge up ha brutal punch to him, sending him flying and crashing towards a car...Mary then checks on the lady...

Invincible: Don't worry, you'll be fine! I'll get you help!

She then goes flying, holding the lady onto her hands, but then again the aliens started blasting her as she got hit from behind, causing her to fall to the ground...and hurting the old lady badly...

Invincible: O-Oh shit oh shit! No No No!!!

She was panicking badly and to see the old lady badly wounded from that fall...suddenly, the alien that was punch gets up, who he happens to be the leader, sees one of their tanks arriving out from the portal, as he commanded them to shoot Mary...so the tank shot a huge beam towards Mary...until suddenly, a pink barrier appears and saves Mary from that beam shot, as it then ricochets towards the building....a young female teenager with a pink super suit on with red-ish hair appeared...she happens to be called Atom-Eve as her hero name...

She confronts the aliens...

Atom-Eve: I don't know who you are, but it's time to go!

The alien leader grunts..until he realizes seeing a small spaceship falling above him as he quickly get out from the tank and the shoot destroying and exploding one of the tanks...suddenly, 3 other hero's appeared with Atom Eve, Rex Splode

Dupli-Kate...

and Robot...

Robot then started scanning the area....

Robot: Eve, two in a half seconds after this sentence, three enemies will align with tanks 50 degrees to your right.

Atom-Eve: I got it.

Eve goes to her right and to see tanks approaching her as she goes deals with them...

Robot: Rex, the civilians need to be helped in need now

Rex: Uh yea, I got eyes too robot.

Rex goes over and started tossing little glowing balls towards the aliens as they yet to explode...

Robot: And Dupli-Kate...

Dupli-Kate started duplicating copies of herself, taking down some aliens...

Robot: Do what you do.

And so, they started working as a team to take down the aliens and stopping them attacking the city, Aton-Eve uses her barriers from protecting herself from the shooting, until she realizes to see Invisible on the ground holding the wounded mature lady...

Atom-Eve: Hey you! Get her to the hospital! We can handle this!

Invincible: Y-You're...Atom Eve???

Atom-Eve: What??! I can't hear you! Look just go already!

Invincible: O-Okay!

As Invincible goes flying, taking the old lady to the hospital ima Rush, she then stops and to see tanks aiming directly towards her...

Invincible: Oh shit!!

She try to take cover....but suddenly, a red beam came out of nowhere, and to hit towards the ranks and ending up destroying and exploding them....

Invincible: W-Woah! Who-

She turns around, and to see the hero she's met before again days ago, SuperBoy, and this time she gets to see his face this time...and is surprise to see him familiar...

Invincible: It's him again, and that's-

SuperBoy: We meet again, but no time to talk, You can thank me later, just take her to the hospital quickly!

Invincible: O-Okay!

Invincible goes flying again and to gladly get out of that situation....as she goes rushing towards GDA, as she does, she looks back and to see SuperBoy, and to know who he really is from liking at his face...

Invincible: So that's...(YN)...he's saved me from back then from that cannon guy...

Back at the attack, SuperBoy realizes to see aliens still attacking and not giving up ...

Robot: SuperBoy, just in time.

Atom-Eve: We can really use some help in here.

Rex: Yea, so quit gliding and get your ass over-

SuperBoy flies towards the aliens with such speed, and to crash to the ground, to send some aliens flying and crashing to the ground, and to start beating up the aliens brutally and no hesitation at all, he then flies towards the tanks, and destroying them like nothing, afterwards, more alien from behind him started shooting him, but the bullets don't affect at him at all, he then takes one big step and to clap both his hands and to create a strong wind wave towards the aliens and to send them flying crashing towards the buildings...afterwards, he goes flying towards on of the tanks, and to grab the handle, and to use his brute strength, to lift it up, and swing it around, hitting and killing the aliens with the tank and to toss the tank to the sky and sending it to space...afterwards, more of them kept on coming as SuperBoy and the rest get ready to fight them off more....but then suddenly, the alien leader started to feel weird, and his tank wasn't working and malfunction all of the sudden, and to realize that his body started to age real fast, all of the aliens as well and some of them dying due of the aging...so they all quickly retreat to their dimension, and so as the alien leader as they portals close...and soon will be back for more...

Rex: ...I don't know what happen, but I can say that I never wanted this to happen, ever again!

Robot: Indeed...SuperBoy, your actions now were simply...brutal. Please

SuperBoy: Oh give me a break Robot, they deserve it for killing our people, what do you want me to do, go easy on them after murdering some of the people here in the city? No way. Either way, if these guys ever come back again, I'll simply have a little talk with them, and I'll make them talk if they refuse.

Robot: *sighs*

Atom-Eve approaches to Robot behind...

Atom-Eve: Let him Robot, he still can't recover from...well...

Robot: I know, I know...it'll take time, and yet he won't stop until he finds out what he needs.
