SEASON 5 EPISODE 8: PART 1

Word got out that the judges for the Karate Sekai Taikai had come to California looking for their next big break and the dojo was ecstatic. Joey drove almost the whole group to karate today; Joey in the drivers seat, Miguel in the passenger seat, Lexi and Demetri in the middle row, and Jules and Eli all the way in the back.

The whole ride to karate, Eli and Jules were watching past Sekai Taikai tournaments on Eli's phone. As they got out of the car and headed towards the backyard of their dojo, the two were still watching the video in amazement.

"Who knew people could kick that high?" Jules breathed out and Eli laughed, looking to her. "Or that hard." He added. Jules immediately nodded in agreement with him, looking up to his eyes that were still watching her. Eli smiled, turning off his phone and stuffing it in his back pocket.

"Last year's winners did a car commercial in Taiwan." Eli told the group, looking away from Jules. All of the students were huddle around now. Mitch laughed, putting his hands in his pocket as he smiled like an excited kid on Christmas.

"Imagine being in a commercial. What would you do with all that money?" He asked and Chris smiled, hitting Mitch's arm. "Buy a yacht with a hot tub.Fill it up with Smarties and hotties." Chris sang, doing a little shimmy as he spoke, making the other teens laugh.

Julianna's face scrunched at the boys answer. She tilted her head and squinted at him, slightly shaking her head. "A commercial's definitely not gonna get you that much money." She said as Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen all walked up to the group of teens.

"All right, all right. Let's not get ahead of ourselves." Daniel laughed out, hearing the last bit of their conversation. "Remember, Cobra Kai is gonna do everything they can to get a spot. And if they win this time, kids all over the world are gonna have to deal with the same crap you guys have gone through."

Sam smiled at her fathers words, shrugging her shoulders. "But if we win, we can show the world how to stop them." She said and as all of the kids nodded in agreement with her, Chozen shook his head. "First you must prove you can compete with best."

"To do that, you have to be better than the best. Which is why we're gonna kick your asses into high gear." Johnny said and Jules smiled. "Hell yeah." She muttered, raising her hand, Lexi instantly high-fiving it without even having to look at her.

Johnny smiled at the two girls, nodding along with them as Daniel spoke. "Sensei Lawrence, Sensei Toguchi and I are gonna get you ready for the presentation. Come on. Let's get warmed up."

...

After working harder than they have in a while, the students were able to impress Sekai Taikai and possibly get them a spot in the competition.

They just had to fight Cobra Kai for the spot. The Sekai Taikai sponsors said there'd be two competitions to decide which dojo got the place. A girls fight and a boys fight.

The mixed dojo was now in the LaRusso house, to celebrate how close they are to getting the Sekai Taikai spot. Jules was sitting on the stairs with Sam and Lexi, Jules and Lexi asking Sam just about a thousand questions about her and Miguel.

"Jules."

Julianna, Sam, and Lexi turned their heads at Daniels words. He was standing with Chozen and Johnny, both of them watching Jules closely. Daniel squinted at the girl, nodding his head to the kitchen table. "Can we talk?"

Jules gulped, looking between the three men as she muttered a small "sure", getting up off of one of the steps. The three men turned and started walking towards the coffee table and Jules followed right behind them.

Daniel gestured to the seat across the table from him, Chozen, and Johnny, offering Jules a seat. Slowly, Julianna sat down across the three men, a small flicker of hope dancing in her conscious at the thought of them asking to talk to her privately to tell her they chose her to fight in the girls division against Cobra Kai for the Sekai Takai spot.

Chozen and Daniel looked at Johnny who was standing in the middle of them, waiting for him to be the one to speak. Johnny looked between the two men before he cleared his throat and looked at Jules.

"Obviously, you know that we're gonna have to fight Cobra Kai to get a place in the Sekai Takai." Johnny said and Jules nodded, holding back her smile as much as she could. Johnny smirked in amusement, knowing that Jules was understanding what he was about to tell her and knowing that she could practically burst in excitement at any moment.

"After talking it over, we decided that it would be best if you represent us for the girls fight." Johnny said and Jules finally let her smile grow on her face.

"It was an easy pick." Daniel said, making Jules straighten up in shock. She knew she was the one that deserved to do this, but she didn't expect Daniel to be the one to tell her that considering Sam was one of the other options.

Daniel noticed the shock in her eyes and looked down at his hands. "You won the All Valley last year and you got second this year. As soon as they told us about the girls division, we knew you were gonna be the one fighting in it."

Jules smiled at the three men staring at her. She shook her head bashfully, her smile getting bigger as she started to speak. "Thank you. Really. I won't let you guys down." She said and Johnny smiled, nodding his head. "We know." He laughed out at her excitement.

Johnny stood up from his spot at the table, putting one of his hands on Julianna's shoulder. "Now, come help me talk with the boys to figure out who will fight." He said and a goofy grin took over Julianna's face.

Johnny rolled his eyes in amusement as they walked across the pond in the LaRusso home. "You shouldn't be giggling. You have to choose between your boyfriend or your twin."

Julianna's smile dropped as they made it to the other side of the pond. When they past Miguel, Robby, Eli, Demetri, and Joey all sitting on and around one of the couches, Johnny whistled.

The five boys turned their heads at the sound. Johnny pointed at Eli and Robby, before pointing to his right, signaling that he wanted to talk with them privately.

The two boys looked around before turning back to Johnny and Jules. They got off of their respected spots, Robby on the couch and Eli on the floor before following the father and daughter out of that room and into another.

Johnny gestured for the two boys to sit on the empty couch as Jules walked over to one of the cushioned chairs beside it, grabbing it and moving it around to be sitting in front of Robby and Eli. Johnny copied her actions and once everyone was comfortable, he sighed.

"Look, we have a choice to make, and it's not gonna be easy. You're both are badass fighters, but only one of you can get on the mat tomorrow. Hawk's the current All Valley champ, but it could've gone either way. Robby was runner-up for last years even though Hawk injured Robby in the semis. Hawk didn't have to fight in the semis this year since Diaz booked it to Mexico." Johnny rambled on and Jules rolled her eyes.

"Point being you're all deserving." She interrupted, wanting to simply get to the point. The two boys who were once watching Johnny with wide eyes, turned to Jules, giving her the same expression. Johnny opened and closed his mouth before he nodded his head. "LaRusso, Chozen and I are having a hard time deciding which of you should go up against Cobra Kai. Maybe we should flip a coin."

Jules went to open her mouth, ready to protest her fathers idea, but Robby spoke before she could. "We don't need to flip any coins." He said, making all three turn to him.

"There's only one choice." He told Johnny, making Eli and Johnny watch him in confusion. Jules smiled at them not understanding what we was insinuating. Robby turned away from his twin and his dad, looking to Eli. "It should be Hawk. He beat me fair and square."

Jules smiled at Robby's words, she would've had the same reaction no matter who was chosen, but she was still happy for Eli.

Eli's eyes widened at Robby's words. He turned to Johnny and Jules and let out a shocked, happy laugh at their smiles. Jules noticed Eli's cheeks turn slightly pink as he started to nodded his head crazily. "Wow. It's an honor I don't take lightly. I'm prepared for the challenge."

Johnny clapped, biting his lip to hold back his wide smile. "All right. We'll train tonight." He cheered. Jules and Eli turned to face each other and Jules immediately jumped forward and pulled him into a hug out of excitement.

...

After training for hours, Eli went home and he and Jules got full nights worth of rest before the battle for the Sekai Takai spot.

Everyone met at the new Cobra Kai location, Johnny and Jules taking Miguel. When the three of them got there, they realized they were the last ones to show up. Eli ran up to the car and opened the door for Jules.

As she got out of the car, Jules noticed Eli's small mohawk was now green. Jules looked at his hair with a smile, raising her hands slowly to touch it. "Your hair..." Jules muttered and just before Eli could respond, Daniel clapped his hand so everyone's attention would turn to him.

"Now that everyone's here, let head in. Yeah?" He asked and when all of the students nodded, Daniel turned his attention to Jules and Eli and smiled. "Julianna. Eli. You two are some of the best fighters I know. But those Sekai Takai judges don't know that yet. You need to show them that today."

Jules and Eli smiled at Daniel, both of them nodding. Ruining the inspiring moment, Johnny clapped this time, startling Daniel and the students. "Alright! Let's head inside!" He screamed. The students cheered as everyone started walking into the dojo.

"I wish I knew you were gonna dye your hair. I would've too." Jules hummed as she looked up at Eli's green mohawk. She liked this one. The green was a close second to Eli's blue mohawk.

Eli smiled, his cheeks tinting red slightly as he combed up his mohawk. "It washes out with water. I'm just testing it out. You want to change your hair already? You dyed it brown right when summer started." Eli said as he turned to Jules with a confused look.

Jules shrugged as they walked further into the new Cobra Kai dojo. "Yeah, it was nice while it lasted, but I miss the blonde. The blonde is more me I think." Jules said, turning to look up at Eli with a small smile. Eli's smile matched hers as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer to him, kissing her temple.

"Holy shit." Joey breathed out catching Jules and Eli's attention. Joey was frozen at the sight in front of him as Lexi nodded her head from beside her brother. "The battle on enemy grounds..." Lexi muttered as she and the rest of Miyagi-Do/Eagle Fang looked at Cobra Kai's new dojo. It was huge. There were tons of equipment to work with, a lot of space for training and even a smoothie bar.

As the team started to disperse, wandering the dojo, Julianna's eyes fell on Anthony Lewis. Julianna's heart sank as a smirk grew on his face. "Oh, Jesus Christ." She muttered when the boy started to walk her way.

Jules looked around her, trying to find anybody she could quickly grab and start a conversation with before Anthony reached her, but it was too late.

"Good to see you out of juvie, Lawrence. Although it would've been sweet to get to see you in the orange jumpsuit." Anthony chuckled out as Jules continued to look around the dojo for anybody to get her out of this situation.

When she didn't see anyone around her, Jules sighed, looking up at Anthony. She pursed her lips and quickly shook her head. "No thanks. Orange isn't really my color. Plus, Robby's jumpsuit was more of a light blue/white color scheme. I'd probably get that."

Anthony went to open his mouth again. Most likely to say something that would piss Jules off in front of the sponsors and make her and her team look bad but before Anthony could speak, Jules took a step forward and cut him off. "And before you say something that will probably make me want to burst my own eardrums, I'm gonna stop you." Julianna interrupted. She knew Anthony couldn't do anything to her here. Not with the Sekai Taikai sponsors here.

She watched as Anthony's eyes darkened and his jaw clenched. Julianna's mind flashed of the night at the LaRusso house, Anthony's hand around her neck, pinning her to the wall. Jules gulped, her anger turning into fear for a split second before she pushed down her fear, raising her head so he could see her whole face.

"I don't think you should be threatening me. I mean... Cobra Kai had to chose their best fighters for today. And they chose a what? Thirteen year old? Over you." Jules asked, a mockingly innocent voice laced throughout her words. Anthony's face started to redden and Jules couldn't tell if it was out of anger or embarrassment, but she smiled.

"That's not very threatening." Jules whispered, a smug smile pulled across her lips.

Before Anthony could retaliate, Silver caught sight of Jules taunting him. "Lewis!" He screamed, catching the boys attention. Silver motioned him to come to him and slowly, Anthony left Jules, walking towards Silver.

Jules let out a small, relieved breath once the boy was gone. Anthony LaRusso walked up to her slowly, watching Anthony Lewis with wide eyes. Once he was shoulder to shoulder with her, he let out a scoff of a laugh. "I see why you don't like this Anthony. He is terrifying."

Julianna hummed at his words, crossing her arms over her chest. "You should've see him in December." She muttered and the LaRusso boys face scrunched, he turned to her with a confused look.

"What do you mean?" He asked, making Jules sigh. She moved around to face him, but wouldn't meet his eyes. "That fight at your house last December? He um..."

Jules cleared her throat, the fear coming back and making a sinking feeling settle in her chest. "He had me by the neck... and I was pinned to the wall. If he didn't thrown off of me when he did I... I don't know what would've happened." Jules whispered.

She felt the younger boys eyes on her. She blinked hard. She didn't want pity. Before he could respond to her words, Jules spun around and walked towards Eli and Lexi.

All of the students started to huddle around their respected sensei's. The Sekai Taikai organizers smiled at Silver. "Thank you, Sensei Silver, for offering to host these matches in your dojo on such short notice."

"Offering or demanding?" Daniel muttered. Silver's head whipped to face Daniel, raising his eyebrows smugly. "We do have actual tournament regulation mats here, so it really was the only option." He chuckled out, making Daniel's jaw clench in anger.

"We'll begin with the boys. We have invited a local referee to ensure impartiality. First to three points wins." The main Sekai Taikai sponsor explained and the sensei's nodded.

Everyone started to walked towards the mat. As Eli waited to be called up, Jules smiled up at him, nodding her head. "You've got this." Eli smiled down at Jules as she leaned up to kiss his cheek.

"Eli Moskowitz and Kenny Paine, please take the mat." The referee announced. Eli pulled away from Jules, walking onto the mat as Kenny walked on with him from the other side of the dojo.

Once the two met in the middle, they faced the referee and bowed before facing each other and bowing. The referee looked between the two boys with raised brows. "Ready?" He asked as they got into position.

"Fight!"

Kenny made the first move, jumping towards Eli to kick him in the stomach, but Eli dodged it, moving out of the way. Kenny barely landed his kick before he turned around and started to throw punch after punch to Eli. As Eli spent his time trying to black Kenny from punching him, Kenny raised his foot and kicked him in the stomach.

Jules sighed as Cobra Kai cheered. "Point! 1-0, Paine." The referee yelled as the boys went back into their fighting stance.

"Ready? Fight!"

This time, Eli made all of the first moves, he ran at Kenny with kicks and punches the boy had no time to block. When Eli ended up kicking Kenny, all of Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang cheered.

"Yes!" Jules and Johnny screamed at the same time and Johnny, who was standing right behind Jules, put his hands on either of her shoulders. The ref turned to the excited father-daughter duo and shook his head. "Out of bounds. No point."

Julianna's heart sank, her mind going back to the night of the All-Valley as her team started to complain. "What, are you serious?" Eli asked and Johnny scoffed. "Ref, that's horseshit. He made contact in bounds!" He yelled, but the referee shook his head at Johnny and Eli's words. "No point. Back on the line."

"Ready? Fight!"

The two boys went back and forth sending punches and kicks at each other. Every now and then, one of them would almost hit the other and Jules and Lexi would gasp, grabbing each other's hands.

When Eli went to kick Kenny's side, Kenny grabbed onto Eli's leg and twisted it. In a quick instant, Kenny rammed his elbow into the back of Eli's knee and the entire room gasped.

Eli screamed in pain as he fell to the floor. Jules' hand fell to her chest, feeling her heart ready to practically pop out in worry. The referee waved his hands around. "Illegal strike. That's a warning." He yelled, making Daniel scoff.

"Warning? He should be disqualified." Daniel screamed and Eli shook his head as he walked back towards his team. "It's fine. He just caught me off-guard." Eli tried to reassure. Jules ran to the edge of the mat along with her father and Daniel, all three of them watching him carefully.

"Are you sure, Eli?" Jules asked and Eli smirked as he turned to face her. "No more Eli. It's time to uncage the Hawk." He said, fixing his mohawk to make sure it's still stuck upward. Jules smiled at Hawk. He watched his senseis in front of him and when he noticed Johnny look away from him, Hawk grabbed the edge of Julianna's chin and pulled her into a kiss.

The kiss was quick and when Jules opened her eyes, Hawks smile was twice as big. "For good luck." He whispered before he turned around and walked back to the center of the mat with the referee and Kenny.

"Ready?" The referee asked as Jules started to bounce on her toes in nervousness. "He looks... terrifying." Lexi muttered to Jules, watching Kenny and Jules huffed. "Yeah, he's been hanging out with Anthony all the time. Of course he's gonna look terrifying." Jules snarked and Anthony LaRusso turned to her with a hurt look on his face. "Hey!" He groaned, thinking the two girls were talking about him.

"Not you!" Jules and Lexi snapped at the same time, making the younger boy go red in the face and turn back to Eli and Kenny just as the referee yelled, "Fight!"

Immediately, Kenny screamed as he punched Hawk in the center of his chest. Hawk gasped and slowly fell to the floor and Jules had to hold back everything in her not to run on the mat and check on Hawk.

"Point! Payne." The referee yelled and even though all of Cobra Kai was cheering, Jules could hear and see Hawk struggling to breathe. Just before Jules could run into the mat to check on Eli, Johnny grabbed onto her shoulder and gave it a reassuring squeeze before he ran to Hawk.

"Hawk. What's wrong?" Johnny asked and Hawk held onto his chest. "I can't... Can't... Can't breathe." He struggled to say and Jules didn't care if it was against the rules anymore, she ran onto the mat and knelt down beside her father to look down at her boyfriend.

"Where's the medic?" Johnny yelled and in seconds, a medic came over to check on Eli. "That's a forfeit. Winner, Payne." The referee yelled and Jules whipped her head around to face the man, her brows furrowed. "What?"

"I think he's okay. Just got the wind knocked out of him." The medic reassured and Jules looked back at Eli, starting to help him sit up. "You're okay." Jules whispered, cupping Hawks face as he continued to try and catch his breath.

"Looks like you got a new name." Kenny chuckled out, making the couple look up at the younger kid. "Faux-Hawk." He said, an evil grin taking over his face as Anthony Lewis laughed with him from behind him like a little devil on his shoulder.

Jules clenched her jaw and turned away from the boys, putting all of her attention on Eli. "Let's find you somewhere to sit down." Jules whispered and Eli weakly nodded. Jules stood up and held her hands out to help Eli up as Johnny spotted him, making sure he didn't lose any balance.

Johnny ran to grab Eli a water while Jules slowly led him to the stairs to sit down. Jules rubbed Eli's back and Johnny came back over with water.

"We begin our girls' fight. Julianna Lawrence and Tory Nichols, please take the mat." The referee yelled. Jules looked to the mat before she turned back to Eli. He nodded his head weakly, silently telling her to go and fight. Jules quickly kissed Eli's forehead before she ran onto the mat, Johnny taking her seat next to Eli.

Julianna's became confused when Tory wasn't on the other end of the mat or standing with the other Cobra Kai students.

"Where is she?" Sensei Kim whisper yelled to Cobra Kai, all of the kids starting to murmur that they didn't know where she was. "Julianna!" Daniel whispered. Jules turned her head and walked towards Daniel and Chozen.

Daniel watched Jules worriedly, shaking his head. "They're fighting dirty. This is dangerous. You don't have to do this." He said and Jules swallowed the lump in his throat. "I know. But I can handle it. This is for all of us." Jules reassured the two men. Both Daniel and Chozen straightened up at her words, and Jules smiled, bowing down to them before she turned back towards the referee.

Jules watched as Silver walked back into the woman and say a few words to Sensei Kim. Even though Silver didn't look too happy, Kim smiled, her eyes glancing over to Devon before she turned back to Silver. The man nodded as she spoke before he walked towards the judges.

Julianna looked behind her to where Eli and Johnny were sitting on the stairs. Eli still looked out of it, taking a sip of water whilst he tried to catch his breath as Johnny sat beside him, rubbing his back.

"Oh, come on. You've got this." Jules heard Lexi whisper, making Jules turn back around, her eyes falling on Devon walking onto the mat to fight her.

"Face me. Bow." The referee instructed the two girls bowed before facing each other. Jules smiled at the girl. From what Lexi, Miguel, and Johnny had told her, Devon was very sweet and only left Eagle Fang because it closed and she wanted to continue to fight.

"Face each other. Bow."

The girls bowed to each other and Jules could see Devon calm slightly from Jules smiling at her. "Ready?" The referee asked as the two girls got into position. Jules felt her nervousness start to wash away. She knew she could fight. She won the All Valley the year prior and was runner up for the most recent one. She knew she had this fight in the bag.

"Fight!"

Just because Jules was being nice to Devon, didn't mean she was going to go easy on her because as soon as the fight started, Jules kicked Devon in the stomach.

"Point. 1-0, Lawrence."

Jules had to hold back a smile on her face as Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang cheered her on from behind her. "Ready?" The referee asked as the two girls got into the fighting position.

"Fight!"

Jules kicked her foot out, hitting Devon on her arm. Jules cheered as Devon groaned, but the referee waved his hands around, shaking his head. "No point. That's shoulder. No point." He yelled, making Jules and her teams cheers stop.

Jules looked at the man like he was crazy. "What?" She asked but the man ignored her. "Keep fighting." He said, but Jules was still shocked and confused. Jules blinked in shock, but quickly got into her fighting stance so she didn't lose any points.

Devon made the first move for Jules, going to punch her in the stomach, but Jules blocked it.

Yet somehow, the referee counted that as a point and raised his hand that was closer to Cobra Kai. "Point. 1-1, Lee!" He yelled and not just Jules, but Devon both looked at the man in shock.

"But I blocked you." Jules whispered and Devon looked back at her, silently telling her she knew, but too scared to say it out loud and lose her point. Jules shook her head, her heartbeat starting to beat in her ears as she faced the referee and made a "T" with her hands.

The man acknowledged her request, nodding his head. "Time out. Go to your sensei." He yelled, pointing at the two sides of the mat. Jules almost instantly ran towards her Sensei's Johnny coming over from the stairs with Hawk to join Daniel and Chozen.

"I blocked that! And I got her below the shoulder earlier." Jules whispered yelled and Daniel nodded, holding his hands out as if to tell Jules to calm down. "All right, look. Not every point is gonna go our way." He tried to reassure, but Jules shook her head, her hands shaking.

"Those calls put me down a point. I should be up one! If I lose the match because of it-" "Jules." Miguel interrupted. Jules shut her mouth and turned to face Miguel who was standing beside Johnny. The boy gave Jules a small smile, knowing she was starting to get nervous again and hoping he'd be able to calm her down. "You're the better fighter. Everyone knows it. The ref might not be doing you any favors, but you've got us in your corner. All of us."

Jules took a deep breath, her heart beat starting to slow down at the reassurance when a hand held her shoulder. She turned her head and saw Chozen looking down on her, a faint smile on his face. "Referee is moron. Must not leave room for error."

Julianna laughed at the mans words, her nerves leaving completely as Daniel laughed with her, nodding. "He's right. You make every point undeniable." He said and Jules controlled her laughter. "Do your best, kid." Johnny added, punching Julianna's shoulder. Jules smiled at the men in front of her and nodded her head.

She bowed to her sensei's before turning around and walking back towards the mat at the same time as Devon. "Ready?" The referee asked the girls as they got into their fighting positions. The man looked back and forth between the two girls and Jules could've sworn she saw him look past Devon to Silver out of the corner of her eyes.

The man turned back to the girl and swung his arms down. "Fight!" He yelled and Jules ran at the younger girl, startling Devon. Jules sent punch after punch to Devon and she could tell the girl was struggling to block all of them. While Devon was distracted guarding the upper-half of her body, Jules got onto the ground and swept her legs. Once Devon hit the floor onto her back, Jules got up and ran to the girl, punching her in the stomach.

"Point, Lawrence. 2-1." The referee yelled and Jules smirked at her team cheering her on. Devon watched the girl with wide eyes, getting into fighting position as Jules blew her hair out of her face, getting into her fighting stance.

"Fight!"

Devon let out a war cry as she swung her fist to hit Jules in the gut. Jules grabbed onto Devon's fist right before it hit her stomach. Devon gasped as Jules raised her foot and kicked her right in the chest.

Yes!" Chozen screamed as the referee slowly walked towards Julianna. Once he was standing side by side with Jules, who was smiling ear to ear. The man seemed disappointed as he grabbed Julianna's hand and lifted it in the air in victory. "Point. Winner, Lawrence." He yelled and Jules cheered, removing her hand from the referee's to run to her team. Johnny waited at the edge of the mat for his daughter, his smile just as big as hers as she ran into his arms for a hug.

...

After the Sekai Taikai organizers talked over their decision on which dojo will earn the spot in the competition, the main organizer Jules had accidentally forgotten the name of, smiled at all of the students in front of him. "As expected, we were impressed with the skills, precision and discipline of the new Sekai Taikai qualifier..."

Jules held her breath and reached her hands out, one hand grabbing Eli's while the other grabbed Lexi's.

"Cobra Kai."

Julianna's heart sank and her shoulders slumped at the man's words. She was too frozen to turn her head and watch the other team cheer for their victory, but she honestly wouldn't have wanted to watch them celebrate anyway.

Lexi squeezed Julianna's hand as she looked up at Demetri. The boy looked down at his girlfriend and frowned, rubbing her shoulder.

"As for our other dojo, we admired your unusual mix of stylesand underdog spirit... and we think you could bea unique addition to the competition." The man said, confusing Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang. All the teens plus Johnny, Daniel, and Chozen looked that the organizers with furrowed brows.

The man smiled at everyone's confused faces. "Therefore, we've decided that your dojo has also qualified."

"Holy shit!" Julianna screamed, her laughs of excitement turning into cheers as she squeezed Eli and Lexi's hands tighter. "Congratulations, everyone, and welcome to the Sekai Taikai." The man said and all of the students cheered. Jules looked around her team for someone to pull into a hug and at the same time, she and Lexi locked eyes. The girls screamed as they ran at each other and jumped into each others arms for a hug.

The two girls giggled as they hugged and when Jules pulled away from Lexi, she felt arms wrap around her waist from behind. She knew it was Eli and smiled when he spun her around to face him. "Maybe one day we'll both win." Eli whispered, a small smile on his face as he referenced this fight and the All Valley.

Jules laughed, going on her toes to pull Eli in a hug. "One day." She whispered back, feeling Eli smile against her shoulder.

"We've all earned this. Each and every one of you brought your A-game." Daniel said, making Jules and Eli pull away from their hug and the rest of the two teams turn to him, Chozen, and Johnny.

"Could not be more proud." Chozen said, making Jules smile. Daniel nodded in agreement with Chozen, smiling at all of the students in front of him. "With this tournament in our future, we've got a lot of work to do. But tonight... Tonight, go celebrate!" He yelled and all of the teens cheered. Jules turned around to Miguel and Robby. Jules started to laugh as she pulled him into a hug.

"Three amigos!" Johnny yelled, making Jules, Miguel, and Robby all turn their heads to Johnny. The man nodded at the confused look on his kids faces. "Hi. Yes, you three." He clarified before he gestured for the to come over.

The happy, giggling teens walked towards the man. Miguel and Robby both wrapped one arm around Jules in celebration since she was standing in the middle of them. "I told your mom I'd take her and Rosaout to dinner and a movie, so you guys are on your ownif you wanna host that celebration." Johnny said, a very faint smirk on his face.

Jules giggle turned into a loud laugh as she looked back and forth between Robby and Miguel. "Hell yeah!"
