Everything has been settled, Vineet got what he wanted. The culprits are behind the bars and he got his son, the sole reason for his living. He can't imagine getting anything else, he feels complete with Akshit by his side. Though he misses his wife and mother and wishes to have them but that something is impossible, they can't return from where they are.

Vineet stared at the big portrait hanging on the wall of his room - their family picture when Akshit was just 6 months old. Sometimes he feels bad for his boy who had to live without his family and had to live with Saumya surely may have given her the love the boy deserves but it obviously can't compassionate the love that he or Anamika could give him. Nothing in this world can match the amount of love a parent can give to their child.

Vineet lets out a deep sigh and turns, hearing a chuckle, he finds his little boy playing with the small photo frame of his mother, moving his hand on her face and chuckling.

Vineet headed towards him.and secured his seat beside the boy who stretched his arms towards him, Vineet smiled and held the boy, he pecked his cheek lovingly to which his little one chuckled.

''Mera bacha!! Bubbu, tu meri jaan hai bache mere jeene ka eklauta sahara hai tu. Aab bas hum dono hi hai ek dusre ke liye aur koi nahi hai par hum ek dusre ka saath kabhi nahi chodenge!! Main janta hoon, aaj tak tum mujh se dur rahe, ye meri hi galti hai ki meine tumhe khud se dur rakha par aab Dadda wada karte ki kabhi tumhe khud se alag nahi karenge aur na hi tumhe akela chodenge. Tumhe main duniya ki har khushi dunga, kabhi koi pareshani tumhe chu bhi nahi payegi, I promise!!" Vineet promises his son, holding his hand to which Akshit kisses his cheek and places his head on Vineet's shoulder.

Vineet smiled at his act and patted his back, humming a lullaby that Savita used to sing for the little boy.

By the time the lullaby ends, Akshit has fallen asleep on his father's shoulder holding his t - shirt. Vineet gently lay him on the bed and covered him with the duvet and pecked his head. He adored his boy for some time and left the room.

Manvi who was standing at the door, hearing out things, that soft lullaby that touched her heart. She had felt some kind of connection with Vineet when she heard him crying for the first time in his room for his late wife and mother and she knows he can never replace the place of his wife, he had loved her truly.

Manvi had always dreamt of someone like Vineet, who would love her wholeheartedly and accept her. She wanted someone who would not just be happy when she's around but would feel bad when she's not around. She felt Vineet was like that.

Okay, she can't say she loves him, it's too early. They are still strangers and know little about each other, still she wants to be with him and his son and for the first time she felt to have vision, to see the man who holds so much emotions for his loved one.

She came out of her trance with a familiar voice, it's Vineet who called her. She was startled at first but responded.

''Sorry Manvi, itna sab ho gaya aur main tumhe thank you bhi nahi bol paya thik se!!" Vineet stated, she gazes with confusion.

''Thank you!!?? Kis liye??" She questions.

''Unn sab chijon ke liye jo tumne kiya!! Tumne apni parwah na karje court mei gawahi di, bina dare sabke khilaf boli aur ant tak datt ke khadi rahi. Koi aur hota toh bahana bana deta par tumne aisa nahi kiya, ye jante hue ki tum dekh nahi sakti fir bhi tum aage aai. Manvi, main tumhe jitna thank you bolu kam hai kyunki agar aaj ye case hum jeete hai toh sirf tumhari wajah se,agar tab tumne himmat na dikhai hoti toh aaj ye possible na tha, shayad kabhi ye case open hi na hota. Thank You Manvi, for everything!" He spoke out gently, genuinely.

Manvi was touched, she smiled at his statement but was left surprised by what he said further.

''Manvi, main janta hoon shayad ye tumhe galat lage aur shayad iss se tumhe hurt ho kyunki tumne sab insaniyat ke naate kiya par aab main bhi tumhare liye kuch karna chahta hoon. Main tumhare aankhon ka ilaaz karwana chahta hoon Manvi!! Main chahta hoon tum duniya ke nazaarein dekh sako aur ek behtar life jiyo. Please mana mat karna Manvi, please!!" He laid his request and Manvi was tongue tied.

She doesn't know what to say, she felt a great confusion yet end up nodding positively, Vineet thanked her for accepting his request while she hold the hope and desire that at least she would be able to be with them for few more days, may be once she can see, she can know things and her own feelings much clear and may be she can have him!??

She doesn't know,but at the moment she's happy to be around.

Meanwhile they heard a sound, it's Akshit who seems to be disturb in his sleep. Vineet ran inside his room, while she stood at her place hoping for a better life which would serve her with love and respect!!
