MAHESHWARI INDUSTRIES,

MORNING 8:30 

Sanskaar as usual was the first one to enter the office premise to do the only thing which might give some relief to his mind  and provide some sort of peace to his soul. He was determined to find whatever reason it was which pushed his lifeline away from him. He was sure from whatever namit said, that his ragini was not as bad as she had potrayed to him years back and now that he knows it, he will leave no stone upturn to prove her innocence and chide her to know all of the secrets residing in her heart.

Little did he knew he was waiting for a hurricane to come across his path .........

He was waiting for her arrival impatiently and was continuously looking at the door in order to catch a glimpse of her. As if the destiny was also having fun looking at the very impatient sanskaar , there came Lakshya who was amused himself at way sanskaar was behaving from the morning. 

L: Bhai, why are you measuring the floor of your cabin?

S: Not now lucky. I am not in the mood to take your sick jokes right now.

L: What! You are calling me a joker?

S: When the hell did i said that? get away lucky i said i am not in the mood.

L: What has happened to your mood bhai? From the day you have returned i am observing you have changed a lot. Even today morning you came early and didn't wait for me to come with you.

S: Lakshya there is nothing as such. I am just a bit stressed out and nothing else. And regarding today morning then you were not even ready then how come have you accompanied me to office?

L: You don't blame it on me bhai..... i take hardly 5 minutes to get ready.

S: As much i remember..... you cannot even comb  your hair in 5 minutes. Let's leave the other things out then.......(smirking)

L: okay fine...whatever bhai. But why did you came so early? Do you know maa made your favourite breakfast and you didn't even had a bite of it.

S: Okay baba. Fine. I am so sorry for today's behaviour. i will take care of all these things next time. Now can you plz let me be in peace my sweet idiotic brother?

L: Whatever! First that ragu used to be the first one gracing her appearance in the office andnow its you who seems like hell bent on breaking her record. By the way where is that miss. punctuality ?

S: What do you mean by where is she?

L: OK ok.... don't sulk about it my bb. I'm sure she will be somewhere here, i  need to catch up with her too. Till then...byeee..

S: Finally......huff.....

Sanskaar was back on his waiting mode with his predator eyes burning the door of his cabin. He was already fed up of ragini's behaviour and above that the new information he received from lucky few minutes back forced him to think if ragini was deliberately avoiding him. He was engrossed in his thoughts that's when ragini entered inside the cabin totally unaware of his presence.

Just a look at her face and he could say she had stayed up whole night and probably cried too. It forced him to think what would had been her condition all these years when he was not here, when he left her all alone , when he chose to listen to his brain instead of his heart which was warning him again and again not to beleive her words.

While ragini was shocked to see him sitting inside and staring at her face with his whole concentration. She can easily make out from his pained eyes and expressions that he was still hurting within and the reason was only her. But what she couldn't understand was he will never be happy without her, that she was the reason he returned after all these years , and that she will always be the only one who can kill him as well as make him the happiest man altogether at the same time.

Irony.... isn't it both of these idiots were focused only on the other's hurt and pain.... :(

R: Gooo.... good morning!

Hearing her voice he landed back to the world and frowned as he didn't know what to say as he was busy in his business back when she said something and couldn't understand what she said back then. So he just passed a smile and started to pretend as if he was doing some work. 

Ragini felt a bit sad when he didn't replied......but her mind started turning the wrong wheels inside her head when she saw him passing a smile to her. She was shocked to her core and on top of that his behaviour  as if nothing happened only strengthen her doubts about him. She was feeling already very weird to face him after his stunt at the party night  and now this smile. She was growing crazy with all the voices inside her head and hence decided to sneak out without being noticed but to her bad-luck, he called for her at the same exact moment.

S:  Ragini....

Hearing her name from his mouth after all this time made her fell whole emotional and brought tears to her eyes. She was sure if she stayed a second more, she would lose herself even more but she couldn't leave either. So she wiped her tears at once and kept standing at her place without turning or replying.

Sanskaar was blown out with the word that slipped his tongue effortlessly. He was not sure what he was about to say as her name was enough to bring him down the memory lane. It still hurts to see all that pain and sufferings he had gone due to her mysterious reasons and obnoxious statements that broke his heart and drove him nuts. However, the damage was already done. So he tried to cover-up his stance to dig in the details wisely without her knowledge.

S: I mean Ms. Khanna..... actually i am sorry for whatever happened at.... you know .... party night...

Ragini just nodded her head again as she was no where even close to answer to this sorry. 

S: Anyways it does not really matter now. i hope you have prepared the presentation of the Mehra's project? Just mail it to me.

This statement broke the hell loose for ragini. Does it really didn't mattered to him at all? Has he really changed that much that even her pain is not visible to him? So in order to control her raging emotions and traitor tears, she dashed out of the cabin and took off to the washroom to cry a bit more in case her tears were not finished and her eyes were capable of crying a bit more.

As soon as she left the cabin, sanskaar banged his hand above his desk so hard that the glass scrambled into a 1000 pieces and some even pierced his skin. He gave a pained look towards the direction  in which she fled after listening to his cruel words and a tear drop escaped his eyes. He hated himself for being the reason behind her tears but he also knew he has to keep doing it for sometimes until she starts confronting him and regain her old form back. In order to get her back, he was ready to lose himself a 100 times if poosible. 

sanskaar's POV:

WHY? Why ragini? Why are doing this to us? Why can't you just drop this act and come back to me as we used to be. Why are you punishing me? What have i done to receive this silence and cold traetment?  So many questions are there with me right now but i know you will not answer a single of them. Why? Why are you forcing me to do this ragini? Why?

And that day both the souls again cried for each other.....
